We built house with them a year ago which was completed in very expeditious manner. Excellent team overall with in-house architecture, design consultant and site manager who were very responsive to our concerns and needs. Thorough follow up addressed the minor repairs and adjustments necessary after move in. Highly recommend.

I've driven by several Paradisa homes in the past few months and finally pulled the trigger on touring one of them. The overall layout, construction and attention to detail that goes into these houses is phenomenal. Highly recommend this home builder.

As noted by others, Paradisa seems to do the bare minimum (or zero) to deal with the inconvenience, violation of noise ordinances, and disrespect of homeowners in the “blast zone” of their tear downs and builds. Blatant disregard for common courtesy doesn’t make any of the new homeowners’ neighbors very excited to welcome them to the neighborhood. The sooner this company can reform or leave town, the better. I am one homeowner crossing my fingers that the market cools off enough to send them elsewhere.

We recently moved into our Paradisa Home and could not be happier. We spent a lot of time comparing houses in the Austin area, and this house was by far the best option that fell within our budget. The design and quality of the house is excellent and their overall professionalism was great. 10/10 would recommend.

Purchased a new home in 2018. Excellent sales team who accommodated additional and reasonable asks we made before closing. We’ve had a few issues and the team gladly covered under their warranty program. We would purchase again.

I represented a buyer in a purchase of a Paradisa home several years ago. They are moving and we are looking to list the home for sale, and we have some wood flooring that needs to be replaced/repaired, and we don't have any spare. I reached out to Paradisa and they were able and willing to send over the wood floor that was used in the home and where to purchase additional boxes, saving myself lots of time searching and my client thousands on having to replace the entirety of the wood flooring if repairs couldn't be made. it was much appreciated and speaks to their care after the sale ( even 5 years later).

I lived in a Paradisa home for 8 years and it was great. I never had any build issues and the fixtures and finishes were way above other builds. They were always responsive to any questions I had.

My wife and I bought a Paradisa home in early 2023 and could not be more pleased with the quality of the build. They have stayed in constant contact with us as we had questions, needed a touch up or something addressed. They have been incredible, kind and professional every step of the way. We would highly recommend a Paradisa home to anyone who is looking.

We purchased a Paradisa home in 2019. After being in the home for years now there are things we really appreicate and some items we have communicated to them that they could improve upon in future builds. We appreciated the quality of material used in most areas of the home. The doors, cabinet hardware, soft close cabinetry, under cabinet lighting, applicances, and ceiling fans were all nice and have held up. Areas for improvement - The chain garage door was loud and ultimately failed after 4 years so we replaced it with a better quality belt driven mechanism (Much quieter!) The paint job in the interior wasn't superb and the drywall installation needed improvemennt.
Really important stuff - When buying from a builder it is critical they respond to any issues and stand by their warranty. We had an issue within the first couple of years. They were responsive and addressed it quickly. Years later we called with something that wasn't under warranty. They were responsive and split the expense with us because they believed it was the right thing to do.

We were very pleased with our Paradisa Custom Home and the Paradisa process. We had been looking for years for the perfect lot or tear down in our old neighborhood. We also had been looking at many open houses and reviewed builders and the final products.
We took a Paradisa design they had already built and made a few minor changes for our needs, and then worked with the Paradisa Designers to determine "everything" which is part of the process they use. We picked the plumbing products, Marble, Electrical, paints, cabinets, floors, and all inside and outside finishes. Paradisa provided a Cost analysis with allowances that fit within our budget and within other non custom homes in and around the area.
We tried to tried to stay within the allowances and were pleased that the Paradisa Standard products were top quality. The Contractors and the Suppliers were also well known.
We watched and hung around some days while the home was built in record time of around nine months from start to finish, and we did not have any moments of waiting for anything from suppliers or contractors. Our Construction onsite manager was around some everyday and did a super job. Any little items were quickly corrected and always to our satisfaction.
We are retired and I spent 30+ years in oil & gas project management and was also pleased with the Project management and Construction onsite manager. If I was still working, I would have hired him away from Paradisa. We have been in the home a little over a year now and the follow-up also has been great with any outstanding issues, touch ups, appliances, all addressed to our satisfaction.
