Overall great job by Nathan and his team at Accredited Pools. From the first time we met we felt very comfortable with him and felt like her understood our needs and wants. He wasn't pushy, listened to EVERYTHING we needed and wanted, and did a great job meeting our overall needs. Very prompt responses during the entire build. Would highly recommend!

Accredited was not our pool builder but while working on another project at our property Nathan and Ryan were instrumental in helping us to get through the terrible experience we were having with another pool builder. They provided excellent guidance and troubleshooting and are clearly pool experts. My husband and I regret not using Accredited for our pool build but will be using them in the future to fix problems that we have already encountered with our new pool!

Nathan and his team did a great job throughout the entire process. He kept us informed on a daily basis if there would be any delays do to weather or material issues. We were very fortunate to not have any material delays due to Nathan’s relationship with his subcontractors. If we had concerns or issues with any craftsmanship him and his dad were quick to address it and get it resolved to our satisfaction. Nathan will tell you his honest opinion and guide you through the process of building pool with the goal of you getting the product you want and incision. Amazing experience with Nathan and his various subs. He was personally at my job site at minimum once, sometimes 3-4 times a week. His superintendent and his dad came pretty much every day work was being done.

Everything was done ahead of schedule and the only delay in the build was our fault because we decided to take our kids on vacation and held him up 2 weeks!!

Pool was perfect and Nathan made amazing recommendations and helped us work through design and build. He worked with getting all permits and inspections completed on time and even performed some minor repair stuff (cool coat issue in a small area) on his dime months after completion even though he didn’t have to.

Loved everything thing about it and I think I also gained a friend in Nathan from this experience and his friendly hands-on attention to my project. Thank you for everything - we love our pool!!

My husband and I decided to put a pool in the backyard for our granddaughter and a fire pit/conversation area for us, but we didn't have a clue about the process. We couldn't have asked for a better contractor than Accredited Pools, Inc. Nathan and Ryan made my experience a memorable one because they treat you like family as you go through the process and it was almost like we were building a pool for all of us. They take the time to make sure you understand each step of the process, they hold their contractors accountable, and they are super interested in making sure that you're engaged and enjoying the experience. If there are issues, they are resolved immediately. I can't keep her out of the pool despite the weather. Chris Acosta and Hunter were outstanding—Hunter did a fantastic job on the design, and Chris and the team executed the project quickly and efficiently with minimal disruptions, delivering a high-quality result that exceeded our expectations.

After the job was completed, we had a couple of minor issues —  Chris responded immediately to get everything fixed right away. The level of customer service and follow-through continues to be top-notch, and it is clear that they truly care about their work and their clients’ satisfaction. We recently hired System Pavers to remodel our front porch stairs and walkway to enhance the curb appeal of our home. The timing initially seemed tricky, as we had a 16-day trip already planned during the dates the company wanted to begin the project. However, our contractor Rafael suggested they move forward while we were away, so the work would be complete by the time we returned—meaning we’d miss the noise, mess, and disruption of construction.

At first, I was a bit hesitant, but Rafael reassured me that he would treat the project as if it were his own. He truly followed through on that promise. Throughout the entire process, he kept us informed with regular texts, videos, and photos, always asking questions to make sure we were making the choices we wanted. His communication, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding.

Wonderful job done with skill and efficiency . My wife and I contacted the company after visiting a home improvement show. The sales manager , Robert, was very knowledgeable and clearly explained the choices as well as the process. We readily agreed to go forward. At first, the weather did not collaborated, but as soon as the work started it went really fast. We were approached by the project manager, Rafael, several times. He was readily available to answer our questions and to guide us through the process. The workers were also very friendly and worked tirelessly from early morning to night. The work was completed fast, and the results is superb. We are very pleased with all the process and the final result.

It was so great to work with System Pavers. I am really pleased with the work they have done to my driveway and pathway! I feel like it has been a massive improvement to curb appeal. Their work looks and feels quality. And working with Rafael and the rest of their staff was really easy and fun. They are really kind and great to work with.

I am giving System Pavers a 5-star review for the outstanding hardscaping project they designed and built to solve a persistent erosion issue that seemed insurmountable. Mike A. drew an excellent design and Luke Y.’s project team executed it beautifully. The retaining wall and gravel walkway with pavestones not only solved the erosion problem, but also exceeded my expectations in terms of aesthetics. The attention to detail and craftsmanship that went into the project is so obvious. Two days after the project was finished, there was a huge rainstorm, which was a perfect test for the project’s primary goal. There was no erosion and no pooling of water. I could not be happier.

We just had System Pavers complete a $20K project in our back yard. First rep came and reviewed the area and measured the space. He came back with a diagram and $$ quote within a couple days and we loved it. He talked about financing and we were able to handle that while he was here. Next came a phone call from a project coordinator who talked to us about billing and project start. A site manager then contacted us to do a walk-thru and ensure he understood our needs. Within a few days the first crew arrived to start demo on existing landscaping. They didn't speak English and immediately started working in the wrong area. Luckily, I was there to catch them and redirect their work. No real harm was done. The next day the same two guys showed up to continue work and then disappeared within an hour. I contacted the site manager and he assured me he was working on it and that they would send extra guys the next day to make up for lost time. (As it turns out, the work crews are all subcontractors and subject to their own schedules). The next day, the site manager and a few more guys showed up and really got going. The site manager looked at the pavers which were delivered a day or two prior and recognized that some of them were incorrect colors. He handled that himself and had new pavers delivered within a day or two. The site manager even discussed a couple changes to the original design which made it even better without changing the cost. They broke a couple irrigation pipes during the demo, but they were fixed very quickly. They then started laying pavers and that took a couple days as we had some odd shapes which required cutting many pavers. They ran out of one color and had to order some extra which the foreman hand delivered within a day or two and finished the project shortly thereafter. Overall, there were a couple snags, but the project (which was quoted as a two week completion) only took about six work days from start to finish. The project turned out great and they left the area very clean. Definitely recommend System Pavers!

I had warranty work done to repair the surface on my putting green. I have no issue with the repair or project management (the repair tuned out great) but I felt there was a run around from corporate communicating the timeframe for the repairs. If it wasn’t for the diligence project manager this probably would have headed to court for resolution
