I have used this carpet service in my home and office for years and have always been exceptionally pleased with their professionalism and quality of work. Roger is phenomenal at removing all the dog and cat smell from my home and has the experience necessary to make any unusual requests happen with ease.

The ChemDry company sent two of their technicians to our home and cleaned our carpet in the family room and down the hall to our bedrooms. They made it a point to explain every step of the ChemDry process they were performing. They were very courteous , careful, and knowledgeable. They went about the work expeditiously, but were quite thorough. I was impressed and totally satisfied when they finished as the pictures below show. Youngs chem dry is an amazing company. They are always on time and always pleasant to talk to. I have used other companies in the past and they do not compare to the carpet cleaning experience I had with youngs chem dry. They got stains out the other company could not. Very impressed. When I get service like I received from Chem-dry I am glad to share the positive experience with others. I called for a large job of carpet stretch and clean . The receptionist was so friendly and helpful, I decided to go ahead and book instead of calling to get additional quotes. Roger came out clean cut in a clean vehicle with clean equipment and wow , I could not believe how the carpet looked. I was amazed that he was able to get it clean with no wrinkles. It looked like new. There was also a large desk I meant to have moved before he arrived and when I returned I noticed he had moved the desk ( a two man job) I am not sure how he managed it but that was so not expected and I had told him just to do what he could to clean around it. The other thing that is a big deal to me is they did not waste my time. I knew when they were coming, the called way ahead if they were running behind and always showed up when they told me they would. This Company was above 5 star service. We need to support small business, especially when they provide this type of outstanding service. Thanks Young's Chem-Dry . You will be my go to cleaning Co for life.

Young's Chem-Dry did a wonderful job on my carpet and apolstery. I called them at 5:00 in the afternoon and they had someone at my house the next day. The technicians were very friendly and professional. Susan was so helpful and pleasant to work with on the phone. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to my friends as well.

After buying my first home, I walked in for the first time and noticed that the sellers left it in a wasteland-like state. I thought for sure that the carpets would be better off set on fire and thrown away! A friend recommended ChemDry, and I'm so happy I gave them a call!
