Luis and his brother responded quickly to my request for smart switch installation help. I am a "do it yourself" kind of person, but could not figure out the jumble of wiring required.
They showed up on time, wore shoe coverings to protect flooring, assessed the job, gave me a reasonable estimate, and quickly installed 10 switches.
I will call them again for electrical help and highly recommend their professional services.

Raptor took advantage of an emergency situation (the electric mast came off of our house in a storm) and absolutely gouged us on the price. When the same mast came off the house again later, they refused to stand behind their work. The person I spoke to at Raptor claimed a tree branch must have caused the mast to come down the second time.I specifically asked if they would stand behind their work even though it was 14 months later; outside the one year warranty. I was told they would as long as it hadn't been ripped down by a tree branch. I sent them pictures of what was on the mast: a twig no thicker than a pencil. I recommend using anyone else.

Can’t say enough good things about Luis and his company. He went above and beyond to help my mother. He communicated with me consistently regarding the job and always friendly. It is nice to see there are still companies out there that provide great customer service with morals and values. We will use Raptor for any electrical job we ever need.

Luis and his brother ( Raptor Electrical Services) were very detailed oriented on the project at hand! They provided excellent customer service and was very knowledgable about all materials and the work that needed to be done. My partner and I recently purchased our first home in March of 2021. With the market being as insane as it is, it was incredibly overwhelming when we learned we needed to replace our entire breaker panel and change all outlets/switches to CopAlum. After calling over 4 places (to no response or being ghosted) before finding Raptor, I was feeling hopeless. Once I found and called Raptor Electrical Services, they were at our property explaining the best way for us to (affordably) rectify these issues. My partner and I were beyond impressed with the professionalism, communication, and final product. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to electrical work on their home/office!

Extremely overpriced for their services. They also don't stand by their work. I spent over $2,000 with them on electrical work, including installing 2 new GFCI outlets outside. One of the outlets failed within months and was only used twice. They quoted me another $275 to replace the bad outlet (which only requires turning off the breaker and removing a couple screws then reattaching). When I refused the replacement service, the owner called me and tried to charge a fee just for checking the outlet (and never stated this upfront prior to the visit). I replaced the outlet myself in 10 minutes for $30. I would recommend looking elsewhere for your electrical needs.

Other than dealing with you and your company, I’m not having a bad day, that is your own assumption, which seems petty and rude. And your reply is factually inaccurate. I have all of the original documentation as well. There was never a mention of a visit fee. In fact, you said verbatim that “even if it’s the part & not the installation, we will come out and make things right by you”. No estimate was provided prior and no agreement was signed, nor was that verbally communicated. I deal with businesses like yours all the time too, that seek to take advantage of unsuspecting customers in need of services in a pinch. I stand by my original comments even more so now. I would not and will not ever contact you again for service and will urged others likewise. I also did hire someone “cheaper” for my EV charger installation, and they were better equipped, more knowledgeable, more professional, and half the price.

The electricians of Raptor Electrical do excellent work. Had an outlet installed in my garage. They were the only electricians that offered to actually come out and give me a quote for the work, rather than just saying "we charge this much/hour" . The work done was exactly as they promised and cost was competitive. Very happy with Raptor Electrical's service!

Luis and Alejandro were amazing to work with. We had contacted multiple electricians who were unable or too busy to take on the task of installing a 240v connection for our hot tub and Raptor Electrical Services jumped at the opportunity. From the start, they were very easy to work with and immediately scheduled a video call to discuss options for installing a sub panel and hot tub panel and soon after, scheduled the installation in a timely manner. Following arrival of the hot tub, we had a few hiccups with the hot tub installation (from the hot tub vendor) and Luis was quick to respond and assist with further installation needs. Thanks to Raptor we have a fully functioning hot tub! If in need of electrical services, we would definitely recommend Luis and Alejandro.

Totally understand why this company is so highly rated! Customer service is A++++. Prices are competitive (there are no random additional charges). Electricians came on time, we’re professional, and nice! Definitely will recommend and tap this company again.

These guys are fantastic! This was the second time we have hired them. They were about 2 weeks out for scheduling after the walkthrough, but it rained the very next day so they squeezed us in! Alejandro came when he said he would and hooked us up with a new breaker and a dedicated line to our heater. It worked out great because we were able to use the heater on the coldest night of the Fall so far and we feel safe with the work they did. Priscilla is a pleasure to speak with and Luis is great also. I can't say enough about this company. We will hire them again and refer them to anyone who needs electric work in Austin. Luis and his crew are great! Professional, licensed, insured, courteous and very responsive! They did an amazing and timely job on my house after we experienced a natural disaster. The electrical system was necessary to evaluate before anything else could get safely repaired and I am so glad these guys came to our rescue. Not only did they check and troubleshoot our electrical system, they also completed all the repairs efficiently with improvements, giving us piece of mind. They will be the only electricians I call and can recommend!

Alejandro arrived on time. I needed several tasks done, some of which were installing a new breakfast chandelier, new direct-wire dimmable under cabinet lights for my kitchen, fixing other electrical issues, etc. The results were completely to my satisfaction. I found him to be very competent, courteous, honest and professional. The under cabinet lights in particular posed some challenges, yet he figured out what needed to be done, and we love the result. His prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Moved into a new house 6 months ago and since then had some issue with the lights flickering and even more issues when adding led bulbs and dimmers.

I called multiple very reputability companies to fix my issue over the last several months and if anything the issues got worse. I guess I should not drop the other companies names but they were all qualified master electricians from well known companies. The all charged me and did some sort of fix that never actually fixed the issues. Money down the drain.

I have spend so much time and money new switches and light bulbs as that was mostly what I was told was the issue.

I called Raptor by chance and they responded very quickly, I relayed my issues and told them of my frustration with other electricians. Alejandro said he can fix it, he was very confident, I was skeptical.

He and his brothers showed up and got to work. First they listened to my crazy story and then He was the first electrician to go in the attic and found that someone had hooked up my pendant lights wrong crossing some wires in a very minor way. However that issue was causing the issues.

They removed some lights fixtures and fixed the wiring in the house and also tested several dimmers that I had bought to see which ones would work best.

I am totally pleased with the service Luis Rapalo and Alejandro Rapalo provided with when they install my new Electrical panel. They came out at the beginning of March and installed the panel the same day. They work with my budget and were able to give a good bid for the install of the electrical panel. I am planning on using them again to install new and to replace some light fixtures in my living room and kitchen areas. I highly recommend to anyone who is in need of any electrical service you need these you your guys and Raptor is a good electrical Service to use.

We have used the services of Raptor Electrical Services on many occasions and they are one of the most professional teams I have engaged with for getting work done at my home. Luis and Alejandro are excellent at what they do and take pride in the end result. We bought an older house last year and with it a lot of the headaches. Some of the work they helped us out with are:

1) Getting power to the outdoor shed, grounding the panels, and bringing the electrical outlets to code.
2) Installing smoke alarms throughout the house and bringing them to code.
3) Fixing a plumbing leak during the freeze, and the associated drywall work and painting.

I found them to be very responsive and outstanding with regards to communications, and kept us apprised of what is happening, at all times. As a result of these mini projects, they are now working on a bathroom addition project to our house. They are about 90% done, and we are extremely pleased with their work. Highly recommend this team, if you want things taken care of properly, at fair rates.

Dear reader, If you find yourself facing an electrical issue, may I suggest looking for another electric company that is more reasonably priced and honest. I found myself in a crunch on time to repair an electrical issue and found Raptor online with high reviews. I foolishly went off of that and after learning how I was led to believe that the electrical panels were not good , a fee to just come out isn't always what electrical companies charge. Raptors discarded electrical panels and I found this out after hiring another electric company that they were still good. How it all works is new to me and it would be nice to find a good honest contractor who isn't looking to get overly paid just because they know an insurance company is planning to pay. If I were you, keep looking..

In all the homes I've owned and different trades I've worked with, Raptor Electrical Services is one of the most professional and high quality I've had do work for me. I worked with Alejandro on having an inlet box and transfer switch installed in my home, so I could use a portable generator to power essentials during an outage.

Alejandro did an initial estimate with pictures, and then came over to do a more detailed review of the project. His communication was always prompt, price was fair and the quality of work is amazing. If you're looking for an electrician, I highly recommend going with Raptor Electrical Services. I would trust them to do work for my friends and family any time.

We purchased a new home and needed several electrical changes, including ceiling fans, nest, and camera installations with solar charge panels. Luis was able to understand the changes required and quote a price. His pricing is on the medium/higher end, but the quality of work was suburb. The Office Mgr. (Priscilla) kept in contact for scheduling and the service tech (Alejandro) was prompt and thorough in his work. We scheduled and coordinated these changes via email as I was in California scheduling with Raptor Electrical for a home in Manor. I would highly recommend this team as they are knowledgeable, prompt, and neat in their work.

Alejandro and Luis were easy to communicate with and very professional. I got a quote via text with ample pictures. They swapped out two recessed lights for ceiling fans for me and possibly left the patio cleaner than they found it.
