Constraction reviews in Austin, Texas

Been using spot be gone for a little over 2 years. They have been great. Always available with all the right equipment. Their team is always respectful. Freddie, Tim, Mike, CJ, Xavier and Roger are the few I have dealt with and they are great. Thanks for everything guys! Keep up the good work.

Spot be Gone has done my property twice. Each time they were courteous and on time. We had the same tech come out and he was very attentive to detail. He did not rush and asked about areas that we thought should have extra attention. The carpet looks amazing and smells nice. I choose to keep using them because other carpet cleaners seem to just go through the motions and rush. For a job well done they are my go to.

Spot be gone always does a great job! David always personally makes it a point to discuss the bids with me so we have all the Information needed to make the apartments beautiful again. He's constantly accommodating Highline.
Can't say enough how great they are!

We called Spot Be Gone for an air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning and couldn't be happier with the level of service we got from their team. They responded quickly and were able to come out the very next morning after we reached out.

Rashaad and Xavier were both so amazing, their level of consideration for our home and belongings and their attention to detail they put into servicing our home went beyond what I was expecting. They asked questions to make sure all of our concerns were addressed and to make sure we were completely satisfied before leaving. They were polite, professional and super efficient - we will 100% be using them again in the future.

I had called about upholstery cleaning on my couch and they were able to get someone to come the same day. Aj had showed up to my door with the best customer service and was in and out of my house within an hour and left my couch looking brand new! I’d totally recommend Aj if you need help with any cleaning.

Spot Be Gone is truly an amazing business!! I was in the process of moving and needed to make ready my old home for agents to show.. when I called I was given prompt service time options and they were on time with their commitment. Ed came and did an outstanding job and was very professional and detailed oriented. I recommend these guys to anyone and everyone needing carpet cleaning services! Carpet looks brand new!!

Rashaad did a fabulous job cleaning my carpet and large rug. He was incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful, making the entire experience pleasant. His punctuality and eagerness to please were much appreciated, and I highly recommend his services! It’s a pleasure to work with him, outstanding!

We have used your services for over 10 years and will happily continue to do so. Both business and personal home services always great work. Carpet cleaning, tile steam and seal, thermal fogs, and ozone treatments.

A+++ - These professionals managed a water restoration project from start to finish with excellence. My first point of contact, Alex—the project manager—handled every aspect of the job with organization, clarity, and professionalism. His team, including Miguel and Jerry, was extremely attentive and focused on every detail, from drywall and plaster work to cleanup, moving appliances, and, of course, the actual water damage remediation. I spoke with five contractors and each offered a different approach. Ultimately, I felt that Alex and his crew had the clearest plan and the expertise to see the project through successfully. This wasn’t the least expensive bid, but I wanted the job done right—and this crew absolutely delivered!

I should also mention that I had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with the owner, Roger, who runs a solid and ethical business. I wholeheartedly recommend SBG for any of your water restoration needs.

I wanted to take a moment to share my incredible experience with Judah at Spot Be Gone. Judah is truly amazing! He provided excellent customer service and did a fantastic job with his work. I am thoroughly impressed by his professionalism and the quality of service he offered.

I would highly recommend Judah and Spot Be Gone without hesitation. They definitely earned my trust and appreciation!

Great experience!! Aj was super helpful and friendly
He was efficient, walked me through the process, answered all of my questions, and made sure that I was satisfied with the finished product! Would definitely recommend

We've been using them as our primary provider for water extraction and remediation as well as carpet cleaning services, and they consistently deliver top-tier service. No matter the hour—whether it's 5pm or 2am—they are responsive, reliable, and ready to help. Their team is always professional, thorough, and incredibly timely. On top of that, their pricing is fair and transparent, which we really appreciate.

It's hard to find companies that combine quality work with great customer service, but Spot Be Gone does it every time. We highly recommend them to anyone in need of water damage restoration, remediation services, carpet cleaning, or any other service under their umbrella

Rashad was great! Got out of stubborn carpet stain that we couldn’t clear up ourselves. Easy to schedule and they were also very understanding when we had to reschedule

I am a Community Director at Bridge at Canyon Creek and needed a new carpet cleaning company. I’ve been using Spot Be Gone for about 6 months. They are very professional, and have saved me a more than a few times on some last minute projects. I have gotten to know Rashaad, one of their employees and I have to say that he always has a great attitude, always gives us a report after any job he does, he will come out just to look at the carpet to let us know if the carpet can be saved. He does an amazing job. I also use Spot Be Gone for water damage and remediation. They are quick to come out for emergency leaks to provide fans and dehumidifier’s and to start the remediation process. I will always use Soot Be Gone, very professional company. Great job to Rashaad!

I had an excellent experience with SpotBeGone. Mike was great! I would definitely recommend them for carpet or tile cleaning.

They did such a great job that I asked them to come back to do my tile and grout cleaning. Again, they did a fantastic job. Here are the before and after pictures.

I had the chance to meet with Dan of Gutter Tex and was really impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and cares about doing right by his customers. Gutter Tex offer more than just gutters—which was great to learn—and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend reaching out to them if you’re looking for a trustworthy and capable exterior contractor. He is now serving the Bryan/College Station area!
