Kyle and Adrian came to clean our stairs, a rug and a chair. They were so polite and efficient. They told us that they stood behind their work, and if something wasn't right, to let them know. Well, the chair had a few spots that showed back up after it was dry, so we contacted them and asked to have it cleaned again. Adrian and Frank came back and re-cleaned the chair. Everything came out great! Highly recommend The Steam Team- easy to schedule, good communication and super polite folks!
We also had remediation and rebuilding done this Fall. We had a pipe get blocked and release water into the back of our house. Josh and his team did a great job! Everyone showed up on time, communication was clear and they were all polite. Everyone that we've communicated with at The Steam Team has been professional and kind.

The roofing crew did exceptional. They were super quick, showed up on time, finished on time, seamlessly worked with our schedule, and did an extremely thorough job! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was sealed properly and looked great. The water damage restoration team handled the interior issues quickly, drying out the affected areas and making sure there were no lingering problems. Their attention to detail gave us total peace of mind.

I had a great experience with The Steam Team. Steven, The team lead, was fantastic-very organized, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable. The crew worked quickly, but with great attention to detail. Definitely would recommend The Steam Team, especially Kade Templeton and his crew, for your water mitigation. They did an excellent job with the restoration services after a water leak in my home. They quickly arrived at my home and removed all wet and damaged materials, including water-logged ceiling and insulation, and properly prepared the areas for the next step. Quickly removing the wet insulation around the wiring was especially important to me as I had lost a home a long time ago due to this not being done, resulting in a fire that destroyed everything we had. Kade ensured photos and measurements were taken for insurance purposes.

They were quick, efficient, and very professional throughout the process. I really appreciated how carefully they cleaned up and how they ensured tubing and cords from the fans and dehumidifiers were taped to avoid tripping hazards. Their attention to detail and respect for my home was incredible.

You have a right to choose your restoration services, and I would absolutely recommend The Steam Team.

Just had Mario clean around 1500 ft.² of natural tile that had not been clean for years and it looks fantastic. He was in and out very quickly without a lot of disruption to the household. He had some good tips on how to keep it as clean as possible going forward. A great experience and I love supporting local business!

Been using these guys for a while now and they always do a great job with my area rugs. The price is reasonable and they offer pick up and delivery service which is always a great option! Seriously who likes to drive here in Austin anyways. Highly recommend!

We had the Steam Team clean our air ducts, some upholstery and our rugs. Scheduling was very easy, and they were able to come out quickly. The service techs were all very polite and respectful of our home. We had some rug stains from our puppy, and not all of those came out, but the rugs overall look bright and clean. The upholstery looks fantastic. We keep a clean house but haven't had any deep cleaning done in a few years. Seeing these results makes me want to do it more often. Overall a very good experience.

The Steam Team did an incredible job on my rug. I was ready to toss it after years of dogs and mud/dirt, but they’ve made it look like new! Their pricing was very reasonable. They were timely and excellent with communicating their delivery.

The Steam Team came into my life when we had a slab leak in a bathroom in the middle of our home. David was excellent from the very beginning with navigating insurance and the proposal process. We decided to use the Steam Team for additional upgrades in our kitchen and living area and they were professional all along the way. Luis our project manager was very attentive and handled any issues that came up. The contractors he brought into our home were excellent and easy to work with. I highly suggest The Steam Team for any renovation you have in your home. I can't say enough about this team of people.

Crystal Clear’s team came right on time, professional and friendly. They were upfront about what they expected to find and what the cost would be. The crack in our pool was fixed quickly, and the few pavers they had to jackhammer up were replaced beautifully. The entire worksite was cleaned before they left. Highly recommend!

I used Crystal Clear Pools to install an in-line pool chlorinator, a variable speed pump and a color LED pool light with a new low voltage transformer. Everyone I interacted with there was nice and professional. To be honest, there were some issues with the installation, but I recognize people can make mistakes. The LED light also died right away, which wasn't their fault. The important part is they took care of it and made it right. I contacted them about the install issues and the malfunctioning light and they corrected everything and replaced the light under warranty. Because they took care of all the issues while still being professional, I feel I can recommend them.

Cameron came out today (arrived 10 minutes EARLY for the appointment) and did a fantastic job solving my problem. Our In Floor cleaner was not removing debris (thanks Hurricane Harvey) from the pool. The skimmers were fine, but the main drain was clogged. Cameron dove the pool to remove the drain cover and then plugged the auxiliary drain - that did it - we are back in business. Thank you Dan for sending Cameron back out with complete instructions, thank you Cameron for working with the problem until we knew it was fixed - John Goodrich 10/20/2017

Crystal Clear did a wonderful job on our pool resurfacing! No issues (which I hear there can be plenty) and very reasonably priced. Johnny was great to work with and I have already recommended them to a friend.

Johnny and his team did an amazing job for us! Johnny went above and beyond the call of duty after the winter storm completely ruined all our pool equipment and I had a large outdoor bridal party scheduled a month after --- I knew pool parts were scarce and everyone was demanding things from them ... but Johnny made it his priority to keep track of the job and get everything repaired with the pool looking beautiful before the event. I really appreciate the personal care he put into this job!

Just dealt with Chris Baird of Crystal Clear Pools and Spas. I needed an estimate on refinishing our pool "as soon as possible," and he managed to get me one in the same afternoon. He was fast and helpful and professional and friendly, all at the same time. The estimate, by the way, seems very reasonable as well. I would do business with them any time.

We recently had our pool resurfaced (just last week) and our pool deck redone by Crystal Clear. From the quick bid, insanely fast start date, to the work Johnnie and his crew completed we are so happy! It looks amazing (that 70's tile had to go). Johnnie was so great keeping us informed so we knew exactly what to expect each step of the way. We highly recommend them for anyone considering resurfacing.

Called twice to talk to someone about a consultation for a pool renovation project. The person who answered the phone was very nice and took down my information, however no one has responded in weeks. I can’t imagine the customer service is much more reliable when the sale has already been made.
