I had several, small jobs needing attention and all were done timely to my satisfaction. I appreciated the explanations provided and advice going forward. The guys were friendly, competent and professional. Will use again when the need arises.

John was incredibly friendly, helpful and communicative. He answered all my questions and installed our EV chargers and went the extra mile to make sure they were done very cleanly with no exposed wiring.

Very quick responses from the customer service as well!

I had a second occasion to use ATX Electrical and I can say that they are fantastic. What do you want from an electrician? I want someone that is responsive, takes their time to explain the situation and does good work. These guys hit it out of the park in every way. You will not be disappointed. These guys were great. They were responsive, knowledgeable and on time. You could not ask for more.

John and Ryan were fantastic! I didn’t know who to call and found them after seeing all the positive reviews. Thankfully they lived up to the hype! It felt like doing business with family friends. Super helpful in many ways-getting my outlets working again in the kitchen, letting me know about the warranty for some breakers (in which I was able to get the company to send me several breakers which are normally at least $140 a piece), and troubleshooting my garbage disposal which certainly were not parts of the quote!🤣
I originally was going to have them just add the Tesla charger but so glad they double checked the hot tub wiring. I had several people say the install from someone else was incorrect and wouldn’t pass inspection but I had not idea how dangerous it actually was. Electrical work is an area we shouldn’t have cut corners with and we are so happy John and Ryan fixed it.
Oh jeez- somehow I didn’t post the above paragraphs from before!🤣 But another amazing experience just today! They came out and hung our TV above the fireplace. So nice to know it’s going to be done right. The last tv was hung by someone who spilled their latte in the fireplace screen and hung the tv crooked but these guys took the initiative to actually clean the fireplace screen for me just because of their attention to detail and shows how they truly care about their customers! These guys deserve to be on everyone’s speed dial because they are just that good!!!!
12/1/25- Love the home services too! He came out last November and installed wall storage racks-others said it couldn’t be done but he founds studs and made it super secure! He also found a stud for the wreath which was told to me by the Christmas light guy that it couldn’t be done due to the wall being stucco. He fixed a few doors which hadn’t been done right and did a ton of little things I didn’t know how to do! Just had him come out today because I had a plumber come out to replace the red part in the back of the toilet and the guy was going to charge me $380 per toilet! The plumber said he would have to switch out the entire guts for each toilet-I was going to do 5 all at once which would have been almost $2000! I texted John because I knew the guy was trying to screw me over and he came out to fix them all for $520! John’s the MAN!!! Smart, good, fun guy you can count on!
Forgot to mention- he has also fixed our fire alarm issue. The sensors are all hooked up together and they kept going off in the middle of the night. He came out, diagnosed problem, replaced batteries (even our 20 foot sensor) and now we can finally sleep!

The electrician, John, was very nice, informative, and helpful. He resolved all of our issues quickly and gave us some great information for the future, which was very appreciated.

1. They are a locally owned business and easy to contact and schedule service in a timely window.
2. The electrician reached out the day before to gather additional details about the situation to be as prepared as possible.
3. Notifications were provided while en route and the electrician showed up on time.
4. The electrician took time to explain the issue and resolved the problem without issues.

I recommend this business and will use them again in the future.

10/10 This is our second time using ATX Electrical services. Both times were great! This time we had two fans installed and a tricky doorbell situation. Courteous, professional, and Affordable. We will for sure use them from now one moving forward.

Ive used them for a couple of different issues now, and each time, their professionalism and friendliness have made it an absolute pleasure to work with them.

I’d like to give an additional Kudos to John, who took the time to fully explain the problem to me (rather than just charging me to fix it). He was absolutely awesome to work with. They have a loyal customer. Couldn’t be happier.

We have worked with John on several occasions. He is great and we highly reccomend his company. He has installed 3 ceiling fans for us, troublshooted many issues, installed flat light switches, helped with creating new outlets outside and inside and helped us with a ton of questions about future projects. 5 stars all the way!!

Would give this company Six Stars if I could! The crew was very professional and efficient. When they were finished, they took the time to show me how everything works and made sure I didn’t have any questions. The crew cleaned as they went along and all their work areas were spotless as they left. Great job, great crew and very reasonably priced.

John came to my home to fix several electrical outlets. He did a great job. He fixed the lights in the ceiling fan. He noticed a light bulb needed replacing in the hall ceiling. He checked all of the breakers in the breaker box. He explained to me how the GFCI outlets work. Then he helped me with putting together a dog crate for my rescue dog that I'm adopting. He is a super nice guy. He and his wife are foster parents of dogs.

ATX to the rescue again! One of our GCFI failed to the point of no return Saturday night / Sunday morning. Due to that, none of the outlets in the restrooms had power. Reached out to ATX (my go-to electricians) to schedule a repair. Since it was Sunday, i did not think i would get an appointment before Tuesday. Well, John arrived before noon on Sunday and completed the repair (plus an upgrade) in under an hour. Nice!!!
