Mr. Gaige was great! Professional and friendly. Very knowledgeable.

Had work done by these guys a couple of times. Very professional and courteous team. I would highly recommend.

Prompt arrival, excellent service and reasonable repair rate. Would call Gaige appliance repair again!

Great service and efficiency...also very courteous and helpful-just moved in, had boxes at the front door and upon leaving Stephen offered to take them to the trash!! I highly recommend this company.

Stephen was very professional and efficient explained everything in detail what repairs were needed on my refrigerator.. I would highly recommend gaige appliances.

The gentlemen with Gaige Appliance were professional and quick! Very polite. I’d recommend them for any appliance issues.

Spent a week trying to get this guy to do the work. "I'll call you back tomorrow", "I'll stop by this afternoon to get the appliance model number", "Yes, I'll have time this afternoon", "if you get the model number to me I'll order the parts", blah, blah, blah, None of this happened. I wasted a week trying to work with him before I woke up and realized he is a waste of time.

They could not fix my dishwasher they came twice for a repair and I still have a broken dishwasher. They won't return my phone calls it goes straight to voice-mail. Worst service in Texas I have ever experienced. Scam!

Absolutely impressed with this company! Came out next day, straightforward pricing with no surprises and our wash machine is back up and running smoothly!

Highly recommend!

I called with a question and the gentlemen I spoke with had an answer and a solution without even coming to my house! Top Notch Customer Service! I will most definitely recommend this company to my closest friends and family if they ever need a repair.

Stephen was prompt and explained everything. Diagnosis was good, and quick. Very courteous. Would be getting him for my next appliance repair as well.
