We recently moved to the area and were looking for a reliable cleaning service to help maintain our home. After reaching out for information, something just felt a little off, so we decided to do what anyone would,take a closer look before inviting anyone into our home.

As we read through the company’s reviews, my wife noticed an odd and concerning pattern: many of the same reviewer accounts had also reviewed other cleaning companies in different states and in different locations, sometimes within just hours or moment of each other. We looked further and noticed that several of these same reviewer names appeared repeatedly across different cleaning services, often leaving nearly identical reviews. When looking. Into it further, A few of these profiles even seem to belong to people who run and work for those other cleaning businesses, many of whom appear connected through an online cleaning-business group that teaches how to run remote cleaning companies called home service academy. Across those companies, the same group of reviewers shows up frequently mentioning leaving reviews for each other.

That pattern appears to show that many of these 5-star ratings may not be from actual paying customers, but from fellow business owners boosting each other’s profiles. It was certainly bizarre at first to see so many similar connections in one place which is what led us to look further, and we ultimately decided to look elsewhere for service.

Anyone considering this company may want to do their own research,click on the reviewer profiles and see the pattern for themselves before booking. We do not feel comfortable with them after our experience.

We hired Ruder cleaning service for a family members move out cleaning as a gift to them to take something off their plate in a cross-state move and we had an amazing experience from the start to end, the clean was detailed and they even took care of windows. They sent us pictures of the home after clean and communicated with us and the home owners about everything, fantastic experience throughout! Team Bravo was amazing!!! I’m very picky when it comes to cleaning and I usually clean myself since the few times that I’ve hired cleaners I would have to tell them to re clean an area. I was forced to hire a cleaner this time around because I threw my back out and haven’t been able to keep up with my chores. When I tell you I was looking so hard to find something wrong. I was looking harrrd. It was literally spotless. And they even re-arranged some things which made my apartment look even better. I would definitely recommend this company.

Amazing deep clean! My house is sparkling! The cleaning staff were very professional and did more than I expected. Everyone, from the sales and booking team to the cleaning staff were all fantastic.

I purchased a full house deep clean for my wife as a birthday present. The husband/wife team that came out was great. They arrived on time, were very friendly, and did a great job. Maid Up Cleaners came to our home yesterday for a deep cleaning. Prior, I have employed an individual for many years and for two homes. I am so impressed with the cleaning, the staff and all the attention to personal detail. To note, the customer service is excellent. I fully recommend this company and their services! We are a go for weekly cleaning. And the pricing is very fair.

Full disclosure, I’m not a review person generally. Even when service is quality, I generally won’t write something up out of laziness, forgetfulness, or lack of desire. Having said that, I cannot say enough about this company. I have never had such quality service on one of my properties. Like many people, I selected this company from a google search with great reviews. They absolutely did not disappoint. The house was immaculately clean and service was timely. I needed a last minute clean and they squeezed me in with less than 2 day’s notice. The level of cleanliness and care is no exaggeration. I’m merely writing this to let others know. I had a minor hiccup in communication with the team but that was quickly sorted out by Jacob. The guy went above and beyond anything I’ve experienced on a professional customer service level to sort things out. (Mind you this was all well after business hours). I will likely be utilizing this cleaning service for an ongoing cleaning simply because of the quality service I received during this one request. I highly recommend this company for any cleaning service. Regardless of the job, I know they can handle it and top it all off with above and beyond customer service.
