Very bad service . I never back. It’s not even about the charge anymore. I’ve had this appointment scheduled for a month. I wanted service every single day and kept following up. Today, I drove 20 miles and arrived at the house on time. Then you told me the person got sick and said you would send someone at 1 PM. I came back again at 3 PM and still nobody showed up. That’s what bad service means.

It’s not about the money — it’s about my time. For the past month, I’ve been calling and texting every 2–3 days to make sure the cleaning appointment wouldn’t be forgotten.
