Austin Home Systems recently completed the installation of a Golf Simulator system in my home. Their attention to detail was great. Gavin and the team did an amazing job on the project working through all the different options and did a great job making a lot of different components flow together well. They tied in a projector, computer, wall mounted iPad, and golf launch monitor into our existing home system that we had with them and its worked out great.

We had such a positive experience working with the Austin Home Systems team. From learning about all they had to offer at their studio, to coming up with a plan for all our needs, to installation and any necessary troubleshooting - everyone was fantastic to work with. They're quick to respond, professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about what they do. Even with minor hiccups we've had in the few weeks after install, they've always been quick to diagnose and fix issues and clearly care about ensuring everything is working perfectly. They really stand behind their work and it shows. If you're looking for home audio, network, security, full home automation, or any of the other many services they offer, you can't go wrong with Austin Home Systems.

We recently completed a home renovation project, and Austin Home Systems did a great job with our audio-visual, security, and low-voltage systems.

From the moment the project began, the professionalism and dedication of the AHS team were apparent. Randall was incredibly helpful, walking us through our options and developing an overall design for our home. Matt got everything organized and coordinated the work to meet our timelines.

Levi, Brett, & Luke, who installed the equipment and set everything up, were super nice and treated everything about our project and home like it was their own. They showed up on time, verified all the installation details, did a great job onsite problem-solving, worked late, walked us through the entire setup, and provided an overall first-class customer experience. The team meticulously managed the site, cleaning, keeping things organized, and caring for our home.

The same was true of Zack, who performed the alarm monitoring testing. He went out of his way to minimize the testing’s disruption and had a great attitude about it all.

We couldn’t be happier with the experience or the final product. The AHS team was a great group of folks who provided excellent customer service and did a wonderful job.

I worked with AHS as an architect specifying Lutron smart light switches & powered shades for a residential project.

They were extremely knowledgeable about these Lutron products, and during the design phase they were very patient in walking me through the capabilities of the system components, as well as thorough in making in-depth recommendations for installation best practices and supplementary accessories to make sure all aspects of the scope of work would perform to expectations.

On the installation side, AHS worked dilligently to fully achieve the desired result; the general contractor for the project went out of his way to note to me how impressed he was with their reliability and ease of coordination on the job site.

I can't recommend Austin Home Systems more enthusiastically. When I moved to Austin I bought a house with a Control4 home automation system and had the worst experience with several different providers. Last year, I bought a new house and AHS built out the entire systems (TVs, Sound, Blinds, Alarm, Gates, Internet and Cameras) and when it was time to open a new office in Austin for my business, it was a no brainer to go with AHS. The work was done professionally, for the right price and the team is so responsive. I would use them again in a heart beat!

My experience with Austin Home Systems was second to none. We did a complete smart home integration based on Control4, starting from scratch with a custom built home. Designing the system with the team was not only enjoyable, but rewarding. The end result is phenomenal. There were ideas Randall and his team had that I had never heard of. Things like building subwoofers into cabinets and on the other sides of walls with a port into the room you needed bass in - the sound is amazing and the subwoofers are out of sight. More than that - the system works flawlessly and on the very rare occasion where something isn't functioning 100%, which is typically a firmware situation, service calls are responded to quickly. I couldn't be more pleased with the result.

I have not had the privilege yet of using Austin Home Systems. I live in San Antonio, so it was a bit out of my area. I can say that when I interacted with Randal, I was so impressed with his honesty, kindness, and integrity. You can tell a man's character by how he responds after he found out I was not able to be a customer. I believe Randal and his team will be the most trustworthy team in Austin for home systems. If you are looking for home systems, please consider at least giving them a call.

Our builder, Quality Texas Remodeling, suggested we meet with Austin Home Systems. AHS designed an elegant solution with TV with surround sound and an awesome Subwoofer in the living room, TV with Sonos speakers on the deck, powerful Sonos garden speakers, and strong wifi throughout our long house that usually has a hard time with connectivity. The pre-wiring team came while our remodel was in the no-sheetrock phase, which made the later install run so smoothly. It looks great, it sounds great. I recommend Austin Home Systems.
