New Creations is the REAL DEAL!! – We recently had New Creations remodel our kitchen and we could not be happier with the results! Roy, Jeremy, and Troy managed the project to perfection and the craftsmanship and attention to detail are perfect.

New Creations has a beautiful design center that is functional and allows you to create a vision of your project by piecing together the different aspects of the remodel. We were able to match a countertop, backsplash, and cupboards to our liking and see them in person at their design center. This is very valuable in making such a big decision and it gives you peace of mind as you move into the project. The web based portal to track project milestones and progress was very helpful and it also allows the customer to input information or ask questions. We loved being able to check the site on a daily basis and track the project ourselves without always having to make a phone call to the New Creations Team.

Troy could not have been more helpful and caring throughout the project and he stayed in touch with us on a daily basis. Jeremy and Roy both have a great ability to create a vision that is very helpful in the design phase of the project and they do a great job of making sure everyone is comfortable before taking action. They were more than willing to work around our dog and each of the sub contractors were very nice, clean, and meticulous.

The project moved fast and they limited the time that we were without electricity and water - this was much appreciated :)
We highly recommend New Creations for a lot of reasons but most importantly, they do exactly what they say they are going to do. They bring high quality work, a huge customer focus, and a level of integrity and caring that sets them apart from other contractors. These guys truly will make sure every last detail is to your liking and they won't stop until you are 100% satisfied. These characteristics are hard to find in contractors these days but New Creations is not the norm. They are simply the best in the business and the REAL DEAL when it comes to remodels. About two years ago we finally decided to remodel the kitchen and wet bar in our 1985 home. My sister recommended Roy because she had used them a few years prior and had been very happy with them--design, buildout, materials and standing behind their work. They helped us design the new kitchen, then helped with selection of marble countertops, flooring, cabinet materials, appliances and lighting. Because of a good reputation with the City, our permitting sailed through, inspections were a breeze and the project was completed on time, even with our change orders, just before Covid hit. Since then, Roy and his subs have been responsive in coming out for minor additional work we have requested. Good people and good work. Highly recommended.

The New Creations Team did it again! We recently completed Part 2 of our home re-do. These renovation experts pay attention to EVERY detail! Listening to home owners’ visions on aesthetics and desire for functionality is their specialty. They make it happen! They are dependable, trustworthy, and the best at their profession. In 2007, Roy and his team at New Creations remodeled our 1980's kitchen. We were and still are thoroughly pleased with the results. We still get great comments about the granite, tile and cabinet work. They performed within budget and completed on time. Any issues that came up during the process, and there will always be unforeseen issues with a remodel, were resolved amicably and efficiently. We highly recommend their services.

Our home was built in 1982. The primary purpose of our project was to completely remodel the kitchen to create a brighter more functional space and update all the appliances. A makeover of the adjacent dining room was also planned.

We have been through several small remodeling projects during 27 years in our home and neither of us relished the idea of trying to find suitable contractors or acting as project managers and on-site supervisors again.

New Creations Custom Kitchen and Bath solved that problem for us. We were impressed before our very first meeting when Roy Faust called us to say he would be ten minutes late and “would that be alright?”

New Creations is a high end custom remodeling company offering “turn key” kitchen and bath remodeling services. Their goal is to provide outstanding service and craftsmanship. They didn’t over sell, they did what they promised.

From the design process through tear down and construction, everyone involved with the project was professional and considerate of the fact they were working in our home. Since we live with twelve indoor only cats, that was of special importance to us.

In fact, being “cat resistant” was a major design concern for our kitchen. Roy spent a lot of time learning about our lifestyle as part of his design process. Unlike some designers, he does not try to force his vision on you, but rather tries to pull your ideas out and help you make the decisions.

He is not afraid to suggest bold ideas and if he doesn’t like something, he will tell you. He makes the design process collaborative and fun and is not afraid to consult with another designer to make something perfect.

A highly detailed approach to planning the project with the goal of having all materials on hand prior to starting is an important part of the company’s success. Taking that approach minimizes the risk of delay and allows the customer to see the chosen products before they are installed.

An on-site meeting with all contractors several weeks prior to the planned start date allowed us to meet each of them in person and gave them a chance to evaluate the workspace.

That meeting revealed we would need to upgrade our electric service for the cooktop and convection oven we planned to install and allowed plenty of time to have the work done prior to the project start date.

We were informed there would inevitably be problems along the way, but for us not to worry, they would solve the problems. Again, that is exactly what they did.

New Creations constantly tries to improve their process. Project manager, Troy Hester, was continually on site seeking solutions to every problem and soliciting our input.

The on line system used to schedule contractors and keep customers informed works well and Troy quickly responded to every email inquiry or phone call we made.

We can’t say enough about the craftsmen working for New Creations. Their focus was always on delivering a quality product and satisfying the customer. Compromises sometimes must be made because original house construction is rarely perfect. In fact, I’m not sure there is a square or plumb wall in our house!

However, through it all, Roy, Troy and everyone involved in our project went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the results. Working with New Creations was a marvelous experience. We would recommend them without hesitation. The completed kitchen is even better then we imagined it would be.

Roy was extremely professional, he guided us throughout our renovation project every step of the way. The contractors were timely every day and cleaned up the mess daily. The design personal was extremely helpful. We were very happy with Nrw Creations. It was nice to have a design studio to see our options for colors, cabinetry and tile.

In 2008 we fully remodeled our kitchen with New Creations and earlier this year our two bathrooms were completely redone with fantastic results. Working with Roy on the design details and Troy at the project site was very enjoyable and even when issues arose they ALWAYS worked to resolve them with the customers best interests in mind. Both the kitchen and the bathrooms are unique, customized to our needs, impressive in quality, and will significantly increase our houses value. Thanks again to New Creations for the great work you do.

I wish I could have given 10 stars to New Creations! I can't say enough wonderful things about this company. Roy, Erin and the entire team were nothing short of phenomenal. Thank goodness for Erin's designer eye because she really had to hold my hand! She kept me in budget and worked with me to design my dream kitchen. I can't wait to do another project with them. They are professional, responsive and just plain caring. From our first meeting to our last they made sure I was completely happy. Their customer service is tops.

New Creations did a complete remodel of one floor of our three-story house, which included the kitchen, living/dining room, den, breakfast area, laundry room and powder room. They also remodeled the vanity area of an upstairs bathroom. The experience of working with Roy and his staff on this project far exceeded my expectations. As with any project of this magnitude, there were a couple of challenges along the way, but each one was handled promptly and professionally. The staff and subcontractors were helpful, courteous and respectful of our property. The worksite was cleaned up every evening, there was never any debris outside the house and the workers did not even park in the driveway so there was never an issue with oil leaks or debris that would be harmful to our tires. Attention to detail was a priority.

Even though our project was completed in May, 2011, Roy continues to contact us every six months to see if there is any touch-up or repairs that need to be done. Not only does this make us even more comfortable with his work, but it is also great to visit with him. He and his staff became such a big part of our lives during the project, that we actually missed them when it was over. They not only do a great job, but they're good people.

We highly recommend New Creations to anyone considering a remodel project, and we will certainly call them if we decide to do another remodel.

This review marks our third successful engagement with Roy and the New Creations team. The first was a stunning remodel of a galley into an open, airy European-style kitchen with wide open shelves featuring floating cabinets with attractive under-cabinet lighting. Our second was a remodel of a beige and forest green lavatory with peeling-linoleum-filled bathroom into a crisp, airy bathroom featuring hexagonal tiles that popped with dark grout and thoughtfully reworked pluming with chrome fixtures.

Our most recent engagement was a large project in our newly purchased home. It involved new floors, resurfaced ceilings, wall to wall paint, and a completely resurrected kitchen space. I’ve always admired how clean and unimposing Roy’s team can be while knocking down walls and tearing out wires and pipes. One of Roy’s most exciting additions is Erin Rooney, who provides thoughtful advice and sketches while sweeping the clients around town and offering her input on a dizzying array of building materials, hardware, and glass. You really feel taken care of on the New Creations team—they have a gift for taking your vision in the form of magazine clippings, your favorite photos on Houzz, and vague descriptions (think, “modern but traditional,” “light and open but private,” etc. I think I would have slapped myself if I were them) and turning them into coherent, thoughtful design.

We are in love with our new home and that is largely attributable to Roy and his team. I appreciate the consistency with which they deliver beautiful results. Most importantly, we have never felt Roy’s attention waver due to the size of our jobs. From the little bathroom remodel to the full home excursion, he has made sure we are taken care of. Amazing New Kitchen – After 8 years in our home, we decided to update our kitchen. We researched and contacted several companies who did kitchen remodels. Roy at New Creations was the first (and one of the only) to respond to our queries.

Roy and his band of contractors helped us with the new kitchen design. Alina helped with paint colors, cabinet colors and getting us appointments with various vendors. Roy's cabinet maker was phenomenal. Our new woodwork is truly beautiful. His tile crew were always prompt and did an amazing job with the new travertine. Both his plumber and electrician were always on hand to answer questions and solve construction issues.

Working with Jeremy, our site manager, was fantastic! He was ALWAYS available by phone and email. (And, yes, we had him on speed dial!)

Living through a kitchen remodel isn't ever fun, but Roy and his team at New Creations made it bearable. We are so glad we hired them. Our kitchen is beautiful!!

Amazing......love, love our new kitchen and New Creations.

New Creations kept us updated daily, met their timeline as scheduled and the staff was responsive, professional and personable. One of the best things they offer is an invite for you to view their project schedule. The schedule shows daily who is to come out and what work is to be done. Troy keep it updated daily to follow up on any carryovers. This on-line scheduler is a wonderful way to keep everyone informed and since our project lasted four weeks it was very helpful. I love organization so for me this tool was the BEST!!

In Summary, Roy helped us plan and design the perfect kitchen. Then, Troy who was always on site kept everyone and everything going. Both Roy and Troy reflect New Creations as a company with high integrity and great pride.

I highly recommend working with Roy and New Creations for a home remodel project. His services are pricey, but he has a strong commitment to quality and doing things right (including follow up on questions/issues after the project is complete).

Erin was great to work with through the design phase, as well as material selection. She was very helpful in talking through space usage and coming up with ideas for how to use our space more effectively.

Roy is very organized and a good communicator through the planning and construction phase. I feel like his project management skills set him apart from other contractors I have previously worked with. He dealt with all communication and scheduling with the subcontractors, permitting, etc which made the process hassle-free for us. He has a good set of subcontractors that he works with, and they would consistently leave our living and construction spaced clean during the project.

I didn't give 5 stars because there were a couple concerns I recognized and escalated during construction that weren’t investigated until they were trying to wrap up the project (4-6 weeks later). As I had anticipated, they required more complicated fixes to address that then pushed out the completion of the project by a month because his teams had already moved on to the next project, so it was delayed to get them scheduled back to make the corrections. Whereas, if they had investigated when the concern was raised, those corrections could have been done in parallel with the remaining tasks without incurring delay. This was just a frustration for us – the end result was a high-quality bathroom remodel that met our expectations.

My kitchen....finally the way I always wanted it to be – I had always wanted to convert a large island in my kitchen to make part of it into a bar while leaving the other half at counter height. After seeing the fantastic work that New Creations did on a friend's bathroom re-model, I contacted Roy for a bid and eventually decided to go with them for the project. Troy did a great job managing every detail of the project, and their carpenter did an absolutely fantastic job with the cabinet work. Troy ran all around town finding tile to match the slate that was already down in my kitchen, and they were also able to find a great match for my granite counter tops. The completed job looks exactly the way I had envisioned it; New Creations did a great job every step of the way. I highly recommend them.

We began our search for a firm to remodel our kitchen/guest bathroom in December 2011. We first met with Roy Faust of New Creations in January 2012 and signed a contract with them in May 2012. Work started on May 13 and we did a final walk through with Roy on July 3. We are thrilled with the results and highly recommend New Creations. Roy worked very closely with us to get the design right and invested a considerably amount of his time with us before we formally committed to the project. Once we got started Troy managed the project and hit virtually project milestone as scheduled. Troy was very easy to work with and was very responsive to any questions or concerns we raised throughout the project. Roy and Troy make an excellent team. Trust and integrity were very important to us in selecting a firm to work with. New Creations exceeded our expectations and we genuinely liked working with them. We would also be remiss in not thanking Apollo for his attention to detail and the quality of his work. Also, James had many great ideas that we wouldn't have thought of as far as electrical and lighting. Manuel, head of the painting crew, was very quick and professional, even when we changed paint colors on him.

Even after our final walk-through, Roy, Troy, Apollo and crew have been great. A few touch ups needed to be done after they finished, and they never hesitated in getting someone out here. We have been in our kitchen for a about 6 weeks now and love it.

New creations is great at communicating with the client. I think 80% of issues are solved with communication. New Creations does that better than any other service company I have dealt with. They explain details, provide a compete estimate. and then communicate the schedule on line so you know who will be at the house and when they will install various items. Everyone we dealt with were complete professionals, listened to what we wanted and worked hard to provide us a beautiful custom kitchen and bath.

We are very happy with the work provided and will likely use them again for a master bath remodel.

Like a new house – We recently completed a kitchen/first floor remodel. After talking to several companies we decided to go with New Creations and we are so thankful we made that decision. From the very beginning we clicked with the people at New Creations. Roy, Jeremy and Troy were nothing short of wonderful. They listened to what we wanted, made suggestions and offered alternatives to improve what we were trying to achieve and went out of their way to make sure we would be happy with the finished product when we were having a hard time making some crucial decisions. We wanted a kitchen that was functional and that was unique, not a carbon copy of a similar floor plan. We are really pleased with the end result. Honesty is a big thing for me when dealing with anyone. These guys and the crews they used were really up front. There were no surprises and no hidden costs. For the most part, time lines were met and the craftsmanship is excellent. The New Creation staff is young, energetic and out of the box thinkers. Most importantly they are honest and know what they are doing. Without a single reservation, I would recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of making home improvements.

Beautiful Craftsmanship – New Creations completed our extensive kitchen remodel. In addition to the typical kitchen remodel tasks, the entire existing space was demolished, gas lines and electricity were moved. We had a couple of walls changed to accommodate our Laundry room and pantry design. The result is beautiful with a great sense of craftsmanship.

The first thing that comes to mind when thinking of our experience with New Creations is just how great everyone is to work with. Not only are they friendly and accommodating, never once was one of our requests met with eye rolling or hesitation. Just sure, we can do that.

The cabinet maker, Greg Olson, is great. A super nice guy who can build anything that can be laid out in CAD. We worked with him and New Creations’ designer Julia Laughlin extensively during the planning stages where we decided the location of everything, the silverware, spice rack, pantry, garbage bins, etc… We meticulously made these decisions, Greg would show us the official CAD drawings, we’d make changes, and eventually sign off on said Drawings. The day the cabinets came in and were set up was extremely exciting. We walked around opening all of the cabinet doors and drawers. Everything was identical to the CAD drawings.

No project is without its hiccups and we experienced a few along the way. Mostly due to our remodel taking place over the Christmas holiday and the fact that our initial Field Manager was let go, leaving a slightly disorganized period of time in the middle. Once the logistics of this were worked out, New Creations quickly regrouped and the project was back on track and finished off strong and to our liking.

Other people who we were extremely impressed with were: Apollo, who did all of the tile work and most of the random things that needed to be completed. Troy, who handled scheduling and organization. Julia, the designer as mentioned above. The electrician, whose name escapes me was very detailed. Of course Roy, the founder of New Creations who is very sincere and will not take anything less than his client’s complete satisfaction. The folks at Summit Stoneworks were also great. I’m sure I’m missing a few other people, but again all were wonderful.

I certainly would use New Creations again in the future.

We signed off on the finished project mid -September of 2018. Five months later only a few items need to be addressed.
Overall, our experience with the New Creations crew has been very positive. The process was lengthy but the thing I noticed most about Roy, the reason I chose to have NC remodel two bathrooms, is his attitude. Roy strives for the “like new” look and isn’t happy till you are. Too many times contractors have a “good enough” outlook. Roy has surrounded himself with talented people, especially Apollo, who runs the construction part of the remodel.
As any growing company may experience, there were occasionally communication and subcontractor issues.
However, I encourage you to talk to the crew at New Creations and form your own opinions. But know that their positive approach is infectious and they stand by their craftsmanship!

We are EXTREMELY happy with the work done by New Creations on our kitchen. Our experience started with Design where Erin worked with us in every aspect of the design and never complained or rushed us when we changed our minds. She accompanied us on all of the supplier visits and was instrumental in us being so happy with the final results. She also staid engaged throughout the project. The Construction phase went just as well. The quality of the workmanship was top notch. No mater how much mess was made, they cleaned up the job site EVERY DAY. The team was always checking in to make sure we were happy with what we saw and it was obvious that they really cared about us, our kitchen and making sure we had a great experience. Roy send us an email with a progress update and next steps almost every day, this in addition to maintaining a complete project list and calendar online that we could review and made our own comments. A couple of time we wanted to make changes in the design after the project was underway and while this is never optimum, Roy and his team went above and beyond to make sure that this process exceeded our expectations. The level of communication, customer focus and quality of the project were outstanding. If you want the best that Austin has to offer in custom Kitchens. I have NO hesitation in recommending New Creations.
