These guys were efficient, affordable and got the job done. After we couldn't get our other service to even answer their phones, it was so nice to deal with Sun Valley!
We had a fairly simple wiring problem - it was done in 30 minutes.

We engaged Sun Valley when we first bought our home with pool in December. It is always beautiful and balanced. They just came this morning after the storms from last night and cleaned it impeccably. We're looking forward to hours in our pool this year!

I had a burnt out pump that I was having an extremely difficult time getting the home warranty company to replace. They sent two other services out and the service level was terrible. Ricky came onsite, and took the time to fully listen to the problem and replaced the pump. The work was done quickly and cleanly. I will be calling them for any future repairs that are needed.

Again as my 3 emails today stated, do not bill my mother regarding any further service. They started out good, however, no chlorine added on last visit, pool cleaner removed without authorization, supposedly fixed, and any moron would have noticed the crack in the fitting, however they had it 2 weeks and brought it back and again, no communication. They did a ten minute fix on a leaking gasket at the equipment I would say 6-8 months ago, charged $125.00 for a 4.00 part (if that), guess what its leaking again...i doubt it was ever fixed to begin with. As stated, I worked for fort worth's premier pool builder for years, I know good customer service and clearly your lack of responding to my emails shows your inability to take ownership of your faulty work....again shes not paying anything further and she better not get an invoice for anything regarding that pool cleaner as you did nothing. Beware

We had the best experience ever with our technician. He was on time, experienced, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We could not be happier with Sun Valley! We will always call them for our pool needs!!

Sun Valley Pool Service is a terribly unprofessional, dishonest company. I requested their estimation and they came to do it 2-weeks ago. First, Holly called about 4 weeks ago and left a voicemail, she never received a call back. She called a second time and finally spoke with a Pam (secretary) who was eager to set up the initial consultation. My wife was incredibly detailed in that it needed to be at 9am CST, as my work is very demanding, especially during Covid-19. Pam advised it would not be a problem, he will be there by 9am. The gentleman was an hour late to our meeting, blaming it on the secretary who he says gave him an hour window. He was there by 10:15am. My wife could not have been clearer that it needed to happen by 9am, due to my demanding work schedule. I was fine to overlook that, things happen and I waited for him. The guy was kind, professional and gave me an estimate on our pool service at $45 per week. He said he would be having the secretary reach out to me the following week to schedule - she never did. When my wife called to set up the scheduling, she proceeded to advise they would not be servicing our pool because "their route was full." Why was this not mentioned during the evaluation? The gentleman acted very strongly like this will be happening and he will take on our pool. My wife advised this to the secretary, and then the secretary finally broke down and said "well there's a lot of dirt in the pool" ... so there you have it. That is also not entirely true. There was some dirt in the pool, which I vacuumed up that very day after the evaluation. I also had the water tested by Leslie's and made sure they would have a better starting point on the pool service - to help make it a little easier on their end. So - they lied about what time the appointment was, then they lied about not having room on the route, so I would NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone. I would have preferred an honest response from the man who conducted the evaluation the day of and not have him waste both my time and my wife's time trying to set up service. We are glad things transpired the way that they did, because God knows what else they were prepared to lie about. Burleson residents, be aware and do not hire this company. I am a very strong Christian man, I am a business owner and understand exactly how customers should be treated. I never leave reviews - but this is incredibly unethical and I want my fellow residents to know the way they handled a POTENTIAL customer. How do they handle current customers I wonder? Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

What can I say about my experience with sun valley pools. This company is extremely professional and timely. They address issues and even though it may not be big deal to how the pool operates it's a big deal to the customer and they understand the concern and address it. I am so happy to do business with sun valley pools and I will continue to do business with them. I want to say thank you to the person who performs the weekly cleaning and the receptionist who schedules work and payments. I do not want to say their name since this is open to the public but they are all true professionals. If you are looking for a good company that still holds integrity and cost effectiveness for their customers this is it.

Very good service. Used Sun Valley to replace booster pump, heater, salt water cell, salt water control panel, and primary pool pump. They were always on-time and finished the job to perfection. Would highly recommend Ricky and his team.

We have had Sun Valley Pool Service for many years now. They have always kept our pool clean and in good working order. If there is a problem with the pool they alert us right away and take care of it. The pool techs and office staff are always knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We recommend them to anyone looking for help with their pool.

Sun Valley Pool Service is a credit to the industry. I had three different companies recommended to service our over sized pool. The difference with Sun Valley, Customer service is #1. The other service providers sent a technician with no experience, another could not keep commitments to delivery of service, two cancellation and requested a third extension and it goes on. Sun Valley, after listening to our nightmare and our pool not being available for our grand children's visit without hesitation delivered. Courteous, prompt, and experienced technician solved the issues on time promised and fixed the issue immediately with no issues. Amazing. I tip my hat to this company and look forward to continued service and maintenance.

We have been using Sun Valley for about a year now and they have given us great pool service and customer service. Our service tech always does a great job cleaning the pool. We had some repairs that needed to be done to the pool equipment and he did an expert job. Highly recommended.

I have used at least three other pool service until I found Sun valley and I am not one to write reviews but these guys are amazing, they always respond and show up when they say. Best pool service by far!

Recently just switched from my long term mediocre pool service company to Sun Valley. I can't tell you how satisfied I am with the results. The pics in this review are from July 9th old company's work on my pool. The clean perfect pool picture is from July 11th the results from Sun Valley who fixed all the problems my last pool company left us with. THANK YOU SUN VALLEY! You basically saved our Summer.

We paid for pool cleaning services in additional to multiple "repairs" this past year only to be told by another company that our pool is in "horrible" condition with MANY critical issues that will need to be fixed (pump was almost burn up due to 2 leaks) and it needs major deep cleaning (there are tons of dirt and debris). They also found multiple UNDISSOLVED chlorine tablets in the bottom of our pool. We were not informed about any of these issues and had assumed the pool was being taken care of. AVOID this company. We are not sure what we paid for.

1 star simply because they agreed to discontinue our service moving forward and not charge us for service in the last month, but we are very upset. We are first-time pool owners and were completely ignorant. We needed professional guidance and help but instead feel preyed upon.

Scheduling was simple, and the crew arrived on time. They worked fast but still paid attention to details. The duct cleaning made a big difference in how the air flows through the apartment. Very smooth process overall with E.T Vent Cleaning.

The E.T. crew cleaned every vent carefully and explained a few things about keeping the system in good shape. After the HVAC cleaning, the air feels cleaner and the house smells fresher. Solid service in Arlington.

I had an air duct cleaning appointment. They were so nice and incredibly fast. Service was awesome and I already notice a difference in the clean air in my home. Would recommend them for this service in Arlington!

This company in Arlington actually respects your time and your property. The E.T team arrived at my home, wore shoe covers, and used corner guards so their hoses would not scuff my baseboards.
