Electrical reviews in Austin, Texas
-
We hired SoFresh Exterior to install Christmas lights on our classic old Austin home in Clarksville, and the entire experience was effortless. All I had to do was approve the design — they handled everything else from start to finish.
The team created a beautiful, timeless look that perfectly matched the style of our home. The installation was quick, professional, and completely hands-off for us. The lights are high-quality and perfectly installed — straight lines, no visible cords, and a warm, inviting glow that makes our home stand out on the block.
I love that SoFresh Exterior takes care of the design, installation, maintenance, removal, and storage. It’s truly a full-service, worry-free experience. If you want your home to look amazing this Christmas without lifting a finger, this is the company to call! -

JLB has added everything from an RV outlet, generator hook up for the house, EV charging outlet, household outlets, new breakers, and lights. His service is always great and priced reasonably. I suggest him for all your electrical needs.

Jonathan is a wonderful electrician! Will call him for future needs.

Hired Jonathan by neighborhood recommendation to do a few various electrical tasks - add a light to a shower, replace an outlet, add a new outlet, etc. He was timely, super friendly, and did a stellar job. Would highly recommend and I'm happy to find a local electrician I can call instead of the big companies all around town that don't give you nearly the level of service. Thank you so much!

I rent load banks, generators and transformers from here. Kylun is very professional and their rates are competative.

As for reliability Sunbelt is top notch. As for customer service, not so much. We had rented an air hammer with crows foot attachment and were told that it would be as easy as just hooking up to our compressor. What we didn't know / weren't told was that the attachment had to be 1/4". We went back to sunbelt to get the attachment and they gave me another attachment of same size. Now making 2 trips and setting us back 2 days I had enough of the run around and went to a local metal fab shot to get the 3/16th attachment crows foot. If the associate would have explained the fitting sizes in the first place it would have eliminated this 3 day run around.

The group of people working at this branch are top of their game. Me personally I have yet to encounter a problem that has not resolved in a timely manner.

Stood inside of counter sales for almost 10 minutes and no one ever showed up. Stood in front of four different people at the will call counter for a few minutes and all four were staring at their phones. One lady looked up and smiled at me, but nobody acknowledged my presence. I was looking for a credit app to open an account for a new company, though it would seem that my business is not wanted. I've had dozens of quote request emails ignored by Reynolds over the years, but this experience was beyond the pale. How do you stay in business?
