Electrical reviews in Austin, Texas

I recently had Greenbelt Solar install a solar array at my home. They're using top tier equipment, performed a very clean installation, got all required city permits, and delivered a fully functioning system with monitoring & formal permission to operate from the power company & the city.

It's worth noting that navigating the city's permitting process & requirements were fairly involved (I'm in Lakeway TX), but it was all taken care of by Adi @ Greenbelt & I was kept up to speed on progress as it was made.

The install team was professional, competent, efficient, and experienced. It's nice to see a team that knows what they're doing & do it well. The whole installation was completed over a few days (although the full process was a couple of months).

They've been in business for a while, and one of the reasons I chose them for my install was a reference from a friend with a system also installed by Greenbelt. When my friend needed a new roof, Greenbelt was there to help, years after the install.

If you're considering solar, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Greenbelt.

Just had my panels installed and they’re generating as much or more energy as the proposal. I spoke with three companies and Greenbelt blew everyone else out of the water in communication, flexibility, quality, etc. I also want to thank Adi, he made the whole experience seamless.

Also if you’re exploring solar and another company asks you for a major deposit before a site survey, don’t fall for it.

Very happy.

Great experience with Greenbelt Solar. Very professional, prompt communication, quotes, and installation. They are very knowledgeable and very willing to educate on the pros and cons of different available options. I would highly recommend and would do business again if I need an upgrade.

Greenbelt Solar installed our system in 2016. And to this day, Adi continues to be responsive in any concerns or questions I may have. They stand by their warranty and they are very very easy to work with.

If you are looking for a quality installation at a reasonable price, look no further! Adi will show you how the power companies will pay you for producing electricity that you don't use while you are away! And best of all, it doesn't cost you a dime to find out what kind of deal you can get! So give them a call, you'll be glad that you did!

Got solar panel installed by Greenbelt few years back. Recently solar panel squirrels guard also installed. That experience was very pleasant. Adi was professional, thorough and efficient. He also installed power consumption monitoring device for my solar setup to monitor power consumption.

Greenbelt Solar is the best when it comes to having solar panels installed. They are super knowledgeable and made the right recommendations for what was optimally needed for us. Their quality of workmanship, installation and customer service is fabulous. We selected them from multiple quotes and happy we did. We are now truly reaping the benefits of lower energy costs and feel good about protecting our environment with using renewable energy. I would highly recommend them as your go-to company for you next solar project!

Greenbelt has been my solar energy go-to for a dozen years or more!

They’ve installed my first system, removed and reinstalled it after hail tore up my roof.

Removed and replaced the system when hail the size of tennis balls SMASHED MY PANELS!?!

Adi and crew have given me no-bull guidance and suggestions. They are fast to get out quotes. Good dealing with my insurance. And the systems they installed went on quickly and performed as expected — and at a better price than other quotes!

And the crews (same crew all these years?) are always careful, thoughtful, and considerate of the property. You know how sometimes the installers are the hooligans while the supervisor is the adult? Not here. Everyone acts like a professional.

This outfit is the rare combination of good price AND good quality.

I researched many solar companies before deciding on Greenbelt Solar. My experience with them exceeded expectations. They are very customer focused. They did a safe and efficient job installing the panels, arriving when they said they would each day. They communicated well and made sure I'd be happy with their work.

When I first researched solar companies, Greenbelt solar had the best reviews about price and customer support. I contacted them and found both to be true. We bought a new house since the one where we initially installed solar, and I didn't even consider another company this time. They were once again a great company to work with. You won't find a better solar installation company.

I recently had Greenbelt Solar install a solar panel system at my home, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs.

The consultation process was thorough. Adi answered all my questions and provided a clear, upfront quote with no hidden fees. The installation was seamless and completed on schedule. The technicians were courteous and took great care to ensure everything was set up correctly and safely.

Since the installation, my energy bills have significantly decreased, and I feel great knowing that I'm contributing to a greener planet. Greenbelt Solar also provided excellent after-installation support, promptly addressing any questions I had about monitoring the system's performance.

I highly recommend Greenbelt Solar to anyone considering making the switch to solar energy. Their expertise, customer service, and commitment to quality are truly top-notch.

I would highly recommend this company! Great communication, on time, honest and caring. They installed my panels in 2014, helped me once along the way with a warrantied repair, and then helped again in 2025 when we replaced our roof. Adi and his team are great and I can’t thank them enough.

I highly recommend Greenbelt Solar to anyone considering solar energy. Their expertise, reliability, and responsive customer service make them an excellent choice for a solar installation.

Greenbelt Solar did a great job for our home’s solar, battery, & EV charger system! My questions up front, during installation, and after commissioning were thoroughly answered, and the system is operating as proposed!

I had a 7kW system installed last year. From start to finish my experience with Greenbelt Solar was excellent. They were also very fairly priced. Adi is one of the owners and was my main point of contact. He was responsive, informative, professional, intelligent. His team was excellent. No issues with Austin Energy rebate process. I highly recommend Greenbelt Solar.

We recently had a commercial solar installation placed on the roof of our building. We called several contractors, but Greenbelt Solar was the most competent and helpful in assuring that we receive our rebates. They understand how the City of Austin and federal rebate programs work. Their electrical crew did a fantastic job and were very easy to work with. Adi had good communication with us all the way through the project completion and even with follow up. I would recommend this company to anyone that wants a seamless, trouble free solar installation!

Adi and Greenbelt Solar are the best. They installed solar panels and an EV charger for me back in 2017, and now, my second EV charger. I couldn't be happier. I had a great experience with this solar company. Their communication was clear and timely throughout the entire process. They offered the best pricing compared to other companies I considered. Greenbelt Solar installed our system 2-1/2 years ago and we are still thrilled with its performance! We just changed internet providers and Greenbelt sent a technician to reconnect the monitoring system as soon as I called them! Great customer service. I would recommend Greenbelt Solar to anyone that is interested in solar power systems!!
