Strong Tower Solar Electrical Services & Generators is an excellent company to work with. The owner and master electrician, Jared Million does excellent work. Jared is responsive and has promptly completed the work that we had for him to do. Jared has done various projects for us. He has installed whole house lightning protection as well as whole house surge protection. He changed out the outdoor patio and front porch lighting, replaced a defective circuit breaker, added a new dedicated 20 amp circuit for the office equipment in the study and added a work light in the garage. Whatever you need electrically, Jared can do it and do it well.

By the way several weeks after installing the whole house lightning protection and surge protection, lightning struck the house next door that we share a power transformer with. All of their appliances were badly damaged. Even the house across the street had appliance damage. However, inside our home everything was protected. Art Lawrence and Mike Short completed a complex upgrade of our home electrical system and installation of a Generac unit. They provided a very detailed proposal/contract, demonstrated professional, competent execution of the work, provided excellent coordination with city inspectors, maintained great communication throughout the project and provided a very thorough walk-through at the completion of our project. Overall, an outstanding fulfillment of our project.

The electricians that came to the house were kind, knowledgeable, thorough, willing to explain anything asked, made suggestions, and were accommodating for a special needs young adult who was obsessive and a bit too involved!

promised a service that they cant keep their end on. Cancelled service 3 months ago. still til this day I'm still being charged. I've sent several emails (2) and several phone calls with messages (5)..... and still no call back to explain charges.

Could not be more satisfied with these guys. love my new business website. Making changes or edits are as simple as making a phone call which they answer everytime or sending a quick email. The web developers are obviously on top of there game, the customer service employees are on point and courteous with every phone call conversation we have. I was promised service they could not deliver - they did NOT reimburse the fee ($125). This is not honest business practice - bait and switch - I will complain to the BBB of Austin Texas to get some justification.
Did not expect that from a Southern company. I am located in Huntsville Alabama and represent an upstart electrical business. As such money is allotted for service as promised and expected and if not delivered I expect my money back.
IT APPEARS THEY WILL SOLICIT YOUR BUSINESS - ONCE THEY RECEIVE THE MONEY DON'T EXPECT TO RECEIVE SATISFACTORY SERVICE.

When the sales rep called me about Service Magic I was really skeptical. I get calls all the time from people that want to sell me Google ads or Criagslist posts stuff like that.

I gave them a shot and already got some great projects and a few bids in the pipe.
It was slow at first but I gave them a solid three months. I'm really glad I did.

We used Custom Company Ads for our remodeling company, NorEaster Development. They were a terrible disappointment. No communication from our account manager throughout our time with them. We tried to cancel multiple times via voicemails with no returned phone calls and emails to the company. They continued to charge our account. We cancelled the service through our bank then finally heard from Custom Company Ads, asking us to not involve our bank. The whole company seems sketchy and I would NOT recommend them to anyone, EVER. No results and no communication.

Personally I feel my experience with this company was bad all the way around. When I had concerns, they were not addressed except to say it takes time, it takes time. Its true they can get you placed on some lesser used sites but that was not so important to me. I was most disappointed in the overall poor customer service skills that seem to be on display whenever I emailed them.

At this point like I said this is just my opinion, but it they charged me a $1 per month for their service, I would go somewhere else and spend 100 times more.

As far as their statement that says the majority of their customers are happy and satisfied, I believe that you can look at the reviews and see that nearly 50% are rated at 1 star.

Our company signed up with Custom Company Ads about 6 months ago... At first I was pretty skeptical. Online advertising always comes with a risk, and with the amount of online marketing and SEO companies out there it's difficult to choose the right company. Custom Company ads is the real deal. They were able to get my electrical services and contracting company on the front page of google and designed a very professional website for us at a very reasonable rate with no contract.

Our phone is continuing to ring off the hook and we've had to expanded our small business here in Austin to hire 5 more full time employees. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of the time it took to get listed, but understand that these things take time to get listed in your area organically. With Custom Company Ads no contract policy, they have to work to retain their customers, and they don't charge thousands of dollars to start like every major advertising firm that I looked into. I highly recommend Custom Company Ads for any business looking to take on new customers

Had fuse box replaced with breaker panel several years ago with great results, so am using Rand Electrical again for putting refrigerator & microwave on separate circuit from other appliances & adding a light over the counter. Tech was great in giving the estimate & arranging a very quick date for installation.
