Be very careful initiating a quote with this company. They will come out to your home multiple times and collect very little details about your project. They will then ONLY write you an estimate after you ask for it and my opinion is there is a reason they collect so little details. They will NOT provide any details cost / task breakdown in the estimate. You will pretty much get an over quote with little to no details and no breakdown at all of task/costs. Asking the president of the company for this info will not yield any results either, he will say he does that to protect the customer, when in fact all this does is pad the bid with assumptions that are hidden from the customer. In my experiences their bids are about 40-60% higher than other vendors in Austin so be careful with the FIXED PRICE no details bid as you may be paying more for things that can be done cheaper by other vendors.
