6/2/25 I noticed about midnight my AC wasn’t cooling well. Figured it needed a Freon boost. I got on Google Maps to search for an AC company near me. I was glad to find on their website that I could schedule an appointment ($50 service call)-and that they had an opening for 8a-11a window. I was confirmed for the appointment by text.

I was alerted by text when they arrived. They arrived in a professional looking vehicle. Yes, that’s important. It sets the tone for the business. Idk about you but I question the service I’m about to get when companies show up in a ratty vehicle.

The gentleman, Johnny and Dallas got right to it and quickly found the problem. Johnny showed me the issue and walked me through my repair process and options for service, the time approximation, and the optional Service Membership $100-then I think 15% off repairs and twice a year free HVAC checks, which I did do.

They documented every step before and after the repair with pictures step by step sent to my email. We scheduled a follow up check for two weeks.

I’ve owned homes before and they are competitively priced but most of all the company procedures of documentation keeps a level of accuracy and accountability for the customer and is better record keeping for the business.

The techs were very professional, courteous, polite, mindful of the property and explained everything clearly. 10/10!

My AC system wasn’t cooling so I called One Hour Heating & AC. They sent Johnny R. out this morning and he confirmed what I pretty much already suspected, it was done. My system is 22 years old so it was no real surprise. What did surprise me is the time and effort Johnny R spent making sure that was indeed the case. He didn’t just automatically say that I needed a new system, he checked everything. I was also surprised at how reasonable the price was, much lower than I expected. I was also shocked at how fast they could replace it, they will be here tomorrow. I am very pleased with the service I received from One Hour Heating & AC and especially the service I got from Johnny R.

DALLAS WAS INCREDIBLE! Went out of his way to take care of my system and saved me big time!!! Such a nice person through and through. Scott was also so amazing! Helped me get scheduled AFTER HOURS and got people to come help as soon as possible! He also saved me so much money 😭♥️ can’t thank these guys enough! I felt I could trust these people, not pushy or ‘salesy’. Just fair pricing and quality work!

Johnny is fantastic! I have had several bids from other companies and one hour blew all of them out of the water. They were very straight forward and gave me all the options upfront.

$150 to clean out a VERY clogged dryer vent! I called YESTERDAY and was given a next day appointment. The service technician who came out, Dallas, was amazing! Customer service and quality of services are extremely important to me and they did NOT disappoint! Highly recommend!

Johnny R did an amazing job thank you so much for coming out and inspecting my system. He was quick thorough and did not try to rob me. He explained what he was checking for and if there were any issues, in layman's terms, not as if I was an idiot but in language I understood and I appreciate that. Will definitely request Johnny specifically for any other services that I need.

We are so thrilled with the service we received from One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. We called late night because our air conditioning wasn’t blowing cold air and they were able to have technicians at our door first thing. They were able to diagnose the issue and fixed it really quickly and was beyond reasonable as far as cost goes. Johnny R. And Mukeya were really friendly and knowledgeable and made great recommendations based off of our needs! They were also so kind to all 4 of our crazy dogs which was incredible. We will definitely be staying with them for any future services!

Johnny was here within a few hours of my call. Worth mentioning because we don’t live close to anywhere. He explained everything he was doing and taught me a few things about my old zone controller along the way. He was able to diagnose things quickly and got us back up and running again in no time at all.

I called One Hour Heating and Air about my furnace not working. They were able to send a tech out within the hour. After looking over and testing the furnace Dallas was very thorough in explaining the needed repair. He was very polite and professional. The repair was completed quickly. A great experience with this company and technician.
