He practiced Covid-19 safety behavior, he wore a mask, practiced physical distancing and wore disposable gloves. There was an existing flood light so he could had just replaced it and moved on but he didn't. He went into my attic and made sure the wiring there was correct. There was a little bit of insulation that fell when he opened the attic access, he swept it up. He treated me and my home with the utmost care. I will forever be a customer of Isaiah Electric Co.!!

This is the best electric contractor I've ever worked with. Can't say enough about Nick and his colleague. They did an outstanding service, were very reasonable, and super nice. They did the work much faster than I thought possible, and went the extra mile over some issues that proved more difficult than it first appeared. Ecolectrics and I have been on a journey together. In July we planned a 3.7kw system, but between then and November, we had paperwork mishaps, permit resubmissions, overlooked electric panel upgrades, and delayed installation as their crew lead took paternity time off. Despite all of that, Ecolectrics made things right by putting us first and covering our lost energy production costs while pushing the project along on their side.

Overall, we're happy with Ecolectrics and they've earned our trust when it comes to delivering solar power and taking care of their customers.

Terrible, just terrible. I have called them over 10 times in the past 30 days. Sent several emails and yet not a single response. All I need is an inverter replacement for the third time in two years. Even though my system is five years old and still under warranty they asked for $450 for a truck run! I agreed to pay the fee and still no response. I invested 40k in my system and can’t use it. Due to their lack of professionalism in communication and customer service/ support my bill went from $50 a month to $ 400. The worst company EVER!

Gary and his wife Celia are delightful to deal with. Prompt service and very thorough! I have used them multiple times and always been pleased with their service.
