Anthony and Gage were great! Personable, quick, and knowledgeable, they arrived on the earlier side of my appointment window and had our air working again within half an hour. Another company told us they couldn’t come out for 2 days! So grateful to have gotten help same day with this company (it was 85 inside our home). Definitely recommend.

EDIT: I had One Hour out again for semi-annual maintenance. As usual, they were great!! They were the third or fourth HVAC company I called. They were not the least expensive, but they were the most competent, the most honest, the most reasonable, the most dependable. They've got my business for the duration!

Heating went out at night and service came out first thing in morning and on time. Johnny R. diagnosed the issue quickly and went out of his way to fix an electrical component, while also giving suggestions on other parts that may need replacement in the future. Highly recommend to anyone in the area!

All these reviews have to be fake. They came and looked at my AC and said the only way to fix was to buy a whole new AC and furnace. When I asked about just a furnace, was told my outside AC unit was to old for a new furnace to be connected to it. Had a new company come take a look and found that just my inside coils need to be replaced and the outside AC was only 2 years old. Don't trust these people. Also the price they quoted me for new units was $12000. Other places quoted me $9000.

Gage came out within 2 hours of my scheduling the service call after realizing that our AC went out overnight. He had it diagnosed and fixed within minutes. He was professional, knowledgeable and explained everything so it was easy to understand. I would definitely recommend him and the company! The price was reasonable. We even signed up for the yearly maintenance service.

Johnny came out to my house on a weekend call out. My upstairs was cooking! Educated me about my system, went over my options and made some recommendations. Front-sided things appropriately to set fair expectations. He was friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. I’d call him to come work on my mom’s house and I think that says just about all that’s needed.
