I have had an Artesian Pool now for over a decade. The pool installation process was a pleasure from start to finish. It was done right, on time and within budget. The build process was seamless and everyone was very communicative with me along the way. With time, I have upgraded and modernized certain aspects of my pool to include a chiller and Pentair Computer Controller and I have been pleased with both. Everyone at Artesian is friendly, helpful and they do not try to put a hard sell on you. I do believe you get what you pay for and I have no regrets with choosing Artesian. As pools age things go wrong. Brett and the Service Team have been great in advising me of what we need to do and not do saving me potentially thousands of dollars. I do not tend to give referrals unless I feel very strong about them and have referred multiple people to Artesian. I know they have been happy with their pools as well. I highly recommend Artesian should you be considering a new pool. They do not take short cuts, build a great product and live up to their commitments.

I personally had a bad experience. The process took longer than what I was told and my expectations were set very very high.

Everything was amazing , awesome service with really kind people. If your looking for a really nice pool to impress, you would be dumb not to check these guys out
