Detailed and great work. Johnathan was excellent at explaining and communicating. It was all clear what was going to be done and everything asked for was done professionally. Duct X quotes are on the pricy side of things. On other jobs, I walked away from the pricing and did it myself.

This a great service to have done! Just had my a/c ducts, a/c unit and dryer vent and dryer cleaned by this company. Dan and his helper did a marvelous job! Sparkling! House smells wonderful! They cleaned everything up after too. The price was very good and fair! Definitely recommend!

I am a superfan of Duct-X! They replaced all of my ductwork a few years ago, and did an excellent job. I have them come out every year to clean out my dryer vent and check my ducts. As always, they did a great job. I most appreciate their wonderful customer service. Good value for the money. Shout out to Yarin for this year's visit. See you guys next year!

Outstanding job! Showed up on time twice and on day one photographed everything and showed me as they went along also photographed their results. Estimate was reasonable and they did not think I needed to spend more money than was necessary to help with our allergies. Did not overcharge us. Noor and his helper did a wonderful job and were very friendly and extremely courteous. This work is tough, tough work. They were extremely careful of our personal belongings. As the George H. Pechtel Co Inc, a General Contractor in Yakima, I used Bergin Roofing for over 20 commercial projects and a couple home projects maybe more. Prior to Kevin's ownership I used his father Jim. I can not express how well I and my clients were treated, both in quality and price from Bergin Roofing. Some of the jobs were large commercial projects that required both very knowledgeable roofers and a large enough work force to get done. Bergin Roofing was able to man the job through the years and get done in the time frame we had to work in. You simply can not do better.

I chose this company because of the 5 star reviews, but now I am wondering how they got these reviews because I have not had the same experience. The tech was 1hr 15 minutes late. I'm wishing I would have canceled. He did not give us a receipt after he inspected a gas fireplace. I had to call to get one. When I received it, it stated "chimney inspection." This inspection was for a property that I am selling and need the receipt to say "fireplace was inspected." I have made 5 phone calls to get a corrected receipt. The only thing I'm told is they'll send the request to management. I've asked to speak to someone in charge but the phones are answered by a call service. Not a professional company.

Chris was professional and friendly and did a good job of keeping the inside furnishing protected while he cleaned the chimney.

Made appointment - didn't show - called him day of appointment and said he didn't recall making the appointment and rudely stated he was helping me out by not recalling making the appointment - also has form on website that doesn't respond to -

Rudest person on phone i ever talked to. Said $250 just to come out, when i said $250 just to come out is anything included? Started shouting. I would advice everyone to stay away.

I had crumbling mortar on the cap of my chimney and hand Chris and assistant install a metal cap on chimney. Excellent work! Everything looks very good!

Found Atlas at CSIA website. Came out the next day, clearly had experience and training to know what he was doing, and was able to help on an odd issue we had, as well as doing a professional inspection and giving a clear explanation of what he found.

These guys are knowledgeable about chimneys and fireplaces. They were on time and flexible with schedule. I'mean happy to have the piece of mind that my fireplace and chimney will be safe to use when fall and summer hit.

I was very happy that Atlas Chimney Inc. provides service in Wimberley Texas. Chris Hess inspected the chimney and structure of the fireplace was able to identify the cause of smoke filling the room. I would definitely recommend Atlas Chimney to anyone needing quality service and expertise.
