The two gentlemen that we had and I can only remember one gentleman's name. His name was Kelvin. Those two guys were awesome. They actually fix our problem where two other different plumbing companies could not. These guys again were very friendly, very informative and they knew what they were doing. Awesome guys! Awesome!

Baker Brothers Plumbing was fantastic from start to finish. They responded to my initial inquiry quickly, and the technician, Derek, walked me through both the best-case and worst-case scenarios before doing any work. We discussed a clear plan together, which I really appreciated. He was professional, communicative, and incredibly gracious—especially considering he was troubleshooting in the rain. I highly recommend Baker Brothers for anyone needing reliable, honest plumbing service.

My go to so far for any electric or plumbing needs, both a complex electrical job and a simple routine plumbing job were done spot on.

Service has been great and scheduling very simple. Been most impressed with the general quality of the technicians though, every one I've gotten has gone above and beyond in being informative, explaining what's happening and in a very clear way, overall a pleasure to talk with and exceeded expectations both times.

Searched for an electriction on Google. Bakers Brothers was the first to select. We are new home owners. We had a very minimal problem, however I was unsuccessful is fixing it. I reached out to Baker Brothers. The receptionist was polite and on point. Everything that was discussed happened. Our technician Triston was also great to work with. Arrived exactly at the time we scheduled. Also polite and professional. We thank you and look forward to future business!

I needed to have my tankless water heater serviced. I researched and reached out to several companies before I chose Baker Brothers. I am on a budget due to battlling breast cancer but I still wanted the best. After reading reviews and speaking with Michaela I chose Baker Brothers. I was completly satisfied with Michael and the young man that came with him. Unfourtantly I did not get his nsme. They were both very professional and explained every thing in depth.

My plumber, Dan Messam, arrived as promised. He listened to my explanation of my toilet issues and recommended only the repairs that I needed. I appreciate that he was looking out for my budget by not doing more than was needed. I would recommend him and Baker Brothers for their efficient and ethical service

The licensed plumbers clearly explained my options to repair plumbing issues under my sink along with the expense options. We selected one of the solutions and they did an excellent repair, at a reasonable rate. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up their work area! They came out the same day for the repair. My regular service provided me with an AI Agent that told me they could schedule someone in two days. We couldn’t wait. I would highly recommend Baker Brothers!

I was very pleased with the two people who came to give us an estimate for a plumbing question and electrical. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. I was given quotes for both and believe them to be reasonable amounts. They understood what we were in need of and went to great lengths to explain what would take place to satisfy our needs. I would definitely recommend Bakers Brothers plumbing, electrical, and air/heating for all of these types of needs. Especially in today’s world where there are so many dishonest companies. Reached out to them and they were able to come and detect our leak in the same day!
Two days later they were able to fix our leak and made sure we didn’t have leaks anywhere else. Steven was very knowledgeable and told us exactly what we needed. They also didn’t try to sell us more than what we needed. Would definitely use them again!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Baker Brothers saved the day. My water heater's pilot light would not relight and I called Baker Brothers in a pinch last night. They were able to get someone out to my house first thing this morning. Derek, the technician, was timely, so friendly, and incredibly efficient. He walked me through the various scenarios and pricing before he got to work, took the time to explain what the issue was, and was able to fix the pilot light in no time. I am so grateful to him and the entire Baker Brothers team. Every phone call and interaction was polite and professional. I will definitely be calling Baker Brothers again - I couldn't recommend them more.

Wonderful company! They are timely, professional and friendly. I love when someone puts boot covers on before entering our home, since we have a baby running around. For me, it shows respect for our home. We will absolutely use them again! Ryan Gauthier was our tech. He was lovely!

Andrew contacted me personally to let me know he was a half hour away of arriving. He was great to work with as he was very knowledgeable and identified the plumbing problem immediately with a quick and inexpensive repair. I use Baker Brothers for all my AC and now plumbing needs as they are well worth the value!

Same day service, which I appreciated. A simple clog turned out to be a significant sewer repair. The plumber, Dion, was skilled and courteous. It was expensive but it was a lot of work and I feel confident that it is fixed right.

Went to these guys for a second opinion and they charged about one quarter of the price given from the company before them. Plumber on site was a great guy that got my complicated problem figured out and handled within the same day. Will definitely be going with these guys long term for plumbing needs!

My garbage disposal decided to kick the bucket last night leaving water all throughout my cabinet. Derek showed up and immediately identified the problem, took up & close pictures/videos to explain, and then gave me a quote. I will say, the price point wasn’t pretty but I imagine it’s standard across the board these days. That said, Derek was kind enough to offer a coupon for a discount and then he began installing. Very friendly, knowledgeable and quick. He arrived around 12:30pm and was done and out by 1pm.

My uncle got new smoke detectors and Mr. Tracy was so professional and patient with us I really appreciate it a lot. I saw this company on channel 8 all the time but I'm glad decided to go and give them a call 🤙 everyone from the operator to the workers are so nice and professional I pray this company has much success ❤️

We had two new toilets installed and they did a great job! The work was done quick and clean. Even the caulk was nice and neat!! Friendly plumbers, would highly recommend!!

Joseph was the Tech that came out and installed our water heater. He understood that is was an emergency as we had been without water for 2 days since the leak. Even though it was pushing 5pm, he made the call to pick it up and completed the job. He was thorough and explained all the different pieces of the unit. I really appreciated him understanding the urgency.
