Things started out great. The initial response was quick, and our guy did a great job getting the fans installed and blowing within a couple hours. He showed up daily to check on the progress and moisture levels. On day 6, he pulled up the fans and told me someone would be reaching out for the next steps. The service has been sub par since then. We opted to go with the Servpro team for carpet replacement and wall/cabinet repairs. This side of the company has been inconsistent and unresponsive. Caiden Vail came to our home to measure and calculate the cost of repairs. He told me he'd call me in a couple days, but never called. I had to call the office after a week of waiting. The estimate was finally sent to my insurance adjuster, but not to me. Had I been included, I would have been able to find mistakes that were made. Instead, I had to get a copy from my adjuster. I was able to see Caiden didn't measure two bedrooms and our main stairway for adjoining carpet replacement. Someone was sent to re-measure about a week and a half ago. My adjuster still hasn't received anything. I have called the office three times with no response. Chris is very nice over the phone, but he has no ability to influence getting things done. On Tuesday, Chris said things would be sent to my adjuster Thursday morning. My adjuster received a call from Chris last the end of last week, assuring him he would have it to him soon, but now it's Tuesday and my adjuster has received nothing. As an insurance agent, I have always recommended ServPro to my clients in need. I'm going to have to find another group after my personal experience. This began on October 8th. It is now November 21st and we are no closer to getting repairs completed. The worst part is they haven't given us updates, and don't keep us posted on where we are in the process.

I called SERVPRO of Hyde Park on a Saturday and my call was answered by a call center and received a call back within 10 minutes from a SERVPRO employee. He scheduled me for Monday morning to have Abel come out to assess the water damage I had on my wood floors. Abel has been great to work with, explaining everything to me and is prompt about his appointment times and courteous. I would also like to give a shout out to all the girls in the office that answer the phones and set the daily appointments. They are very nice and easy to work with. I would highly recommend SERVPRO to anyone needing water mitigation work. They have proved to me that they are a highly dependable company. The team was very responsive and were quick to follow up on my questions. Once at my property, James was super thorough about explaining things and answering all questions. They said they would be returning to check on things Monday and when I texted them at 5, James responded immediately and said he was going to head our way asap. James G. came out for a small upstairs bathroom leak. He was super thorough and went above and beyond to check for moisture in the ceiling below on the first floor for my peace of mind. Berta came with him later in the day to help with removing cabinets and cleaning after the removal. She was quick to assist and made many trips up and down the stairs with a smile. Lacey also was super helpful getting things scheduled and understanding of our situation. Appreciate those who have helped us out!

Initial water remediation was great, timely and thorough, but they are giving me a run-around type of behavior about building back the subfloor and drywall. I'll get someone else to do it, that's no problem, but I believe it's poor customer service to "say you'll get back" but repeatedly not call. I guess it's the bigger issue , Servpro has made our lives a little more difficult this summer. Do not recommend build back and construction, the treatment we received was very poor unfortunately

The two young men were respectful of my time, explained everything to me until I understood exactly what was going on, returned my phone calls! The Serve Pro team & Aaron Munoz specifically did a fantastic job after our Lakeway condo flooded due to a burst main water line in the hallway. Our 2 BDR/2 bath condo was completely flooded. Aaron and his team did a fantastic job doing a full remediation of our condo-- we had huge fans everywhere and sheet rock removed so we could get our condo dried out. In addition Aaron and his team did a great job carefully packing up our furniture and possessions -- 2 mos. later after we got the repairs completed everything came back without a scratch !!! We couldn't be more pleased with how Serve Pro came in to help us !!!

Woke up with our house flooded. Braylen and Tino came quick to the rescue! They were very professional and knowledgeable. Our home was quickly dried with no damage. Braylen answered all of our questions and helped us out with the entire process! Tino was quick to be hands on and get the process going! They also cleaned up very well after, which is greatly appreciated!

We’ve used Servpro three times now for different leaks. Each time they have provided 5 star service, but Braylen really went above and beyond for our most recent one. I was so upset about losing all access to our kitchen for the foreseeable future due to this leak, but Braylen’s leadership of the project greatly helped ease my nerves. They were able to get a massive island counter top removed without breaking it and their demo work was incredibly clean. Our contractor doing the renovation work was very pleased with how well they took care of the demo. Hopefully this will be our last leak, but if it’s not, I’ll definitely be calling this branch of Servpro and asking for Braylen.

Aaron, James, and Javi have been great throughout the entire process! They came at midnight after a flooding issue we had and were able to inspect and start the mediation process ASAP. They answered all our questions with patience and kindness, and helped us get through a stressful time. Highly recommend!

My parents enlisted them for help in June of 2024 for a leak in our garage, one of the contracting workers buckled the tile in our home and told my parents he would fix it and then ghosted them. They have not come back, they will not answer emails with information, and they will leave you with a construction site in your home for 8 months. I call every single day for an update and am constantly being told they're working on it when they clearly are not.

"We hear your complaints and were looking into it" Is the best response we get. They are nothing but bad work, stress, and a terrible business model.

James and Eric did an amazing job on resolving my issues. Both were friendly, communicative, and helpful with helping me understand what was going on with my plumbing/floors. I highly recommend this company for your needs.
