Constraction reviews in Austin, Texas

We had such a great experience with Paragon Fence and Outdoor, LLC. Jefferson and his team are hands down the BEST company we’ve worked with. They were easy to communicate with, showed up when they said they would, and most importantly, the job was done correctly. The quality of their work really shows, and you can tell they care about doing things the right way. We’re extremely happy with the results and would recommend them without hesitation. We’ll definitely be using them again!

Jefferson was kind, reliable and thorough. He reached out quickly with a call to clarify our request, sent a detailed preliminary quote and then scheduled an in person walk through to finalize numbers and answer our numerous questions. During the process he designed specialized framed drainage grate areas to handle the water flow on our property and even agreed to replace our mailbox post! He also did a last minute add on for a connecting part of my neighbors fence, including a cat door. The crew (Carlos, Raul & Esteban) were friendly, talented and hardworking. Paragon’s cost was in the upper mid range of the quotes we received, and although still a hefty number overall, we felt the materials used and the attention to detail provided were worth the price. Our new fence is lovely and built to last!

Excellent work and craftsmanship. The fence and gate are solid, well-aligned, and beautifully finished. I went with golden colored stain. Jeff is professional, efficient, and easy to work with. Highly recommend working with Paragon. Love my fence

Jefferson and his crew replaced our 20+ year old fence that was literally falling apart.

They installed a vertical cedar fence with a dark walnut stain that completely elevates the look of our yard. The work around existing oak trees was especially impressive. They took the time to frame around them so the fence fits naturally with the landscape. They also helped get HOA approval so we could change our single gate to a double gate which has been SO helpful for landscaping.

Jefferson’s focus on quality and long-term durability is unmatched. They don’t rush the work or cut corners, and it shows in the finished product. If you’re looking for a reliable fence contractor in the Austin area who takes pride in their work, Paragon Fence & Outdoor is an easy recommendation.

Sketchy place. Called and got some rude call center. Who knows where that phone number goes to!

We required assistance with the home's foundation. They are excellent and on time. They are wonderful.

The construction of a new sidewalk surrounding my home has been completed. They left such an impression on me that I intend to hire them for future projects.

Had this team put in concrete around my pool; great work and fast! Would definitely recommend.

They were competent and fulfilled their promises. My new driveway enhanced the curb appeal of my home.

The foundation needed to have a few holes filled, which they accomplished. Throughout the entire procedure, they were on time, diligent, and considerate.

A friend introduced me to them after I had spent months attempting to repair and repave my patio. They were efficient, competent, and completed the job the same day. Wow!

Mike and team at Hill County Outdoor Living provide quality work anything outdoor related at reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

We love our new patio! Hill Country Outdoor Living ripped out our old deck and replaced it with a beautiful patio that matches the rest of our landscaping. It looks fabulous!

It was a pleasure to work with Mike the owner and Joe, the Project Manager, along with a host of other contractors. They added an extended covered patio with many amenities including wiring and connections for wifi, tv, flush ceiling lights, as well as ceiling fans, so as to expand our outdoor living space to our already existing one. They also undertook the job to add an additional garage to our already existing garages. I found that whenever we had a concern, I was able to get with Mike, and he would work diligently to get things done and make it right. The space is a delight to use and has a wonderful zen feel to it.

HCOL provides a great overall experience for any outdoor living project. Excellent customer care from initial quote, to completion of the job! Amazing quality of work, very happy!!

"My wife & I would highly recommend HCOL to anyone looking to create a new outdoor environment. Kyle and his crew were very professional & friendly with zero pressure. They did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it, for the price they said they would do it for. The communication was great & the finished product is exactly what we had in mind. Can't go wrong!" - Kellen & Mary Gray
