Ashley did a great job cleaning and tidying my house while I was away. I had a few requests and quirks, but she did a fantastic job. The floors were mopped, carpet vacuumed, counters wiped, and everything was just the way I wanted it.

We started with a deep cleaning and were so impressed that we immediately transitioned to bi-weekly recurring cleanings. The initial deep clean left our home spotless, and the first standard cleaning was also great. The only small hiccup was that the beds weren’t made and the sofa wasn’t staged the first time, but after mentioning it to the manager, they made sure it was added to our preferences. Since then, everything has been perfect!

Their team is consistent, professional, and genuinely cares about doing a great job. We highly recommend Maid Up Cleaners if you’re looking for a reliable, high-quality cleaning company you can trust.

I had previously posted because I was disappointed I contacted customer service about my cleaning and no one responded. That was remedied within a day when Jacob called me and we discovered my text did not go through to customer service. From there we had a great conversation about service going forward. I appreciated the call, and look forward to giving them by business in the future.

Jacob (partial owner or owner) doesn't care about your feedback. He does not take any responsibility for his actions or the lack thereof from his employees. He does not see the underlying issue, which in my case were two very under qualified cleaners. I scheduled a cleaning for my mother and two women came, only worked on the main bathroom, swept a bit, talked on the phone and argued with my mom when she showed them areas that were clearly still dirty. After several hours we canceled the service and had them leave. They left the trash bag they brought in at the front door. I can confirm, from a previous review, Jacob will call and harass you with multiple text “trying” to fix the situation. It doesn’t matter what you say. You are wrong and he is right, end of story. Worse “cleaning” I have ever had to deal with. Please don’t waste your money here.

We used Maid Up Cleaners for my mom’s house. She needed a deep clean but is super picky. She was beyond pleased with the service and she’s not easy to please!

She said the cleaners did an amazing job and did everything right the first time. They didn’t just dust around things but they actually moved furniture to dust underneath.

Very communicative and easy to work with. I appreciated them taking time to answer questions about service types up front and provide me with quotes for different ongoing services. I booked a deep cleaning session this time-- it felt so great to step into my house after work. Smelt great, everything was tidy. Awesome attention to detail. Very grateful to Maid Up Cleaners for their dedication to keeping our home clean. We especially like working with Ashley S :) The only reason I’ve rated 4/5 is because I've had some communication issues with their admin side related to cleaner arrival timing, scheduling, and some accidental damage that occurred once. All issues were resolved but it was some extra hassle I haven’t had to deal with with other companies. But overall we are happy with the cleaners’ work!! Thank you!

NIGHTMARE of a company to deal with. All due to a single person.

Disclaimer: this post may get deleted assuming the company pleads Google to do so to protect their brand. If it doesn’t, I hope you read this well before you choose to go with this company for you professional (or lack thereof) cleaning needs.

The absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with. You’re better off finding somebody off Facebook Marketplace advertising private party services.

They will quote a number, send people out, perform cleaning tasks, may or may not tell you additional time is required, and that there would be an extra charge.

Upon declining extra time and asking to prioritize certain areas, the work may be carried out “halfassed”. If dissatisfied, you’d have to deal with *This one manager* who I will not name-drop. But let me paint this person based on my experience.

This individual brands himself as “ professional”, yet what you will get is the equivalent of a cheap-cologne-wearing used car salesman who passionately tries to defend his sale to you, all while putting words in your mouth, seemingly manipulating the entire situation to the company’s favor, strategically twisting words around whatever personal details you chose to share in order provide background and context.

It feels as though this dude watched the movie “The Wolf of Wallstreet” over 100 times and decided he will be “The Wolf of cleaning”. Aggressive, invasive, with a tone that makes you believe he’s the pissed off customer - not you. I think society brands these kind of individuals as “Gaslighters”.

If there is budging, it will likely be minimal, and it will be based on “finishing the work we did not finish”.

However, be advised that if the task was ultimately completely by you and you are there to negotiate down the 400+ USD you chose to spend for a certain value you expected and did not get, there will be no money returned back to you.

The person will stick to his flawed logic, even if you tell him over and over again that YOU had to complete the task FOR THEM.

What sense does it make to go and finish mopping floors that were ultimately mopped by YOU post facto?

Not worth your time or your hard earned dollars.

Never again.

On day one she asked us about the areas that are most important and she checks in with us each time to ensure she addresses all our cleaning needs.
