Constraction reviews in Austin, Texas

I have to start my review of Balcones Roofing & Remodeling by saying that if you want an honest and thorough job done than you need to hire Balcones Roofing & Remodeling.

Karl, the company owner, went above and beyond for my husband and me. The company not only replaced our roof, but also painted the parts of our house that needed painting and also had some masonry work taken care of for us.

Karl was always checking the work being done and made sure everything was done to perfection. Karl gave us drone images of different stages in the work process. We really appreciated this footage. If we had any questions, Karl was always available to us and took care of any concerns we might of had.

We highly recommend Balcones Roofing & Remodeling to anyone who is needing any roof work done. We not only got exceptional service, but we feel we gained a new friend in our life.

Thank you Balcones Roofing & Remodeling for the impeccable workmanship.

had a small leak that was impossible for us to locate and called balcones for an inspection. they located the issue quickly, in a pipe boot and they were able to repair it as well as strengthen the other pipe boots to avoid future issues. easy to work with, excellent customer service and quality repairs. would recommend 100 percent.

Karl and the team are an amazing team! Very responsive and helpful. Honest quotes and work without the overselling. Karl went above and beyond helping us with getting our roof repaired to satisfy the insurance company so our policy wouldn't lapse. Highly recommend!

This was our first experience getting a roof replaced on our house. Balcones Roofing made it easy - super communicative, always ready to answer questions, came out to do their inspections, came out again to meet with the 3rd party inspector hired by our insurance to make sure everything they saw was well documented. Insurance approved the replacement and Balcones Roofing came out and wrapped up by dinner time on install day. Great experience, would recommend to friends and family in the Austin area.

I can’t say enough great things about Balcones Roofing. He is everything you hope for in a roofer—honest, fair, reliable, and incredibly knowledgeable. Karl takes the time to explain options clearly, never oversells, and truly looks out for his clients’ best interests.

What sets him apart even more is how invested he is in our community. He treats every home as if it were his own and stands behind his work long after the job is done. If you’re looking for a roofer you can trust completely—someone who shows up, does quality work, and operates with integrity—Karl and Balcones Roofing are the ones to call.

Fantastic service and work. Karl was great to deal with, these guys are passionate about roofs and it shows. They understand home ownership and are empathetic, and somehow are still affordable. My roof is toast from the hail storm last year, and they did some amazing patch work at a lower price than I was expecting. The work is so good, it buys me the time I need before getting a new roof, and then some. I look forward to working with Karl on the project when the time comes.

I used Balcones Roofing to fix a few roof leaks on my home. They were super skilled and professional. It gave me the confidence in them to take on a full roof replacement for one of my rental homes. Highly recommend.

Look no further! If you want a professional to take care of your remolding needs . Chadwick is a stellar craftsman! Thank you for an amazing redo !

Chadwick and his team came out for some landscaping work, they were quick and effective couldn't have asked for better. As a veteran myself I appreciate the company being veteran owned.

They replaced all our windows (one with a door) and executed a bathroom remodel. They got the job done on time, under a tight schedule, their construction work was high quality, and they stand by their warranty!

Chadwick is an awesome human being..!! He help out on the road “flat tire”… a blessing sent out to my sister and I. If he does this a hubby to help out I can’t imagine how good of a worker he is. Thank you and your little girls so much..!!

Whenever I need anything I call Rejuve Group LLC and I can count that they're always there right away. Chad has helped me out a few times over the years which made me be able to trust Rejuve Group 100%. As a single woman it's very difficult not to be taken advantage of as any woman would know. Just to name a few times.. . Chad set up a trap to catch a raccoon that had chewed its way into my attic. He came everyday to check on it until the "beast" was trapped. I say "beast" because this thing was HUGE! It barely fit in the cage! Also, my AC broke in the middle of summer which anyone who lives in Austin knows how awful that can be. Chad sent a guy right away and the problem was fixed on the same day.  Again, in the horrible winter storm of 2020, he brought wood and water to my neighbors since we had no electricity or running water. I know I can always count on Rejuve Group to do an outstanding trustworthy job!

Project went smoothly, in a timely manner, with a quality outcome. All of the people who worked at our home were always respectful, hardworking and trustworthy. Would highly recommend Rejuve Group and hope to work with them again in the near future.

It's a beautiful home. The builders obviously really enjoy design and the care and attention to detail are evident throughout.
I needed a couple of alterations to happen before I moved in and Rejuve made them happen. And they followed up with me after I moved in.

We had a GREAT experience working with the Rejuve Group team. They designed and built our laundry room with dog shower. It turned out exactly as the proposed design. We love it!

If you need someone that thinks out of the box and goes the extra mile to get things done you need to call Chadwick Rowe with Rejuve Group. I am a business owner who recently lost her husband and I know that I can trust Chadwick to let me know what needs to be done. He has helped with electrical issues, talked out business contracts and recently helped with a snake removal. Nowadays, integrity and honesty is hard to find but you can find it here at Rejuve Group.

My bathroom remodel is the third time I have hired REJUVE over a ten year period. I have always found the owners and employees of REJUVE to be honorable, professional people and excellent at their jobs. The design help was excellent in regards to beauty but also functionality. I needed a bathroom that was safer for me and would accommodated my disabilities. They listened and followed through on all those details.. They kept me informed of who would be coming to my home and when. Their supervision of all work and careful checking of all details were excellent. They always followed through with what they said they were going to do. They are very detail oriented. They were patient with all of my questions throughout the process. When all is said and done I have a beautiful bathroom and I can say that I would gladly work with them again. I am a grateful client.

Beautiful home, well done, responsive to concerns. Completely satisfied! We love our home and all the ways they went the extra mile, making sure everything was perfect. And a file with all the materials used and warranties, too, was just icing on the cake.

Rejuve Group are experts in their field! They get the work done in a timely matter and the work is excellent!!! Chad worked with us from beginning to end! His professionalism greatly made the experience enjoyable!

We get compliments all the time about the remodel and addition that Rejuve built for us. The team stand by their work and even addressed a few minor issues that popped up long after the project had wrapped up. The house is beautiful, and our family loves it.

We have relied on the expertise of the crew from Rejuve Group for over 10 years, involving a number of home improvement projects. This team is honest, reliable, creative, and responsive. Chad and Phil are genuinely good people with whom we have become close and feel grateful to know. Their team includes many talented and impressive craftspeople, many of whom have been with Rejuve for years. Rejuve transformed our 1953 home into a lovely, light-filled sanctuary that we cherish. We are now completing a backyard studio. It is stunning. Every step of the way Rejuve was there to answer questions, tend to details, and make sure things were done with exceptional quality. Count your blessings if you are lucky enough to work with this team.
