Catalyst Construction was recommended to us by our design team to help remodel our condo & we have had a wonderful experience with them! Our home is truly lovely!
Our project was complex & the work involved a new kitchen, baths, built-in cabinets, flooring, tile & painting. Catalyst Construction's tradespeople were professional, reliable and left the workspace clean and tidy. Jess Jackson, the Project Manager, was responsive & provided detailed cost estimates for each task & for the project's overall time frame. Communication was great! She and her Team were also very respectful of my HOA's requirements regarding licenses, insurance & other compliance issues. Catalyst wants their customers to be satisfied & I highly recommend them.

It was, actually, sort of a dream working with Catalyst. It took us forever to finalize what we actually wanted to do, but they were keen to work with us, within our budget, and aligning with our design personalities and functionality needs. Jess Jackson, our project manager, was super on top of things, super friendly, and generally a joy to work with. Our handyman Devon was personable, capable, respectful, and pleasant as well. When things changed in our design plans, they were quick to offer options. They worked around our at home work schedules and were as non-disruptive as possible when they were here. They respected our pet's space and ensured they were closing doors and taking all precautions. Honestly, I don't think we could have had a better contractor situation for our small project. We will likely have more renovation work for Catalyst soon!

This was our first experience with remodeling a home, so we were very nervous about finding the right contractor. Catalyst Construction was recommended by our interior designer, and they turned out to be an excellent partner for this huge project!

The project manager was professional, communicative, and accommodating throughout the duration of the work. As a mechanical engineer and former project manager myself, I was generally impressed by their attention to detail and willingness to work with us through design changes as the work progressed. The Catalyst team stayed on track and even pushed to complete final punch list items a few weeks ahead of schedule to allow our family to move in ahead of a deadline.

For a project of this scale, it was exciting to see the final product start to appear after months of foundation, framing, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work. In the end, I would say that the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. Catalyst brought our vision to reality and it has been a wonderful place to call home!

We worked with Catalyst on a full kitchen renovation and had a really positive experience. Jess was our project manager and was great to work with—super responsive and kept things moving smoothly. The finished kitchen looks amazing, and we’re so happy with how it turned out.

We did run into a few issues with subcontractors (probably par for the course, but it was our first major renovation so they caught us a bit off guard). That said, Catalyst always had our back. They stepped in quickly, addressed things in a timely way, and made sure everything got done right.

We’d definitely recommend Catalyst (and Jess!) if you’re considering a renovation.

Just finish a bedroom and bathroom renovation with Catalyst Construction. I cannot speak highly enough about the experience we had. Jess Jackson, our project manager, worked seamlessly with her skilled craftsmen and our decorator, Beth Weldon, to create beautiful and functional rooms. Using the account they created for me on the BuilderTrend app, I was able to monitor each day's work. The completed work is even better than I envisioned it would be.
I am already planning another project for them...just don't tell my husband.

We worked with Catalyst Construction over the past year on our kitchen remodel. What really stood out from the beginning is how responsive, helpful and transparent they were. Initially, we struggled to come up with our plan and the direction we wanted to go with our project. Natalie, Alex and team were extremely patient, kept coming up with solutions (and many adjusted quotes!) and really stood apart from anyone else we spoke with, which was ultimately why we decided to work with them. Our project manager Doug was great. He kept everything on track, made sure we were satisfied with the work and went above and beyond to fix anything that wasn't top notch. The subcontractors and rest of the Catalyst team working on our project were also very professional and solution oriented (Devon, UB Cabinets, etc.). We lived in our house during the project and were pleasantly surprised how quickly and smoothly the construction went. I would highly recommend Catalyst for remodeling and would use them again on a future project.

Catalyst construction did an incredible job on our master bath and closet renovation! Doug and his team were incredibly easy to work with, extremely accommodating, and delivered beyond our expectations. Our family looks forward to working with Catalyst on more home projects in the future!

Catalyst Construction has recently completed a total renovation of a bathroom from floor to ceiling in our vacation home a 1000 miles away. We found this group incredibly responsive, creative in solving problem, and attentive to every detail of the project. Home improvement projects are difficult but especially at a distance. The two most important strengths were project management and willingness to deliver on our design concepts. The project met our personal time tables and to our tradesmen expectations. All there tradesmen were talented, hardworking and efficient. The project management kept well informed with daily updates and photos, always listening to our requests. We would certainly engage them again for other projects.

Wasted 6 weeks of our time with meeting/text update delays on design and in person project discussion after signed contract with large down payment submitted. 6 weeks after contract signed and numerous meetings canceled or delayed, Manny visits to say he miscalculated the amount on signed contract by both of us and increased cost by $20k. In reply to our question about why did he keep us waiting for 6 weeks making it impossible to hire a new contractor , Manny defiantly retorts 'try to take me to court cause no judge will find in your favor.' We never mentioned suing him or taking him to court and he chose to reply with a threat! Our deposit was returned without any interest added back. There are too many contractors out there to waste your time and trust with MCI.

They did two bathroom remodels for us and are currently working on our front porch they do excellent work.

I have used Reliable Restoration on several occasions -- once to repaint the exterior of my house, once to install an air conditioner, once to repair drywall, paint, and repair a major leak --- His work was thorough, reasonably priced and I highly recommend his services.

Bill has been amazing! He's very responsive and very reliable , and his repairs are always done with very high quality. He has become my go-to person for any work on my house. I highly recommend him!

Awesome Experience with Bathroom Remodel – After 10 years of thinking and talking about remodeling out 80s style master bathroom, we finally made the move and asked friends who they would recommend. Several told us about New Creations and we contacted Roy Faust and his team. From the very beginning, they listened to our needs, communicated flawlessly, and truly brought the whole team to reform our bathroom. New tub, sinks, granite counter, tile, paint, raising the ceiling, fixtures, lighting….so many decisions for us, but they delivered exactly what we asked for.

We couldn't be more thrilled with the finished product, that came in on budget and in less time that estimated. Troy who managed the project was professional, courteous, and on time every day. The crew that he brought was phenomenal, from start to finish the delivered, and cleaned up every step of the way.

We missed them when they were gone, but 5 stars to the crew and our whole experience with New Creations…we would do it all again!

This review is for the kitchen remodel Roy did for me in 2008 and the master bath remodel in 2011. I left 2 reviews on Citysearch for the jobs well done. However, Citysearch is going out of business and Roy asked me to migrate my review here. So, on to the review.

I met Roy at the 2008 Home and Garden Show. He was just starting his business and I took a chance on his company. I think I was his 3rd customer. He had no showroom back then. He was showing me samples out of the back of his truck. But that didn't matter. What mattered was that he did an excellent job. I had a very specific vision of what I wanted for my kitchen, such as stainless steel back-splash and kitchen counter on stands instead of toe kick, and he made it happen. I really love my kitchen.

I only had enough money to remodel my kitchen in 2008. Fast forward to 2011, I saved up enough money to remodel my master bathroom. Again, I was very specific about my bathroom design and Roy made it happen. This time, my experience was even better. At the beginning, we had a meeting with all the trades people in my bathroom. Tile expert, electrician, plumber, carpenter, Project Manager and Roy all crammed into my bathroom discussing how to implement my design. The plumber was telling the carpenter how he needed the tub support framed, and the electrician how much power he needed for the heater and water pump and the tile expert where he needed access panel to get to the pump. They had everything planned out before they even started. This was no fly by the seat of your pants operation. The PM made sure the project was done in the right sequence and on track. I was able to track the project progress online and the PM was very good at updating the progress. I also got CAD drawing laying out precisely where they were going to drill holes on my tempered glass counter top to mount my vessel sinks and tall faucets. That was very reassuring.

This project ran a little longer than expected due to scheduling conflicts some last minute changes we had to make on the fly. Design changes are inevitable when remodeling. You never what you are going to get until you rip off the dry wall. Roy's team met all challenges and worked around pre-existing plumbing and framing. In the end, I think I ended up with 95% of what I wanted. But the result was so stunning, I totally didn't remember the 5% I didn't get.

Both of my remodeling experiences with Roy's company have been great. I give New Creations 5-star rating and 100% recommendation. You don't h ave to take my word for it. Talk to Roy. Let him show you what he can do for your home.

High-end kitchen with reasonable price! – When I started out my kitchen venture, I was skeptical about doing business with contractors. I've heard numerous nightmares about the outcome of the kitchen, let alone its financial impact that causes to a family. As a REALTOR, I know the importance of the kitchen for resale purposes, specifically, if the outcome was not favorable to prospective buyers. Hence, I vigorously did my due diligence by taking quotes, monitoring contractor's response, conducting reference check, et al. I am very pleased and satisfied with making the right choice by hiring Roy and his crew. Roy provided his expert opinion, provided guidance, and communicated with me throughout the entire process. Importantly, he stayed within the allotted timeframe. Roy, thank you for adhering to those dates! Needless to say, I continue to recommend New Creations to my friends and family. So, if you want excellent customer service, quality service, high-end look and not break the bank, hire New Creations! You will not regret it!

As a first-time home remodeler, I was surprised at how emotional the whole experience can be. You're handling countless deadline-driven decisions, surprises, expenses and strangers in your home. Yet somehow, thanks to the great planning and communication of Roy and Troy at NC, I can genuinely say that I did not stress out one bit. Not only do they offer a stellar service--my kitchen is stunning--at a very reasonable price, but they bring a whole lot more to the table. They are genuine, creative, trustworthy people who are passionate about what they do, and are deeply committed to the homeowner's positive experience. Every question or concern I had was addressed completely and in a timely manner. Every potential setback was met with problem solving and positivity. I cannot recommend them more enthusiastically!

I was a little hesitant about using a contractor that I found in this manner, however decided to give him a chance since our experience with other contractors had not produced any promising results. By the time he left, I was convinced he was the perfect guy for the job, however his positive referrals sealed the deal.
