Ray is an excellent electrician. He is always on time, professional and very reasonable and very honest with his work. He helped us for years with appliances installation, circuit maintenance, parts replacement, piping bonding to ground and many many electrical issues for our rentals. He took the challenge and did a amazing job during our recent house inspection contingency to keep the deal. I wish I could give him 6 Stars 🤩🤩🤩!

Henry dropped the ball. Not responding. Asked for my serial numbers and ghosted me.

Henry, was my point of contact. I've been waiting for three weeks for him to pick up my Duromax generator for warranty work. Finally got an appointment for 6 PM pick up and after three hours waiting his estimated ETA was 10. I finally got completely frustrated and called him and his response was tough, I have other customers and he will get here, when he gets here. Totally unprofessional and very rude. I would never trust this company with any service. I will definitely be calling Duromax and report this company as a liability !

Henry did an amazing job getting my generator working properly. The entire experience, his professional attitude and follow up were top notch. I've already passed on his info to others in my neighborhood and will be a back with more work later this year.

Henry was friendly and helpful. He did a great job with my generator, finding the solution to my problem. He was timely in assessing the problem with my generator and his pickup and delivery of same. We wholeheartedly recommend his services and will definitely contact him if we have need of any future service.

Henry picked up my generator since the end of March in what was supposed to be a convenient warranty based repair and has stopped responding. It’s been a total of 7 months and Henry has neither returned my generator, arranged for me to pick up or provided any update on status of repair. He has completely stopped responding. I will personally not advise anyone here to allow Henry or the company any access to their property. Would have provided a lower rating if it were possible. Please do not use this service.

AHS recently installed a home theater at our house and I couldn’t be happier. I haven’t had a TV for 20 years, and a proper stereo for longer than that, so I was completely clueless on what sort of system would make sense. Randal walked me through the various options, we put together a plan, and then the install team came out and executed. During the installation, Gavin, Bruce, and the rest of the team consulted with me over various “judgment calls,” so we were on the same page at all times. Every step of the way, everybody I dealt with was extremely professional. As some other reviewers have noted, there was no upsell pressure; they genuinely want you to be happy with the end result, that is all. I give AHS my highest recommendation.
