I have the kitchen of my dreams, thanks to New Creations. Roy, Erin, and Apollo give you service that you just can’t find anymore. We have done small and large remodels over the years, and we have never received service like we did with this top-notch team. From the beginning of design to the end product, they worked with us every step of the way. Roy was great about letting us know what they were doing and when they were doing it. Erin was always available if we had questions. Apollo and his team were unobtrusive and left a clean workspace every night. They are professional, experienced, trustworthy, and service-oriented. We will be using this team in the future. I highly recommend New Creations!

We hired New Creations to remodel our kitchen, cabinets in our bathrooms and built in cabinets in our dining room! They did an excellent job. Oscar was incredible. He is a perfections and the guys working with them were great as well. They assisted in helping me pick out the back splash, counter tops, and the new cabinets. They were timely, professional, and really did an outstanding job cleaning up their work area at the end of the day. I highly recommend New Creations.

It is my honor to be able to write this review for the New Creations Team. It has been a solid year since we first contacted Roy to talk about the vision for our home. Our project was finished in March, and I am amazed every day when I walk through each room. It’s beautiful. I’ve read many of the 5-Star reviews on the website and agree with all of them. The team is professional, organized, and detail oriented. They have an eye for design, focus on cleanliness and are consummate professionals. This is all true and important. In my review, I want to tell you the top 4 things that I appreciated about the team that you may not see in other reviews. These are things that were important to me through what was a yearlong process.
They were kind to my dogs. I teleworked during most of the renovations. My dogs are used to having free range of the house. Because of the full scope of the renovation, the dogs were semi-sequestered. When I needed to take them out for breaks, whichever tradespeople were working often stopped to pet them. Oscar, our project manager, became Penny’s new favorite person. He always asked how they were doing and when Blue was ill and had surgery, he was genuinely concerned about him. Every night, Oscar ensured the renovation area was clen, clean, clean. Not just because of us, but because he didn’t want the dogs to step on anything, eat anything or get hurt in any way. He always ensured I had a clear path to take them outside. As we finished the project, he even put their new dog crates together for me without me even asking.
They respected my authority and decision making and I respect theirs. Even though my husband and I work as a team, I was the one home each day. When decisions needed to be made, they deferred to me, which was our arrangement at the outset. Oscar and I became a cohesive team, handling almost every issue that came up quickly and efficiently. This allowed us to move quickly through things that could have delayed or derailed the process. We did have a few issues that rose to the level of needing to involve Roy and my husband, but those were few and far between. When New Creations says they value communication, they mean it. Oscar and I texted or talked almost every day, even on weekends.
They came to the furniture store to help pick out the color for our new stools and sofa. This project wasn’t just about knocking down a wall and changing cabinet colors, it was about making the downstairs of our home transformed into a new style and “vibe.” I think Roy was almost as excited by this as we were. We found a piece of artwork that was inspirational and designed around it. This gave a framework for other design-related decisions. The result is so beautiful I cannot adequately describe it. The pictures won’t do it justice because you won’t see the lights that change color or how floor was improved from me hating it to me loving it with just a little color change on the walls and grout. All the small choices led to the final results, and the New Creations team was fully invested in each small choice.
They treated us like human beings and not just customers. A year is a long time to be involved with other people. Some days I was in a great mood and thrilled with the progress of the project and other times I was cranky and aggravated because someone was supposed to be here and was 30 minutes late or called in sick. Oscar got to experience me in all these moods and was always respectful and did his best to get things back on track if they were getting derailed. Ericka was a peace-maker who always had the details written down so if there was a dispute about something, she could reference the facts. The team would periodically gather at the house to look at the progress and celebrate the milestones. Those times were fun. We went through good times and bad times as everyone does during the course of a year. Roy sent a birthday cake for my husband’s birthday and flowers upon my mother’s death. It was a long year, but well worth it.

Anton and his team are not only amazing tradesman but also amazing people that we really enjoyed having in our home. Their work is of the highest quality and we couldn't be happier with our new bathroom. They finished a week ahead of scheduled and kept us up to date with progress reports every day.

I found Avi and the team amazing to work with on the replacement of my kitchen and living room flooring. The job was completed quickly with excellent communication and updates throughout the entire process, from picking out the floors to demo and ultimate completion. In addition to the floors, the peninsula front panel was replaced with a new rustic look. Highly recommend!

We had a full kitchen remodel in April/May and had an amazing experience with Avi and Teamwork Home designs. To start I reached out to a few companies for quotes. Teamwork immediately stood out, it was clear that they were organized, knowledgable, and honest. We've done a lot of work on our home including new roof, windows, floors etc. and have engaged with various contractors. Avi was able to give a quote quickly, with a clear timeline, and did not immediately pressure me to respond/sign the contract (we've had contractors do this before). Moreover, the entire process was seamless, we had ongoing comms to ensure everything moved along quickly. The crew was amazing and checked in with us regularly as well. We were able to have the full remodel complete in 5 weeks! I've gotten so many compliments on our kitchen, we are so happy with the craftsmanship and management from Teamwork!

Avi helped give my husband and I guidance on decisions we were struggling with and really put our mind at ease throughout the whole process. I had a kitchen remodel. Avi, the construction manager, was very responsive, offered design suggestions, and was up front about costs. At times contractors made mistakes but he always corrected them without putting those costs onto me. Work was done in a relatively timely manner (6 weeks). And most importantly, my kitchen looks beautiful!

Procrastinating on your renovation, or unsure where to start? Call Teamwork and watch it all fall into place before you know it. I‘m still amazed at how smoothly it all happened.

I had been putting off a bathroom remodel after a few false starts with other contractors. Now it was leaking, and I needed to move fast. Shaked was great at helping me figure out the design and met with me to purchase tiles. Any time I didn’t know what I needed, he sent links and info. The best part was the clear daily communication, so I always knew what to expect. We had tenants in this rental property, and Shaked kept them in the loop and did all he could to minimize the disruption for them. Finished on time and on budget, and the results are stunning. (I looked around for the usual small flaws, but Shaked caught any and had them fixed before I got to them.)

Any bathroom remodel is not cheap, but you should know that Teamwork was *way* under the quote I got from one of those “Re(do Your) Bath(room)” type companies, who use lesser materials like LVP and composite slab shower walls. This is a much higher end, custom result for less money. A clear choice.

We will definitely call Shaked and Teamwork for our future projects, and now that I know how smoothly they run things, I’ll have no reason to procrastinate!

We just completed a kitchen remodel, but it touched on most of our first floor as we also re-did the flooring, baseboards, and painting throughout the first floor. This company is exactly what you want to see with a home remodeling contractor service. Shaked was our project manager/contractor and was overly communicative-everything was confirmed and captured by photos and documentations, so we knew what page everyone was at at all times. Eduardo was on site everyday doing the work and leading the daily crew. The work was completed faster than expected ahead of schedule and the work was always high quality. Most of the work was done by teamwork themselves (plumbing, electrical, etc.), but when it was an outside contractor, they all had such a strong work ethic and spoke highly of the Teamwork team. There were a few little nit-picky things we pointed out at times and they were always fixed to our needs immediately. They went above and beyond to make the process of moving out of part of our home for 5 weeks super easy!

Amazing company and crew! Start to finish Anton took care of everything. I really didn’t know what I was getting into with a full bathroom remodel and he made sure to walk me through every step. They are honest, reliable, their attention to detail is spot on and they made the entire process seamless. One simple question was asked every day, “Are you happy?” What a great way to ensure your clients are cared for. We were so happy with this company and project manager! Would highly recommend for any project!

Quality: Our glass company came in and could not stop raving about how straight and level our walls and tile were. Anton’s crew, put in the floors, walls, tiles, they did everything! The quality of their work is beyond what I could have hoped for. Our bathroom is absolutely gorgeous!

Had Avi install concrete steps and do a concrete overlay on my steps. The workers worked extremely hard. Avi and his team did exactly what I asked and I’m loving my steps. I got quotes from other companies and the price wasn’t the cheapest, in the middle, but I knew I was going to get exactly was what I wanted, quality work and for it to look good.

Overall, our bathroom remodel came out quite well and was of very high quality. The sub contractors were all great and very kind. Our project was timely and efficient as it was completed in just under a month. The project manager, Anton, was a very consistent communicator through the process which was greatly appreciated. One area for growth would be to tighten up the project management in terms of clearly communicating the materials needed and by what timeframe so that we could better plan and be prepared rather than be surprised by last minute asks then have to adjust. This would ensure an even more positive experience overall. We would definitely recommend Teamwork Home Designs for remodel projects.

Team leader Avi, was very conscientious and on site almost every day to insure all was going well. We had selected our own custom cabinet
maker and Avi was very willing to work with him and they coordinated well. The construction crew was also excellent and respectful.
