We recently started using Organically Maid to help once a month with cleaning - I love the products they use, especially since we have little ones. I'm mindful of the products we use in our home! We had a really great experience with our maid, Alicia. She was kind, respectful and did a thorough job of making sure our home was beautifully clean!

This is my first time ever using a cleaning service and my maid Skylar was absolutely wonderful! She went above and beyond to make my house look amazing, and was also so kind to my silly dog and cat running around her. Jennifer, the client relations specialist, was also extremely accommodating when setting me up with my appointments and with answering all of my questions very promptly. I look forward to using this service again soon!

Ana came to our house to provide the cleaning services. She was incredibly thorough, explained everything, worked diligently, did a fantastic job and had a great personality. We will be asking for her exclusively!

We've been using Organically Maid for a few years now and we are very pleased. I want to give a shout out to Elizabeth who did our most recent cleaning. While most of the cleaners from Organically Maid are good, Elizabeth was simply amazing. She took the time to clean areas that I hadn't seen others do.

I have had Organically Maids come and clean for us a few times and we absolutely love the quality that they provide for us. This last time, one of their maids, Laura, did a phenomenal job! She was on time and communicated with me upon her arrival and when she was done. When we returned home you could tell that she went above and beyond to ensure that our house was immaculate. I am so glad I have found a cleaning company that not only prides itself on quality work but utilizes non toxic cleaning products that are safe for everyone. I highly recommend them for any of your cleaning needs!

Great experience! I found organically maid through a family member who uses them and had great things to say! Teiah came for our first clean was very detailed and very friendly! Usually cleaning products give me headaches so I love that they use non toxic products! Jennifer is also very prompt with scheduling and very helpful! So excited to continue using Organically Maid!

Highly recommend this company. Riley did an awesome job helping us out with keeping things tidy.Everything she did was so through and purposeful. My daughters loved how she made their beds!

I really like their non-toxic cleaning supplies and service when it comes to booking. It helps to know who is coming- maids have different levels of thoroughness. I get awesome deep cleans because I request the best: Ms. Andrea. She is ridiculously efficient and they were sending her with another maid to make sure things were deep cleaned for a full sized house.

However, this last time she had to come on her own, probably cause of staffing constraints? She did everything that was humanly possible and a truly great job, but I was really disappointed that there wasn't another one there. I love her work, and she is so dedicated and stayed late and kept checking if there was anything else I saw.

One of the best things about her (why she is in-demand!) is she makes sure things are checked & completed well, but this is difficult to do by yourself in a large space while doing a detailed job that includes dust-wiping ceiling fans, lots of tile scrubbing that goes up to the ceiling, window-work, contact points, doors, baseboards, vents, dusting shelving, cabinets, etc...in addition to regular cleaning. It's more than you might expect. Sending her by herself really undercuts her ability to do that in anything beyond a 2-3 bedroom space IMO. Otherwise, I'd give 5 stars just because of her! Highly recommend if you can get her!

I began using this company because they don't use toxic chemicals while cleaning your home. Nicole came last week and did a PHENOMENAL job! I had scheduled a deep clean so I could receive guests for Thanksgiving. She exceeded my expectations and my house looks beautiful. Thank you!

Scheduled an initial maintenance cleaning with Organically Maid and absolutely loved the service! The maid (Ana) was prompt and cleaned my house top to bottom! We are a big family with lots of activities and are always busy, so having someone come clean and also using products that are better for the family is really amazing! The price was also great! We have a five bedroom, three bath house and I was expecting to spend a lot, but was surprised by what I actually paid! Highly recommend!

Horrible Service
I was hesitant to write this review hoping that management would actually try to resolve my complaints and instead they did exactly what the other 1 star reviews said they would, absolutely nothing then claim that the customer was at fault. I purchased a 2 hour trial cleaning and notated that I only needed my bathroom and kitchen cleaned. My apartment is 802 sqft and I cleaned regularly. I chose the service to see if having someone come in with organic cleaning supplies be worth the cost. My cleaner arrived and immediately told me she would not do the bathroom because it was not on the work orders she received a few hours before the appointment. I said okay well let me call management because there must have been a mixup since I only needed the 2 rooms cleaned. It took 20 minutes for her to get it sorted with her manager and I heard her whole conversation. She said that my apartment was so small and that I kept up on the cleaning so this job would not even take a full hour worth of cleaning. I stayed in my bedroom during the appointment to keep my toddler from running around and getting in her way. When the 2 hours were up I came out into the hallway and she claimed to be mopping my floors and wanted to discuss the services the company offered and my checklist that I left for her. She told me that she completed everything. The list included cleaning the bathroom, cleaning out the refrigerator, the oven, the microwave and if time the dishes. She did not clean the refrigerator or do the dishes stating that it was a service that was offered but something that I needed to put in the work order notes when I booked. I did. She claimed that she spent most of her time cleaning my stove and oven. I purchased new drip trays for the stove eyes and threw the old ones out in front of her as she requested. My oven has a mat at the bottom to prevent the need for harsh scrubbing, she never even opened it. Instead she said she cleaned my microwave and toaster oven. She wiped the door on the outside but never cleaned the inside. She also claimed to complete everything on my list and even do extra to make up for the unprofessional start of my appointment. I asked why the items were marked as completed if she didn’t do them and she said that’s why she was discussing them with me, I needed to put those requests in the work order in advance. When I told her I did and management said to provide a written list at the appointment she said well her work orders don’t have any of that so she couldn’t do it and next time to try calling. I made my complaint to the manager and she said that the 2-hour cleaning was not enough time to complete the list and my cleaner even stayed past her time. When I responded about the late start due to her not having the correct information on the work order I received no response. The other negative reviews were correct this company is a scam and will take advantage if you do not choose a package that is more than 3 hours. Definitely would not recommend.

Tessa did a great job on cleaning my house. I will continue to use this company because for one I love organic products and two Tessa was great. Love the company as well.

Now that Organically Maid has been cleaning our house for several years, I wanted to leave an updated review. Ana usually cleans our house and always does a great job. Since she's so familiar with our house, she's especially efficient. If she's unavailable, a different maid occasionally cleans and they've always been well trained and do a good job. The company has also been very responsive when I've needed to change the date or time of a scheduled cleaning. I'm even more impressed with Organically Maid than when I wrote the review below after the first cleaning.

Baylee did an exceptional job cleaning our house for the first time on Monday. She arrived on time and cleaned so thoroughly that we couldn't find anything that she did that could have been done better.

Madi W was excellent! She was thorough and left our home clean and fresh. We can’t wait to have her back.

I have cleanings done every other week with Organically Maid. Ana goes above and beyond with our house. I have 5 kids, two dogs, and while I don’t expect the maid to organize the kiddos rooms, Ana does! I’ve had cleanings with other providers and none of them compare! I only use natural cleaners myself, so having the cleaner use that also is very important to us.

We have had Andrea for over 2 years and love her! She’s very thorough, friendly, and does an amazing job. The company is very responsive if I need to change something and work with out schedule. Highly recommend!!

We always get a thorough cleaning at our home. Ana and Dana are our most frequent maids and they always do great!

Madi Webb did an amazing job cleaning our house thoroughly and thoughtfully. She went the extra mile. She was so kind and warm to my family and I as well. I would definitely recommend! I love that they use thieves products, and she even brought her own diffuser w oils in it to make my house smell brand new :)
