Gary and his team are always a pleasure to work with and the work is always professional. This time was to install an outlet in the bottom of a retrofit structured wiring panel.

Pritchard electric did the wiring on my complete house renovation - only things old are the front door and master bath. I cannot say enough about how professional they were and how much i appreciate their attention to detail. Pritchard came back until every aspect of the electrical and lighting were right.

They made sure i had the right “color” LED in the house and plugs outside for my Christmas lights. Gary and his crew were experienced, thoughtful, and courteous.

After the main electrical work was done, i had Pritchard come back to install fixtures etc. They excelled at that work as well even hanging an Apparatus cloud Light where the instructions finish with “pour yourself a strong drink.”

There are several things in life that should not be overlooked in quality, especially when it comes to your home. For me, Electrical is one of those items. The team at Pritchard Electric took their time to ensure the several electrical jobs I wanted to be completed for my home were done safely and effectively. They all had positive attitudes when on the job, and cleaned up their working area when the job was finished. During the projects, there was an unavoidable scheduling conflict that they worked to remedy by rescheduling and prioritizing the job completion. The team was communicative, courteous, and punctual. I'll absolutely be doing business with them again in the future.

He has repaired 2 jobs from previous so called electricians by going through the City of Austin's most stringent inspection process. His attention to detail is what makes him succeed in his line of work and attention to detail is what you need as a Electrician. If you watch him as you explain your scope of work to him, you can see him putting together the plan of action as you speek and thinking through the process before he takes actions. He is a great planner which is what I think you need when it comes to electricity.

Unfortunately, there wasn't a socket anywhere near the little kitchen at the new place I moved into. I gave this local electrician a ring, and he came out within two hours to put in a new light switch, outlet, and socket for me at an affordable fee. The one thing I don't like about him is that he doesn't fix swimming pools, spas, or smart homes.
