Doing a home reno is a big project. It's incredibly helpful and reassuring when you find a contractor you trust, and can count on. Catalyst did an excellent job on my kitchen and living room. Jake & Alex are dependable and great at advising and helping you through the process. Finding contractors like them is difficult. I love their attention to detail. I love that they are easy to talk to. They are honest and friendly. They follow up and checkin to make sure you are completely satisfied. I will call them back when I am ready to finish the rest of my house.

Catalyst recently completed a full home remodel and they did an outstanding job. I received 5 bids and theirs was by far the most detailed and thorough, ensuring that there were few surprises and their pricing was fair and competitive. The team was incredibly communicative and responsive throughout the entire project. They stayed on time and made sure that everything was completed to our satisfaction. They really went above and beyond to give us a final product we are very proud of!

Catalyst did a major kitchen remodel for us a few years ago and they were fantastic to work with! We had some minor wear and tear issues recently and Jason was quick to send someone out to evaluate and make repairs on the spot. Super customer service and very detail oriented. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

We did a full kitchen and master bath remodel with Catalyst and are very happy. The highlight was Jess, the project manager, who made sure that everything proceeded on time and within budget. Communication was excellent, and Jess was always available to us if we had questions. Highly recommended.

These guys are great. So hard to find a company that is prompt, thorough and technically sound these days, But the Catalyst Construction folks hit all three marks. They installed a new exterior door on our Austin house. Job included removing existing door, removing rotted door frame and then installing new frame, door and hardware. All work was completed with perfection and care you would expect in a much larger project. They even matched our exterior paint for the new door and frame. They showed up when they said they would and completed the job on schedule. In addition to the actual work, the communication before during and after the job was spot on. Lastly, their invoice was detailed and easy to follow. No having to guess exactly what I was being charged. Bottom line - I will definitely use Catalyst for future small and large jobs. From what I experienced I would trust them with a complete house renovation.

We hired Catalyst Construction to remodel our master bath in February of 2025 and couldn't be happier with the result! The entire process from the initial quote meeting through project completion was smooth. The quote/pricing was reasonable compared to others. The project manager was very communicative and diligent providing regular updates. They use the BuilderTrend website to provide project details, timelines, and photos, which was extremely helpful. My husband and I are thankful to Catalyst and its team for remodeling our bathroom. Jess and her crew did a very good job overall despite some issues that arose. Our existing wall wasn’t plumbed so when the new cabinets and countertops were installed they looked wonky and were in an angle with the straight tile marks. I was very worried about it so I communicated these issues to Jess, our PM. Jess acknowledged the problems and reassured me that she will fix them and she did! Within the next two days, she had lined up workers to straighten parts of the wall, cabinet and countertops. I’m thankful that we hired a GC company that kept its promise. Now we have a bathroom that is the fanciest part of the house all thanks to Catalyst Construction. I especially want to thank Jess, Natalie, Angie, Devon, Jake, Roberto, the father and sons who did the tiles (great work) and the plumber and his nephew ( who fixed an issue that could have been very costly and in a timely manner) for the hard work you all put in the project.

We used Catalyst to completely remodel both bathrooms to fix issues created by our former contractor and to change out all interior doors in our house. This was our third engagement with a contractor to do major work on our house, and Catalyst was BY FAR the most professional, organized, and transparent. I was most impressed by the team's attention to detail as I had high expectations with our bathroom redos (after only five years from a previous remodel). In addition to ensuring that all work was code-compliant, I was most particular about the tile work, which included terrazzo tile flooring, and the team exceeded my expectations. If I expressed any concern about an item, it was corrected quickly. I had a challenging time locating a contractor with transparent pricing, but with Catalyst's bid, I could see - line by line - the cost associated with each item, which I appreciated. Their pricing is competitive and very fair for the quality of work that is delivered.

Just a couple of months after finishing our bathrooms and doors, we rehired Catalyst to do some framing/drywall/paint work for our primary bedroom closet. We plan on using Catalyst for future house projects as they are very reliable, communicative, and responsive.

This was our first time using a remodeling company. We needed a bath tub replaced, the tile surround, and some water damaged dry wall in a closet. We looked at several companies and then chose Catalyst Construction. Our experience was great. Doug stayed in communication on every step and their client portal that had the schedule for each step of the way and photos before, during and on completion help everyone stay up to date. The tile job was excellent and the paining was simple job but done to perfection. The plumber was very helpful in answering my questions about the process. I took my first shower in it today and am very pleased with every aspect of the job. I will definitely use Catalyst Construction for all of our remodeling in the future. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience working with Catalyst Construction on our kitchen remodel! The project involved removing a wall to open up the space, updating all the electrical wiring and outlets, replacing outdated cabinets and countertops, installing new appliances, and even adding attic access—all with great attention to detail. They even respected that we needed to delay the project a month due to to unforeseen circumstances.

UB Kitchens, the sub-contracted cabinet company, was fantastic to work with from start to finish. They made the selection process easy and ensured the final installation was flawless, with no dings or scratches. The designer, Joe, was incredible, the team was professional, and the overall craftsmanship was solid.

One thing I really appreciated was how accommodating the team was while I worked from home during construction. They were mindful of noise levels when possible, and even with a toddler in the house at times, they made the process as smooth as it could be. While there were a few mixups that caused minor delays, the team handled them well, and we’re really happy with the end result.

My mother in law had a minor accident involving the garage and caused extensive damage. Her truck was damaged as well . I have never had to deal with such a situation and didn’t no where to start. Mind you it’s was a few weeks before Christmas . I called Regan to get an estimate and she communicated to me that as soon as time permitted someone would come to access the damage . Fast forward a few weeks into the New Year her company/crew knocked it out of the park!! It looks as if nothing happened. Thanks again Regan and Catalyst Construction 😇😍.

We retained Catalyst to complete an extensive repair and remodel project. To make matters more complicated, we would be managing the project from out of state and looking to list the house for sale in time for a Spring listing. We needed a lot done. We needed it done on-time and on-budget. We braced ourselves for a challenging fall/winter while the work was completed, but the work could not have gone more smoothly. From the first meeting with the business owner (Jason) and our project manager (Jess), we were impressed with the level of professionalism compared to other contractors we met. That level of professionalism, coupled with the quality of workmanship from the trades and responsiveness of our PM, continued throughout the project. We received regular communication and updates and photos of the progress. We knew exactly what was happening on site each day. When hiccups happened, as they will, they were few and far between. In each case, our PM was quick to alert us and address the matter to our satisfaction. My husband and I have lived through several remodels but none have been handled as beautifully as this one with Catalyst Construction. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Doug Minard was our PM and he was great to work with. Very easy to communicate with and his responses were always fast.
