Justin was stellar!!! Clear comms, quick response. Fix my vanity lights issue in less than an hour after identifying the correct issue. This was my short term rental, guests checking in later, prompt fix was highly appreciated. Recommend Justin for any of your electrical works. They rock!!!

Mixed experience. They were quick to answer the phone and schedule an appt. But no call before showing, and they tried to extend time spent at my house during the billing. The work was done but this is not a local company -- this is a large national entity with some concerning behaviors.

Amazing operation, both knowledgeable & courteous too. We had an awesome experience and our bid was spot-on. We plan on working with these folks again for other upgrades. No worries here, without a doubt, they are a step above the rest!

Absolutely terrible. Promised a technician would come out same day. Made me pay for a membership up front. I stayed home all day waiting for a call from the technician and never heard anything. Finally when I followed up, they backtracked and said someone couldn’t come out and the woman couldn’t even get in touch with a technician. We had an urgent electrical matter and lost a full day waiting for these people.

Christian Electrical Services are very professional from the point of scheduling to the onsite repair. They are helpful in explaining the cause of an electrical problem and providing thorough and timely quotes. Caleb was the best from the very first time we spoke. He obviously knew what he was talking about and was able to answer all the questions I had and then some. He told me not to waste my money on some things I thought I needed, and got us a system that was perfect for our needs.

I spoke with three other companies before I spoke with Caleb / ATX Solar. ATX was head and shoulders above the others. If you don't understand your "Solar Offset", "degradation rates", and "Solar panel efficiency rate", then whoever you were speaking to previously wasn't giving you the entire picture. ATX offers premier panels with the highest ratings, highest efficiency, lowest degradation rates (meaning they stay stronger longer), and highest solar capture rates. The pricing was outstanding, and their installation partner was excellent! They made the entire process from start to finish as easy as pie and worry-free. Trust me on this - Do NOT make your final decision until you've spoken with Caleb at ATX Solar.

I have had a good experience with ATX solar. Fast install with good communication. One perceived issue was my fault. I was recieving, what I thought, were overage bills from Almika the electrical provider.

I asked ATX Solar to review my system thinking it was undersized. Upon reviewing my "bill" it was determined it was credits as my system is producing more than consuming.

Great experience working with Madison! Super clear throughout the sales process and continued to keep us updated throughout the HOA approval and installation process. Installation took two days and the team was great. We’re set to reduce our monthly energy fee right off the bat and pay off the panels in just under 2 & 1/2 years... I don’t know why everyone isn’t switching to solar!
