My husband and I are VERY happy with System Pavers and the work they provided. Jason, the DC, came out to the house and spent plenty of time discussing options and getting a clear picture of our idea. Travis, the PM, was great about executing the ideas we had and was able to modify a couple of things to fit what we wanted as construction began. Kayla, the CC, was supportive and clear in communicating with us as well, although we spoke with Travis a majority of the time. The completed job is great quality and they got it done in less time than originally determined. We highly recommend!

Also, they have done other projects for homes in our neighborhood and look great!

Very professional and detailed when approached for the estimate.. They were very quick with the design and the workflow was smooth. They started the work as planned and the workers did a phenomenal job in building it and cleaning (daily).. Always ontime and very professional.. finished earlier than expected.. really have to say some people names that I worked with.. Antranik, Justin, Evan..

Fantastic customer service and quick response to all my questions. Top to bottom, they have your best interest in mind. They strive to create and plan what it is that you desire while remaining open to new ideas that you develop. High quality material and craftsmanship. I have not seen anything less than complete effort from everyone I have dealt with. From Joi, who helped us develop a plan and meet all our needs. Rafael, who was able to advise us on some things and provide new ideas. The crew on our project who have endured different types of weather and traveling, they've shown great resolve and have done amazing work. Ill be back for more projects, im very excited for how my house will look in the future.

Great service with a great team. I’ve had Mike, Steve, Luke, Joey, and Rafael help me throughout this process. My yard has gone through a lot of changes and a few new additions making it difficult to plan around what would look good to complement the small backyard. The quality of work is definitely a plus. Pro tip: make sure to get samples of everything that will be installed and how they will be installed before making any decisions. Their team is willing to work with you from the design to the final stone.

Love, love, love our new outdoor entertaining space designed and installed by System Pavers and are very appreciative of Rafael, the construction manager on the project and Hunter, the project designer. It is not only aesthetically pleasing to the eye and multifunctional for entertaining, but is also eco-friendly because the area that used to be grass that had to be irrigated and mowed, now has zero lawn maintenance. Plus, the quality of the masonry is excellent - we are very pleased with how good the installers and masons were at their craft. Everything is such great quality! Rafael oversaw everything and communicated with us every step of the way and made sure it was all to our liking. We plan to expand more on this area as we grow into the space and we will definitely use System Pavers of Austin again. It was very cost effective - reasonable pricing for such a great quality product that will last decades and save us years of maintenance costs!

Our paver patio build journey started back in October with another company from Thumbtack, which resulted in an utterly disastrous and unusable final product. We spent the next several weeks ripping out and hauling off their mistakes, while trying to find a more reputable company to basically build back up from scratch. After half a dozen more calls, visits, and quotes later, System Pavers came into the picture with a vision that was utmost appealing to us.

System Pavers sent out a sales consultant for the initial meet up, as usual. His quote was the 2nd highest we received from the lot, which was beyond our comfort level, but we ultimately decided to bite the bullet and hire them, because of their 25 year warranty and the fact that they are a nationally recognized company. We've already sunk in a considerable amount of time and money into this project, so it was vital to us that there would be absolutely no mistakes the second time around. With System Pavers being the most reputable company that we could find, our choice in hiring them was a no-brainer.

At the time of writing this review, System Pavers hasn't started the build yet. The project fell into a limbo due to a miscalculation made by the sales consultant, which would require a major change to the plans and significantly raising the cost of the build. Despite of this issue, I'm actually writing this to commend Rafael, our project manager, and his efforts in correcting this issue. He was able to negotiate the best possible outcome on our behalf with the sales team, essentially rendering the miscalculation a nonissue.

All in all, I would highly recommend hiring System Pavers to anyone for any paver project needs. Just save yourself the headache and hire a company that will stand behind their reputation and product.

Wonderful job done by this crew!! After a quick design by Luke & then a meeting with Reece, it was only a few short days until ground breaking. Reece's crew powered through day after day & were absolute professionals! Fully recommended & I'll be keeping them in mind if another project appears!!!

Very friendly and transparent during the consultation and . The patio project included the free demo of our previous concrete patio and replaced with pavers. They were super efficient and completed all the work within 7 days. We are very pleased with the outcome. Highly recommend working with them.

Great experience working with Raphael as the project manager and Hunter as the designer. They communicated clearly, understood our needs and concerns, and managed the crew well to get the project done just as expected.

Last summer we had our pool area redone with System Pavers. Hunter is am amazing person and did a wonderful design and is very responsive to communicate with us thru the whole process.

Recently we came to find that quite a few of the perimeter pavers were loose/falling off and when I called System Pavers, we got Reece assigned as project manager. And two days later a gentleman came and made repairs. We appreciate the fast repairs. Thanks Reece for getting the work done in such a timely manner!

I recently had System Pavers install pavers along the side of my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Not only did the project add a ton of curb appeal and personality to my property, but it also solved a long-standing drainage issue. Water used to collect along the side of the house, but thanks to their smart design and quality installation, that’s no longer a problem.

The company's process overall is efficient and quality of the project is satisfactory. I especially appreciate the company's project management approach. The project manager, Rafael Cabrera, is super helpful. From the pre-construction walkthrough, to materials ordering and design adjustments, and post-construction service requests, Rafael is very responsive and professional in every way. The design consultant, David Avendon and Sales Manager Robert Johnson, and their support teams, are also very helpful and addressed all my needs. It is an expensive project, you might as well spend the moneny with a good company and get good product that lasts. I highly recommend the System Pavers!

System Pavers did an awesome job on my backyard. They leveled the Paver stones from my back concrete porch to my detached garage. My family can now spend more quality time together enjoying our back yard. Reece the Project Manager was always checking on the project progress, Hunter did an awesome design, and Marcos & team who installed the Paver Stones did an amazing job. Working with Karl was absolutely fantastic! I don’t usually leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience in case it helps anyone, like me, who needs a roof inspection or gutter installation. I recently moved into a new home and had Karl inspect the roof. Some roof tiles were damaged, and the gutters weren’t properly installed—enough to worry me about leaks. Karl inspected everything professionally, provided detailed photos, and communicated diligently with both the builder and their roofer.

Ultimately, the roof was fully repaired before move-in. I also had Karl handle the gutter installation to ensure the entire house had gutters installed correctly. His team did a meticulous job, shared photos of their work, and even double-checked that everything on the roof was completely repaired and in perfect condition.

Karl is responsible, highly knowledgeable, and truly professional—I highly recommend him for any roof inspection or repairs.
