I honestly can't say enough about this company and their team. I am a General Contractor specializing in multifamily renovations - with this, I've had some pool renos looped into the larger scoped projects. Not being a pool guy, Crystal Clear has come through in the 11th hour on multiple occasions to save my projects. I have come to lean on them and their expertise to handle anything and everything pool related. Jimmy, Johnny Joe, Dominick, and Ryan have all helped me out in time of need. Crystal Clear Pools repaired and renovated our pool right after we purchased our home. We switched to their maintenance service after we experienced issue after issue with another vendor. Crystal Clear fixed my pool and currently maintain it beautifully: I am completely delighted with them. After bad experiences with two prior pool companies, I was very pleased to find Crystal Clear through NextDoor, and the periodic rampant algal outbreaks I experienced are now yesterday's nightmares.

Adolpho, who comes to clean my pool superbly well every week, really knows everything there is to know about pool maintenance. Cris and Cameron - the two systems experts who've worked on my pool - ably fixed the electrical and system board problems with my Jandy pool controller, as well as replacing depleted sand and broken laterals in my pool filter.

Hugely recommended. They are a very professional and knowledgeable outfit.

I cannot say enough good things about Johnny Torres with Crystal Clear pools. We had another company hired to resurface our pool and it was a nightmare. They would show up whenever was convenient for them with no warning for us. They poured acid water in my garden, flooded my neighbor's yard when the pool was drained. The crew were supposed to fix a superficial crack in the beach area and broke through the gunite and made a huge ditch in the beach. The plaster cracked within minutes of being done. After a week pieces were falling off. Color was splotchy, etc. In other words everything that could be wrong was wrong.
Enter Johnny Torres and his crew. They were always on time. They were friendly and efficient. Great work ethic. And the place was kept incredibly clean. They fixed the beach beautifully and Johnny picked out the perfect stone for the beach. It looks better than it did new. The pebbletech is amazing and even all around. The pool looks brand new. And he did his best to get it done as quickly as possible. All of this for the same cost as the first company. He also found us a new basket for our skimmer which we haven't been able to find. Johnny promised us a professional job which we would be happy with and he delivered an even better job than we could imagine. Highly recommend them.

Crystal Clear Pools are the best in Austin. I've had Crystal Clear service my pool for 3 years, it's been the same technician and a consistently high standard of professionalism the entire time. I had a service issue over the weekend that caused my filter breaker to trip and got an immediate response with an afterhours repair if needed (which wasn't necessary). The technician Dale kept me informed of his schedule and followed up hours later even to make sure his repair was still working! I recommend them highly and specifically Dale's amazing customer service.

I read the reviews for Crystal Clear Pools on Thursday before Labor Day ...made my call to them that day about my pool pump problem. They said yes they could send someone to take a look at what I thought was a clogged impeller on the pump. Seth came Friday morning and diagnosed the problem in about 2 seconds and said that he would be back before the end of the day.
Seth came back and replaced the defective part ....problem was fixed in less than 1 minute. Seth provided Awesome Customer Service turns out he is also the Service Manager and didn't hesitate to make this service call.
I want to thank the Crystal Clear Team.

We had these guys do our pool re-plaster and were very impressed with their service. Chris came out to do the quote and Johnny managed our project. I also communicated with Jennifer for payment and ... can't remember the name of the pool tech who balanced the chemicals, but all were wonderful! Johnny's crew was fast and professional. I was extra impressed they were able to get us scheduled so quickly, since we got our quote before the BIG FREEZE and then moved to schedule the project just AFTER the freeze. I know the pool industry is crazy busy right now. My project was small, but they never made us feel small! Thanks for everything guys!

Our pool pump stopped running, we thought it was a simple capacitor replacement. I called Cris (over the weekend, mind you) and Cameron arrived shortly after to diagnose the issue. It ended up the pool pump needed to be replaced. From the initial visit, to quoting, to replacement and the pool working perfectly again was less than 24 hours! Such prompt, accurate and friendly service, these guys are wonderful! I absolutely recommend you call them for all your pool needs.

I am a new pool owner and trying to learn to work the valve system has proven to be a challenge. Yesterday we were attempting to heat both our pool and our spa and somehow managed to begin draining the water from the spa! I was terrified. I called Cris with Crystal Clear in a panic, AFTER regular working hours, and he sent Cameron over immediately! Cameron was extremely knowledgeable as he guided us through how to use our system. He was patient and kind as I asked a million questions to make sure I understood. He even identified some things that were missed on our system and some ways to make it more efficient as well. Love the guys at Crystal Clear and will use them for whatever needs we may have in the future!

Crystal Clear notifies me about every visit and includes photos of the service. The payment system is easy to use and the Team has been responsive to my inquires.

It's been about 6 months since we've had our pool and we absolutely love it. It was a HUGE project that needed more than just normal planning. I spoke w/ numerous pool companies, but chose Jimmy and Crystal Clear Pools partly b/c of their quote, but mostly b/c of the good reviews and communication with me. This is a pool built on the side of the mountain that would need tons of concrete and steel. We set expectations about the process and the completion date and all were met. Everyone who sees our pool cannot believe how well it turned out. We are so happy and if Crystal Clear Pools can put this infinity pool on the side of the mountain, then I'm sure they can build your pool too.

This is not the review we thought we'd be writing for Crystal Clear Pools & Spas after communication breakdowns threatened to waylay our pool renovation. That all changed when Johnny Torres took over the project. The communication improved 1000 percent, which was important because of the unique circumstances of our renovation. In addition, the work got scheduled and completed without a hitch, even with the interruption of Winter Storm Uri and the need to coordinate with other work we had going on. Other members of the Crystal Clear team got the pool chemically balanced after all the work, and Johnny even fixed a leaky pool pump that another company had installed, but couldn't fix. Our renovated pool is beautiful, like a Hill Country swimming hole. We are very well pleased with our experience with Crystal Clear Pools & Spas.

We had our pool re-plastered in April. Crystal Clear started the project in March but it got caught up in the virus stand-down. Chris stayed in touch throughout and made sure we got a good subcontract for the actual pouring of the cement and quatz. Mike was thorough, consistent and professional in bringing the pool back on-line by treating it for 10 workdays. He never missed. When the coloring was off a little bit with streaking, Johnnie came out and performed an in-pool acid wash. He and his crew were helpful. They patched around the new skimmer basket and helped me get my skimmer lid off near the pump. Pool looks great!

All aspects of the company that I dealt with were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks to all for making what could have been a very trying experience very positive!

Cameron from Crystal clear pool and spa is absolutely amazing. His knowledge is far beyond anyone I have ever worked with in the pool industry. I have worked with several pool professionals over the past several years. He knows pool construction and equipment setup better than anyone I have ever met. I promise you that with just a 15 minute conversation he will have you convinced. Cameron came out to fix a heat pump issue and in just a few minutes he figured out the problem that two others were not able to troubleshoot. Additionally, was able to help me configure the pool automation. And if that was not enough he offered some suggestion on how I could improve my equipment setup. There was no sales pitch, he was just being helpful. Ultimately I asked him give me a quote and come back to make my system run ever better. Once I hear back from him I'll post the results and a review.

We hired Crystal Clear Pools to fix a number of issues left by our original pool builder. We weren't even sure how some issues with the original design could be fixed, but Johnny walked us through some very creative options and ideas.

The CCP team then quickly and efficiently rehabilitated numerous aspects of our pool including stone, tile and pool equipment work. The end results far surpassed our expectations. All of the improvements perfectly match and enhance the original pool design.

We now wish we could have hired CCP for the original pool build! Many many thanks to Johnny and the CCP team!

I’ve been trying for 2 months to get my pool lights replaced and updated. I tried 4 companies before I contacted Crystal Clear. I couldn’t get proper bids or return phone calls or technicians to show up when they said they would… So, finding a company with a responsive, professional staff and service department was such a breath of fresh air.

They scheduled an assessment, they showed up on time and their technician, Esteban, went WAY above and beyond.

I have been told for 7 years by 6 different companies that my pool lights are not connected to my pool control board. Esteban traced the wires and found what countless other companies never could. He saved me thousands of dollars and countless hours of frustration with me trying to remedy this situation.

Another well known pool company here in Austin did some major work on our existing pool, and very nearly ruined our both our pool and the deck in the process. Consequently, we had to repair what this other company had "repaired". It was then that we hired Crystal Clear Pools to fix the damage that had been caused by the other company. We could not be happier with the final results of the repairs done by Crystal Clear Pools. They were here when they said that they were going to be here, they were all very professional, and they did quality work. We wish that we had hired Crystal Clear Pools at the outset, but, at least we now have a "go to" company to care for our pool!!!
