Contractor reviews in Austin, Texas

I sought help with adding epoxy to our garage floor, and reached out to Zach's company. They were knowledgeable about the service and readily had staff to get the job started when the weather permitted. The job was completed in under 3 days, and turned out fantastic. The project manager kept things flowing smoothly through the entire process and was readily available to answer questions that arose. We should have done this long ago. I strongly recommend them for quality epoxy jobs!

Zach and his team did fantastic work and found creative solutions to problems that arose while needing very little input on our end. End results: beautiful brand-new paint and tile. Thanks!

I have used City Limit Construction twice. They first renovated both bathrooms, and the second job they installed new flooring in three separate areas. They have wonderful tile installers and I very much rely on their help and advice. I plan to have them work on my kitchen next! I highly recommend them.

Zach’s crew painted our house and did such a fantastic job I had them paint our business building as well. Great experience at both job sites. I will always call him first!

From Day 1, researching pool companies and asking for quotes, City Limit Construction was by far the most responsive. This was my first time building something, so I had LOTS of questions. They were so patient as they helped me design the pool of my dreams! The CLC employees were always so nice and considerate with communicating when we were going through the process of building my pool. The outcome is a pool that I am SO in love with and so excited to have. The pool is beautifully designed and complements my home perfectly. Thank you!!

I hired Austin Home and Commercial to paint the exterior of our house, deck, and shed. At first the contractors that were hired quit on us mid job but Nathan really helped make things right to make sure they were replaced ASAP and the quality of the job was to our satisfaction. We ran into a few other repairs that needed to be fixed from the crew and Nathan was on it making sure everything got replaced and/or fixed in a timely manner. Overall I really appreciate the work they did for us and would use them again in the future. Thank you Nathan and Austin Home and Commercial!

City Limit Construction performed the best interior paint job and wall repair of any company we’ve used. Zach and his team did the job quickly and precisely, with results that people have noticed and praised. I couldn’t imagine using anyone else in the future.

Zach and his team were responsive and easy to communicate with. They stuck to their budget and to the timeline. Quality of the work was great. I highly recommend Zach & City Limit Construction.

I recently reached out to Zach at City Limit Construction to help we with a commercial buildout. Zach did a smaller residential project for me in the past and I was impressed by his professionalism. I was blown away by the level of attention to my project & they completed the work in record time! My only regret was not having City Limit Construction manage my entire project. If you need something done, save yourself the trouble and just call City Limit

Zach and his crew were amazing! Able to help us get ready for our move-and did a beautiful job, making our house feel like our home! Can’t say enough good things-and looking forward to working together in the future!

I am a realtor with Compass Real Estate and have used this company many times for painting and other services. They are highly professional and always do a great job,. I highly recommend City Limit Construction. The owner, Zachary Joseph, is very focused on customer service and communication with his clients. Nancy Jones

Zach and his team were excellent. From the quote process all the way through to final payment, he and his team were so great to work with. I highly recommend them and will do so for our friends and neighbors looking for applicable services in the future.

Zach and his team of painters did a fantastic job upgrading the look of my home. His skilled professionals spent time on detail were always available to answer questions and respond quickly. They painted the exterior a traditional black and white. Needless to say, it looks amazing. High compliments to HCS Austin!

Zach is friendly and professional. What is most impressive is that every person on his remodel crew is skilled in his/her craft, attentive to detail, willing to do what is necessary to please the client and always pleasant. I am very happy with the results.

Zach and his team were fantastic to work with and do great work. I have been through so many contractors, so to find someone with fair pricing, showed up on time and did quality work was very refreshing. I highly recommend them.

Despite repeated attempts to get them to refund $6,000 of work that was never completed, I feel compelled to leave a review. The project was mismanaged from the beginning. Changing project leads mid project, underbid, and poorly managed. Several rework issues, shoddy sub contractor work and materials used, and work left undone. I don't know what the management looks like a year+ on. I would look elsewhere.

We have used this company for commercial and residential services and the team is so great. From the office staff and creating appointments to the team that shows up, everyone is professional and kind. I have already scheduled another few jobs with them.

We are absolutely thrilled with the work done by Zach and team. They understood our vision and timeline from the beginning and were able to get everything done quickly without sacrificing any quality. Not only that, they made suggestions that made sense to maximize value-add to our home while staying within our budget. Can't wait to use them again for future projects!!

Zach and his crews did an outstanding job on our recent home remodel and reconstruction after we experienced a flood. His painting and flooring crews were knowledgeable, professional, neat, pleasant and accommodating . When we had one or two schedule changes, they were flexible and worked with us to keep the momentum going. We will definitely be using them again for additional remodel plans!

Zach Joseph, and his crew, did an outstanding job remodeling our house to make it our home. The house we bought was nice, however, we needed to add our personal touch and Zach definitely helped us with this. He listened to our preferences, desires and ideas and helped us make an informant choice on what we wanted to be done.
He than outlined a plan of work, budget, and timeline, and did a great job completing the job on time and on budget, despite our updates and changes during the process.
We absolutely appreciate the fine job Zach's team did and would call on him on any and all remodeling work we might need in the future.

Zach was recommended to me from a friend in the home services business as the "only contractor I'm comfortable referring to you." And Zach did not disappoint. He was very responsive and professional providing a detailed quote and accurate time to complete the job. He worked with me to understand exactly what I wanted. The team did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, for the price we agreed upon.
