Great Company. I called yesterday and got the same service that day. Travis is an excellent technician and has been to our home on several occasions for different AC issues. Issues were always fixed and done in a timely manor. Very polite and knowledgeable.
Customer service at the main office is also great and very responsive to our needs.

I'm local in Aubrey and had Travis come out to our home. Our AC wasn't cooling on the really hot days but would do fine on other days. Travis came and inspected the attic, outside unit and contacted me on the phone. He was very patient with all my questions and broke down the reality of my situation and the repairs. He made the proper repairs and had some suggestions. Very friendly and honest. Bc of Travis I'll be using Spectrum heat and air as my go to Pros! Thanks Travis and spectrum Staff! Booking was very easy and she got me in as soon as possible. 10/10 recommended

Awesome experience with Spectrum Heat and Air. Brad and the team really took care of me recently. I have been using them for over 5 years with minor repairs and replacements for my own system and many of my clients, always with the best reviews. I can say hands down they came to the rescue this past month. My AC went out over the 4th of July weekend and Kris came by the same day to service my system. He got me up and running and bought me some time. Several weeks later, my condenser finally died of old age. This was expected as Kris and I had discussed this possibility a few weeks earlier. Within 24 hours of calling, Kris and team, were back out the next day, and had my new system in.. man, what a relief.. this Texas heat is no joke without AC! I highly recommend the team at Spectrum Heat and Air!

Travis has come out to our home on two separate occasions now and is knowledgeable, down to earth, and does not try to get more money out of you. He is trustworthy…you don’t have to wonder if he is trying to scam you. The job will be done right, while still trying to save you the most money. He is solution oriented. We will continue to use this company as long as Travis is working for them. Good, honest employees are hard to come by these days.

One hour heating and air conditioning came out after hours on Father’s Day and did a great job. My technician didn’t rush to hurry and get home, instead he sat down and explained my whole ac system in a way I can understand. Definitely recommend them and make sure to ask for Gage!!!

AMAZING service, going above and beyond what is required. Anthony just left my home to check on my system - he was kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable. His recommendation to take care of my system was clear and easy to understand. It was evident that this appointment was not a “sales push” to him, but was an opportunity to help a family stay warm and comfortable in the winter. He worked to find a solution that was best for my home and family, as well as our budget. Super nice guy. Johnny, Anthony, and and Gage came out to our residence first thing in the morning. They addressed and fixed the issue quickly, were thorough, and provided great customer service. Scott also was very helpful scheduling service to come out and being transparent. If you want people you can trust, go with these guys!

I called numerous companies looking for assistance as our AC stopped cooling last night. One Hour is one of the only companies who called me back and got me scheduled within a few hours. Dallas, our technician was GREAT! He explained everything, showed us what was wrong, explained all charges, and answered our many questions. I truly appreciate One hour and Dallas for getting us help and our house cooled off so quickly in this Texas heat! I will be using this company from now on and requesting Dallas 😊

Since the scheduling I was treated as a customer should be. Scott listened to my problems with attention, made arrangements to a technician to come in the same day. When the technician (Johnny) arrived, he explained every single detail of what he was doing and thinking during the troubleshooting procedure. I felt 100% confident in his knowledge and skills to identify the correct root-cause and propose solutions. He showed me all the evidences, made multiple tests, provided alternatives and their costs. It was easy to decide what to do after all that.

AC issues never happen conveniently; however, Johnny and Dallas showed up ready to sovle the problem. Not only did they take care of the issues but they also took the time to explain what was happening, how to get the best price, and how to best take care of my system in the future. They were very respectful and patient. 10 out of 10 recommend these guys!

Anthony & Johnny were great! These two were extremely professional and educated me on services they provide to help maintain the life of the A/C unit and Hvac sy.
