Constraction reviews in Austin, Texas

I recently had an exceptional experience with System Pavers for a significant backyard transformation, and I couldn't be happier with the results.
My project involved extending my backyard patio by a substantial 10 by 50 feet, creating a much larger and more functional outdoor living space. This wasn't just a simple extension; it also included the construction of a beautiful and sturdy 16-foot sitting wall, which has truly elevated the aesthetic and usability of the area.
From start to finish, the System Pavers team demonstrated remarkable professionalism and expertise. My initial interactions with the designer, Luke, were fantastic. He was incredibly responsive to my ideas and questions, helping me visualize the potential of my space and translating my vague concepts into a concrete, beautiful design.
Once the design was finalized, Project Manager Rafael took over, and his management of the construction phase was equally impressive. Rafael was consistently responsive and addressing any minor adjustments or questions that arose promptly. His experienced oversight ensured the project stayed on track and that the quality of work was consistently high. It was clear that both Luke and Rafael were dedicated to ensuring my satisfaction.
I am genuinely very happy with how the project output looks like. The craftsmanship is evident in every detail, from the perfectly laid pavers to the sturdy construction of the sitting wall. The new patio and wall seamlessly integrate with my existing backyard, creating a cohesive and inviting environment that feels like a natural extension of my home. The quality of the materials and the precision of the installation are top-notch.
A significant factor that influenced my decision, and a huge point of confidence, is System Pavers' 25-year warranty. This is truly the best warranty you can get in this industry, providing immense peace of mind knowing that my investment is protected for decades to come. It speaks volumes about the confidence System Pavers has in the durability of their materials and the quality of their workmanship.
Note: My project was completed within last 1 week, I will update this review after a longer use

We recently had System Pavers complete a project at our site, and we couldn't be more impressed with the results! The team did an awesome job from start to finish, delivering high-quality work that exceeded our expectations.

A special shoutout to Rafeal the site manager, who went above and beyond in ensuring the project was executed smoothly and efficiently. His amazing job in managing the team and communicating with us made a huge difference. We appreciated his professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to getting the job done right.

We would highly recommend System Pavers to anyone looking for reliable and skilled professionals to get the job done. Thanks again to Rafeal and the entire team for a job well done!

Thanks

Gave my design to Travis Petty with System Pavers. And after a 1 hour job site meeting of details, which Travis gave some great ideas/advise for lighting, colors, bench, walls and walkway areas and then received a cost estimate a week later. Then disguised construction timelines of two weeks for installation of patio and made my first money installment for project to be scheduled. And just a few weeks later, results are in attached pics. On my part there were no worries about what to do next, just let the crew do their job.

Rafael is working with us to create an aesthetically pleasing and safe solution to building outdoor steps leading to our front door with a challenging elevation change. We appreciate Rafael’s desire to visualize and execute a plan that works functionally and is also pleasing to the eye. Listening is important for both the homeowner and the contractor. Thanks for hearing me, Rafael. Our project is now underway and we look forward to seeing it come to life. By the way, the crew on the ground work so hard! Impressive. Many Thanks!

System Pavers did an excellent job on our backyard deck. Truly transformative. Now we really enjoy our back yard. Travis Petty, our Project Manager was responsive, helpful, and considerate of our schedule. Jason Ikner, our Design Consultant put together an attractive design that worked well with the property. The construction crew was outstanding and worked incredibly hard to remove the existing concrete pad. These guys are highly recommended. Thanks for the great work!

I couldn’t be happier with the work ATX Pond Builders did on my pond. From the start, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and really listened to what I wanted. They designed a beautiful water feature that completely transformed my yard. The process was smooth, they kept me updated, and finished right on schedule. If you’re looking for a company that truly cares about quality and detail, I highly recommend this company for your backyard projects.

After visiting with a rep at the Temple Home and Garden show we were contacted very quickly to look at our backyard by a designer. We were primarily interested in turf installation. Within a few days Rafael , the project manager, came to take measurements and finalize the plan. The work started the following day!
The corner of our yard that was once an eyesore is now beautiful and ready for summer!

I can’t say enough about the team from System Pavers. From the sales and design stages to the completion of the work, the experience was outstanding. The crew that was here on a daily basis were very skilled and experienced and made the project go by swiftly. The patio is beautiful and we will get so much use out of it. Thanks to all of you. We are so happy.

New to Pavers. The work was worthy. A lot of work I saw. Finish product Looks nice. Definite looks nicer when it rain. Thanks for the beautification of my patio. I love it.

we had them do two paver patios and a built in grill in our backyard and the work is Very high quality, the project was completed in good time despite rainy days and freezing weather, and we got regular updates. At one point I glanced outside to see them redoing a section that was previously installed to make sure it was perfectly level, and I appreciate that attention to detail, especially since they charge by the job, not by time spent. Nahum and Rafael were quick to respond, and flexible to discuss changes and come by when needed, and made the whole process very easy and enjoyable. Outstanding customer service. Highly recommended!

So glad that we trusted System Pavers to construct our outdoor living space! The end product looks amazing! Shout out to Rafael Cabrera for excellence in project management, taking care of the day to day and emphasizing quality, even in the fine details. Great job guys!

System Pavers just finished installing pavers in our yard and it turned out beautiful! From our initial meeting with Hunter, the Design Consultant at the time, to working with our Project Manager Max, and closing project out with Rafael who jumped in to help out when Max got injured, System Pavers was knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and ensured the quality of their work was to our liking. This is a great start to our full yard remodel. We would definitely use System Pavers again for future projects and highly recommend.

System Pavers provided professional, quality service. The design and workmanship were even better than expected. We love it! The excellent communication with the project manager and design consultant, as well as the rest of the team, surpassed any other companies we have dealt with. We highly recommend System Pavers and really appreciate all their patience & hard work.

Incredible service from the design phase all the way to completion. The two projects we contracted were well executed and thanks to the administrator Kayla, scheduling was a breeze and completion of the project was timely.
Luke and Cole were our Design Consultant and Construction Supervisor respectively. Just so easy to work with and you can tell instantly that they know their stuff. Cole was able to help me make decisions "on the fly" over a couple of obstacles which arose during the construction phase that resulted in the sweet little wall you see in some of the photos. The extra work was done at no cost to us. I think this is what sets this company above the others on the design/construction sell. It's clear these are pros.
Manuel was the site supervisor for our project and 100% customer focused. He and his crew definitely went above and beyond in terms of job focus and task completion. In the end, they left us with artisan level work and a cleanup so complete, it's like they were never here.
Oh and one last thing....

Tell Luke I still hate his truck...

:-)

System Pavers turned my rocky path into a real driveway! The grass planters look great. I can’t wait to plant the seed to see the full transformation. The crew was efficient and professional. They finished the job in half the estimated time. I highly recommend System Pavers.

Love the end result. Really classes up our place. Beautiful stone used. Sure to raise the price of my property. Rafael was great to work with and strives to get you what you want.

We had a great experience with system pavers. We worked with Rafael who was proactive with communication and made the whole experience low stress for us. Our dog loved him too. We had some self inflicted project cost creep as we extended the scope of the project beyond the initial design. In inspections Rafael and his colleague were quick to point out imperfections they wanted to fix. It took several tries to get everything perfect but overall we are very happy with the results. The construction team worked quickly and unobtrusively. Excluding scope expansion, 95% was finished in two weeks time.

From the initial design consultation to the final delivery, System Pavers provided an exceptional experience, exceeding all our expectations. They were truly partners in this project, guiding us through every step of the process with expertise and patience. Navigating the HOA approval process can often be a headache, but System Pavers made it incredibly smooth. They provided a comprehensive packet specifically designed for our HOA's architectural review committee, which streamlined the approval and saved us valuable time and stress.
Rafael and his team demonstrated remarkable efficiency and professionalism throughout the installation. They were respectful of our property, minimizing any disruptions to our daily routine, and completed the project on schedule, as promised. What truly impressed us was Rafael's commitment to excellence. He offered insightful recommendations that enhanced our original design, resulting in a final product that is even more beautiful and functional than we had envisioned. System Pavers' dedication to customer satisfaction is evident in every aspect of their work. They didn't just meet our expectations; they surpassed them. We are absolutely thrilled with the results and wholeheartedly recommend System Pavers to anyone looking for a top-quality paving project. They are truly a cut above the rest.

I had pavers put in on the side of my house and my back patio. I also had turf to my entire backyard. I’m so glad I did! I would just say make sure everything that you want done is put into writing in any changes are also put into writing.
Raphael did a good job of understanding my needs and made sure everything was right!
It turned out so beautiful! We have recommended them to at least 5 more people in the last week!

Absolutely love my upgraded backyard. Nate, Phillip and the rest of the team were great to work with and completed the job quicker than I thought they would. Looking forward to many outdoor cookouts. Want to freshen up your outdoor space? Reach out to them today.

After multiple attempts to redo our backyard patio with different people and contractors and running into issue after issue, we finally decided to call System Pavers to see if they could bring the patio we originally envisioned when we purchased our home to life. After our past experiences, we were nervous, but we chose to move forward… and I truly wish we had called them so much sooner.
They were absolutely incredible from start to finish.

Our Design Consultant, Chris, was phenomenal. We told him our vision, and he walked us through every step with patience and clarity. He helped design the project and never once made us feel pressured or rushed.

Our Project Manager, Reese, was AMAZING. He listened to all of our concerns and fears, especially after the problems we’d had with previous contractors. He reassured us that we were in good hands and he meant it. He never missed a call, always checked in, and made sure everything was taken care of. His crew was just as impressive. Once the project was finished, you wouldn’t have even known they were ever there, except for the fact that we finally had the patio of our dreams.
System Pavers exceeded every expectation. Their warranty is outstanding, and while nothing in life is perfect, I have no doubt that if anything ever comes up, they will stand by it. But right now? It’s pretty dang perfect. I’m truly in love with our new backyard patio and can’t wait to have family and friends see it.

If you’re wondering whether this is the company to go with, I’m telling you right now, it is. I can’t wait to work with them again for future projects.
