Tired of always seeing your trucks on the road with drivers on their phones not paying attention while driving.

They charged $1000 plus to install a ceiling fan that I bought and to fix two electric outlets.

Bowne provided prompt, excellent and reasonably priced service for repair of several electrical items damaged by a nearby lightning strike. Could not be more pleased with their response and service.

I refuse to use a company when the secretary is rude and dismissive. There are so many great businesses out there. How can you trust one with a rude secretary? It must be run poorly. Fire that lady please.

A limb fell on my power lines. I called Bowne. They sent someone out within an hour. He called the city, got the permit, fixed the problem, got the inspection and left still smiling. And, after seeing the bill, I'M STILL SMILING.

Browne sent a representative named Laura to survey the work requested. She was on time and professional. She created a clear proposal with multiple options.

Adam came to perform the work. He was on time, professional, polite, worked diligently and communicated effectively. He was careful not to track anything inside the house and he cleaned up each work area.

Adam and his crew replaced all of the flourescent lighting in our office building with LEDs, and also upgraded some of the wiring, as well as fixing one electrical problem. They were kind, professional, courteous, and on time from beginning to end, and their work was exceptional. They are experts in their field, and I give them the highest recommendation.

I received 5 star service! Erjon Manaj arrived when promised. He efficiently found/fixed the problem with a light. He explained what he found, and also explained how he was going to fix it. He was professional, helpful, and prompt. I highly recommend him!

Far and away, Bowne electric has been the best electrical contractor I have used. From large projects to a simple check on an electrical short circuit, they have by far been one of the most professional and prompt contractors that I know of. When they say that they will show up at 0800 on a particular day, they will show up either on the dot or before 0800. They have demonstrated again and again that they hire very competent, professional, and courteous employees. I highly recommend them, and I will continue being a repeat customer should I need any electrical work in the future.

I have hired at least three -- maybe four -- electricians since we bought our house four years ago for various issues. Our experience with Bowne has been SO GREAT, relative to any others. Their technicians really know what they are doing, they are excellent problem solvers, they schedule quickly and efficiently and come when they say they will. I was especially impressed with Ray, he is very pleasant and figured out how to wire and hang my exterior speakers which wasn't easy to do. AND they clean up after! So great!

I have not used your company but I do believe that the people you have workqing for you represent you. With that being said I watched one of your vehicles leave a bar/restaurant and drive erratically. Speeding, riding bumpers and on his phone. All in a 45 mph/under construction neighborhood.

Our lights have been acting weird flashing on and off. A electrician from Austin Energy said there was corrosion in our meter can. Today Ray came out and waited for another Austin Energy to shot off the power so Ray of Bowne could replace the bad parts. He is now waiting for the power to be restore. We are delighted with how Bowne responded so quickly and for the excellent work they continue to do for us.

I was referred to them by a neighborhood association and I am very pleased with the work and professionalism. Never again will I sacrifice good quality workmanship and experienced/courteous electricians and workers for a discounted price. I'm always going to choose the former over a "good deal". They installed a modern stairwell chandelier that was 2 stories high and a ceiling fan in a tight area upstairs. Both were done with care and professionalism and they took the time to make sure the remotes worked (and to show me how it worked). I never had to remind them to take on/off the shoe covers or remove their shoes during the dozens of trips in and out of the house! I'm definitely calling them again. It's well worth the cost.

I called to ask if they had some plugs I was looking for l. I don’t know ANYTHING about electricity at all. But I explained the them how the plug looked and what I was gonna use it for l, they new exactly what I was talking about and they went out of there way to help me and not make me feel dumb. Will defiantly be shopping here again!!!

After buying materials from here. I also bought this bug zapper. I'll give a feed back on if it works. Besides that great costumer experience! And got a FREE HAT, take that Crawford Electric. Will be shopping here more often😁
