Knowledgeable and professional. The original call was for one toilet repair. Ended up having two repaired. Everything done quickly. Explanations for what was done. Very satisfied. Would use again if needed.

On time. Great communication and the tech diagnosed and quoted quickly. I approved the quote and the work was done same day and resolved the issue. The tech was very polite and even quoted other small jobs while he was there and returned the next day to complete. Highly satisfied.

I am very pleased with the professionalism that Anthony brought to the jobs he performed for me. The work was completed with care and he was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in detail. My only complaint would be that I had a slow draining kitchen sink that just ended up being the p trap which they charged $266 to clean. I noticed on their website a special for $79 to do the same work. Kind of a bummer to pay $187 more because I forgot to mention the offer on the website.

I want to highly recommend this company. I specifically asked for Devon Brant he was a plumber I had used with ABC and had gone over to Baker Bros. (ABC no longer offers plumbing service). Devon was amazing as always, but the reason for the 5 Stars is beyond just his service. I had posted a previous review saying that their pricing was high. Danny called me from customer service and after seeing my review, reviewed my service and gave me a $150 credit. I have never had a company reach out to me after I posted a review. I was so impressed with their phone call and customer service that I’ m posting. So many companies present themselves as customer centric, Baker Bros is the real deal. Thank you Danny and Devon for giving me the 5 Stars Experience!

Devon was fantastic and so easy to work with. I would recommend him to anyone looking for repairs. He was diligent and thorough, which yeah may end up costing more, but at the end of the day knowing your has is gas leak free and safe. I was able to put the cost of the repairs onto a repayment plan that was interest free so that was a huge added bonus. There was a small ceiling issue but that was taken care of by the company in a very timely manner. Much appreciated!

Had an emergency plumbing issue and called Baker Brothers specifically based on their ratings. I didn’t think I could go wrong with a 4.8 rating with 24k reviews. I had a great experience beginning with my initial phone call. I was greeted pleasantly and professionally and explained my issue. I was assured that my problem will be taken care of today (it was a Sunday afternoon) and a representative would call me when they were 30-45 minutes out. About five minutes after the phone call, I received an email with a picture of my service tech and a short bio along with a link to track their time and distance away from the house. Andy arrived on time, addressed my issue within minutes, and was out of there within 30 minutes. I highly recommend Baker Brothers for, at minimum, plumbing needs, but they service much more than that.

Best experience. We had issues with the faucets/pipes that feed into our washer and dryer. They were closed and still leaking tons of water. Made the appointment and 24 hours later it was fixed. Michael Young was our tech and did fast and reliable work. Answered every question. We previously used them for total AC repair and they were AMAZING! We will only use Baker Brothers moving forward. Not because my husband knows the owner, but because they do great work at a great price and fast.

Circuit panel replacement and upgrade

House was not grounded, only 10v wiring used, fried geckos and a hidden circuit breaker were all behind the panel. Within 24 hours it was fixed, explained clearly and with photos.

Very good service, I called and next day experience plumber came home at the promised time window, provided quickly a fair quote and got the job done in 1 hr. The scheduling was as great, they explain me the benefit and savings of a maintenance subscription plan, we took it and we now know that if needs emerge Baker Brothers has our back. I have been using Baker Brothers for several years now, from extremely difficult to fix water leaks all the way to A/C replacement and repair and they have never let me down. They are always super easy to schedule and their techs are great. Highly recommended!!!!

Okay, I'm going to make this as fair as possible. I needed some work done at my rental home in DFW. Called for leaking toilet in upstairs master bath causing ceiling damage in laundry room below. I grew up with a plumber for a father so I knew the toilet was either partially blocked and not draining well OR (most likely not seated well and needed to be reset on the flange. I'm three hours away, so I opted to hire someone rather than drive in and fix myself.

My son (24) and his wife live in the home and rent from me. So, I let them talk to the repair guy and get the quote. (MY MISTAKE) I was given two options...go in through the floor below to see where the issue was OR reset the toilet. Even though I was 95% sure it was just a toilet that needed to be reset, I new the ceiling was going to need to be cut out anyway, so I choose that option. I was quoted $400. I thought that was a little little much for a fix, but realize we are not in the 80's anymore and went with it for convenience.

About 30 minutes later my son texts me ANOTHER quote saying that the repair man believed it WAS in fact leaking at the flange and it would be ANOTHER $400 to reset the toilet. I was shocked! I thought the original WAY over priced $400 was going to include diagnosing and repairing. But no, it would be another $400 to reset the toilet. I was NEVER going to pay $800 to have the toilet reset, so I told my son to let the guy go.

All in, the the company was VERY responsive...came out same day, very polite to deal with, and I even spoke to the repair guy after my son told him we wouldn't be using them to reset the toilet. I take responsibility for the $400 and no repair. I completely should have looked at and verified what the quote was for...but I don't like the "upfront" cost the company claims as it made me think...upfront to FIX the issue. All and all, I paid $400 for the guy to cut a hole in the laundry room floor!

Lesson learned. I only am giving 4 stars because for a company they really were great...until their "upfront pricing" process bit me in the butt...which again I take responsibility for. One star for each $100 spent. I'll be driving in this weekend to reset myself.

When I purchased my 2 HVAC Systems from Baker Brothers a few years ago I chose their lifetime service package. This was my spring service and Aldo was amazing. The visit was no charge bc it was covered on my lifetime service. Keeps my systems running perfect having the twice a year service built in.

See attached photo of panel and writings from desire and new panel install from about two years ago. Got fed up with trying to read chicken scratch and upside down numbering and called to complain. Two nice guys came out and totally agreed. Told them I would write in descriptions on new stickers. They said they would drop off new stickers the following day which they did. Wrong size stickers. Would like new panel cover with appropriate size stickers dropped off at some point. Spent over $3000 for something I can’t read. Question quality of Baker Brothers…

I was thoroughly impressed with Jesse DeLatorre professionalism and his ability to diagnose the problem immediately and provide a clear solution. This was my first experience with Baker’s Brothers, but it will not be the last. I was in a panic state as my warranty company could not find a plumber to come out to replace the leaky water line which has caused damage to my dining room floor. I called Baker Brothers and within an hour, they had a technician coming my way. I am very appreciative. Thanks to Jesse and the entire Baker’s Brothers family. I have included some before and after pictures.The leak was located on a copper water pipe line under the staircase. The new copper line is the after picture.

Tracy Wilson did an excellent job. He got us up and running in 15 minutes. He found a lose cable to the battery. Hooked it up and Bingo!. He didn't try too sell us a new battery. He was a honest electrician. If needed I would ask for him again.

Absolutely amazing experience with Baker Bros.! They have helped me out with so much over the years, but the latest was the best yet. Joseph and Kason were fantastic to work with. What started off as a seemingly simple toilet repair ended up being much more extensive. Joseph and Kason kept me up to date along the way, completing the work on time - they even kept me online during Thanksgiving! They were both great to work with and I'll definitely be requesting them by name moving forward. Incredible workmanship and high quality work - I may even frame one of the new sewer line photos in my bathroom! 😊 Well done! Thank you so much!

We had a main line drain issue and called several plumbing companies for quotes. Most of them were very expensive and charged a service fee just to come out. These guys were by far the most affordable!

They advertised $79 for the drain cleaning, offered no service fee, and gave us a free estimate before starting any work. They were also able to complete everything the same day, which was such a relief.

Our technician, Andres, was incredibly nice and professional. He didn’t try to upsell or add unnecessary charges, which we really appreciated. He even took the time to look at an additional issue and answer all of our extra questions without making us feel rushed. He wore boot covers when coming inside and had the job fixed in about 30 minutes.

We also received a courtesy call about 30 minutes before he arrived, which made everything so convenient.

Honest, affordable, and efficient — we would absolutely recommend them!

I wanted to post a review of my Wonderful experience with Baker’s Brothers. My family & I have been a customer for years. Today we had a faucet installed actually the second one the technician that came out Saul was fantastic!!! So professional and knowledgeable and we absolutely love it!!! I have never been more impressed in a company and service technicians as I am with this company. Alex was so professional , honest and took time to explain everything to us in terms we could understand . I will be a customer of theirs for life . I will always ask for Alex too as he was awesome .

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had when it come to dealing with plumbing issues. The guys were extremely professional and very knowledgeable and helpful with everything! Did not hesitate to get us fixed up and back in business again! Would absolutely recommend over and over.
