I can't say enough about this company. Joshua showed up on time and ready to work with a masks on and I was so appreciated to see that because my family was home. He install two chandeliers and a ceiling fan within a couple hours. I will definitely be recommending this company to my friends and using them again for more projects.

Recently, we had a dreadful experience with ATX Lighting, particularly with Justin. Our pool equipment started acting up just before the freeze, and we called Justin for assistance. He replaced a GFCI breaker with a regular one, and the problems began shortly after. The equipment only worked for about an hour before we had to keep the entire box off due to unsettling crackling sounds.

Attempting to reach Justin for help became a nightmare. Calls and texts went unanswered, and when we finally got through, he and his team were unavailable. Desperate, we sought the help of a last-minute electrician who happened to be nearby. To our dismay, he discovered that the breaker wasn't installed correctly, with loose screws and improper connections.

Upon sharing this information with Justin, he promised to call back but failed to do so. When we eventually spoke, Justin became defensive and refused to acknowledge any fault. Despite not seeking a refund or blaming him outright, he was unresponsive to constructive feedback and called me a liar.

Our experience with ATX Lighting was an utter disappointment, please be cautious when considering their services.

Josh and Eric were amazing! They installed 12 light fixtures in only a few hours. They made sure I was happy with each individual fixture. Very professional, great to work with, high quality. I will definitely hire them again for future projects.

LED Recessed Lighting Installation

After the installation of LED recessed lighting in my living room, I noticed a flickering issue that wasn't there before. Upon closer inspection, I found that the electrician had improperly wired several fixtures, causing not only a constant annoyance but also a potential fire hazard. When I tried to contact them for a fix, Justins response was dismissive. Extremely disappointed with the quality of work and the lack of accountability

JP and team did an a great job installing our new light fixture! We were nervous to hang this fixture ourselves because of the weight and complexity of the light and are so glad we had it professionally installed. The team worked quickly, arrived within the agreed time window, and left the area spotless. Will be using again for future needs! Thank you!

Joe came out and fixed three damaged plugs for us. One of the plugs was wired quite oddly. He figured it out and got us in safe working order. Pricing was fair and I would hire ATX Lighting again. Thanks!

Worked with JP and Chris to correct som odd electrical issues (residential) and make a few upgrades, including two dedicated circuits. Workmanship, timing and price were at or above expectations. Communication throughout the job was great! I'll be working with JP again on future projects (as we have quite a bit to do).

Overall very pleased with the outcome of my patio lighting project. JP and his company ATX Lighting were very responsive from the beginning. They showed up when they said they would and delivered on all their promises at a fair price. They made sure I was happy with the products and service. I highly recommend this company for your lighting projects. The owner cares and will do what it takes to ensure your satisfaction.

Had them come out twice, once for a faulty dryer breaker and then a second time to install new outlets by toilets for bidets. They did a phenomenal job and took care of the work quickly and efficiently. They also came out on short notice pretty soon after the initial calls. Would highly recommend and would definitely use them again.

Short version: JP and his team are prompt, professional, punctual, and reasonably priced. I will definitely call them again if needed.

Long version: I had some overhead kitchen lights fail at the switch. No biggie, I thought. I'm pretty handy. I can do this and save some money. It's just a simple change out of two light switches, one dimmer switch and one regular switch, both in the same box.

After popping out the dimmer switch, I noticed a broken wire and a much harrier wiring situation than I expected. Yellow twist caps, ground wires, and multiple wires extending to other switch boxes. Then I noticed one broken wire and I had no idea where it should attach. I also noticed that I did something to the dishwasher now, which was on a nearby switch and probably daisy chained. I was officially in over my head.

So, I did some digging online and came up with ATX Lighting. I submitted a request on their website and JP called me within the hour. He had Andrew out the next morning at 9AM. Andrew, a Master Electrician, and worked smart and quick. He tolerated my incessant handy-man questions and was a great guy to talk with throughout the too-big-for-me but small project.

I slept well knowing the work was reasonably priced, professionally done, and my family was safe.

Really disappointed in this service. Service wasn’t installed correctly for my company and there was no offer to fix it or refund after spending almost $6000. Do not use this service - we are in the process of reporting it.

I requested an electrician on Thumback and as soon as I hit send, I received a phone call to schedule an appt. Joe called me and provided his ETA. He arrived early and he was Joe on the spot!
