Constraction reviews in Austin, Texas

We had Rashaad Johnson, or RJ come and do our air filters for our student apartment. The apartment was in such bad quality but RJ was a life saver!! He not only did our air filters and vents he did our carpets and took care of pet stains. The carpets looked brand new and the air vents as well ( no more black mold/ dust on air vents). He made such a bad move in experience and horrible day and turned it around for the better! He was extremely thorough with his work and very polite! THANK YOU RASHAAD YOU ARE THE BEST!

This is the best service we have had!! Not only are they extremely efficient and knowledgeable they also go above and beyond for their clients. That is a rare find in any business! A big shout out to Mike for always keeping his word!! Not only is this an amazing company but also has amazing individuals running it!

95 lb dog had explosive diarrhea all over the stairs during the night. Called them around 830 am and a cleaner showed up at 1130 am. They were quick, professional, and did a great job. Thanks for helping me out, highly recommend!

I am so impressed with Spot Be Gone and the integrity of service they provide. The technician (wish I knew his name!) did an outstanding job, was efficient and truly cared about offering the very best job possible!

Eric is a great communicator, very prompt. His estimate was thorough and he was very clear about pricing. Once I decided to go with him, the turnaround time was quick. Best of all, my carpet, although I had already cleaned it with a rental machine, turned out beautifully!!!

Spot Be Gone is the best! I’m so glad I came across this company. Tim and Rashad takes care of Ellwood every time we call. I must say “They don’t miss!”

I want to give a HUGE Shout out to Rashaad Johnson with Spot be Gone!! Rashaad came to clean a apartment for us and he did a Great Job! it was a heavy clean that now looks like brand new carpet. Couldn't ask for better services than from Rashaad with Spot be Gone!! Recommend 100%.

After welcoming two puppies into our family in the last year, you can imagine the thrashing our carpets have recently taken. It seems like every time I would go upstairs into our game room, a new stain would be waiting for me. Actually, I don't even know what some of those stains were. Note the word "were."

Naturally, when you have this kind of a problem, you go to the ultimate recommendation source for a solution: Google (hasn't let me down yet). SpotBeGone's perfect star rating made my choice easy. Rashaad was on the dot and had his 500 feet of equipment ready to go. After a quick survey of the task at hand, the job was underway. Now, it's one thing to provide a great service and take pride in pleasing a customer; it's another thing to be as cool, respectful, and professional as Rashaad was. Not only was the job done quickly and to my complete satisfaction, the extra touch of having someone as personable as Rashaad doing the work was the cherry on top of the whole experience.

I recommend SpotBeGone to anyone in need of carpet and/or upholstery cleaning. Truly exceptional service!

Spot Be Gone is a great company! Everyone is so nice and personable. Michael Moore came to clean a carpet for us today and did an amazing job!

One of my dogs developed urinary incontinence from a liver infection, which caused her to pee all over one of the carpeted rooms.

After reading great online reviews, I hired SpotBeGone Carpet Cleaning of Cedar Park, TX to clean my carpet and treat it with a special enzyme to neutralize the pet urine.

I am so glad I did!

Rashaad Johnson was the Carpet Specialist sent to tackle the job. Rashaad is a very personable, professional, courteous, young man. He made me feel “at ease” from the moment of his arrival. He listened to me, asked the right questions, and wasn’t pushy in any way. It was a real pleasure speaking with him.

Not only does my carpet look and smell great, but it was done so quickly, too! Rashaad was able to clean three rooms, one set of stairs, and do the pet urine enzyme treatment all in about an hour.

I’ve had my carpets cleaned many times over the years, and I’ve always chosen a “Big Box” chain brand. However, I’ve never been “completely satisfied” with the service, price, and/or personnel. So, this time, I decided to try a local company with great reviews instead.

After my experience with Rashaad at SpotBeGone Carpet Cleaning, they’ll have my continued patronage. I would certainly recommend them to friends and family, and would also suggest they ask for Rashaad by name.

Big Freddie is a valued vendor at The Sondery, and I felt compelled to leave a review in recognition of his exceptional service. His welcoming smile and friendly demeanor make every interaction a pleasure. Freddie consistently ensures that his services are prompt, thorough, and executed to the highest standard. Thank you, Big Freddie from your friends at The Sonder!

Super fast, accommodating, and friendly. My apartment complex gave me super short notice that I was required to schedule my own cleaning 4 days before moving out. I called and got my cleaning scheduled for the following morning. Super friendly staff. Highly recommend for quick and high quality work.

This team has been nothing short of amazing! They are personable, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Pricing is amazing and quality exceeds expectations. I use them daily at our 2k+ unit property and have never been let down. Their crew has been our go-to for all emergency extractions for the last two years, and we look forward to many more!

I am a maintenance supervisor at a luxury apartment complex, been using spot be gone for a long while now.
I will continue to use the because Freddie is always doing such a fantastic job. He shows up on time, he always asks before any extra treatments on the carpets. He never leaves a mess behind when hes done, and I have never had to call him back out for missing anything.
10 out of 10 would recommend.
