Crystal Clear’s team came right on time, professional and friendly. They were upfront about what they expected to find and what the cost would be. The crack in our pool was fixed quickly, and the few pavers they had to jackhammer up were replaced beautifully. The entire worksite was cleaned before they left. Highly recommend!

I used Crystal Clear Pools to install an in-line pool chlorinator, a variable speed pump and a color LED pool light with a new low voltage transformer. Everyone I interacted with there was nice and professional. To be honest, there were some issues with the installation, but I recognize people can make mistakes. The LED light also died right away, which wasn't their fault. The important part is they took care of it and made it right. I contacted them about the install issues and the malfunctioning light and they corrected everything and replaced the light under warranty. Because they took care of all the issues while still being professional, I feel I can recommend them.

Cameron came out today (arrived 10 minutes EARLY for the appointment) and did a fantastic job solving my problem. Our In Floor cleaner was not removing debris (thanks Hurricane Harvey) from the pool. The skimmers were fine, but the main drain was clogged. Cameron dove the pool to remove the drain cover and then plugged the auxiliary drain - that did it - we are back in business. Thank you Dan for sending Cameron back out with complete instructions, thank you Cameron for working with the problem until we knew it was fixed - John Goodrich 10/20/2017
