I've had great experiences using Captain Hook during demo and clean up on my projects. Great pricing and service. Will continue using for dumpster and haul off needs.

Working with Captain Hook Dumpster Rentals was very timely and easy. I was able to handle everything via phone or email. They were always on time and were able to put the dumpster where we wanted. I definitely would use them again if needed.

I had a huge residential lot clearing/cleanup project and wanted to rent a dumpster for ease of haul away. Talia was my initial point of contact, and she remained with me until my project was complete. She was profesional, personable, informative, responsive to my questions, and flexible to my changing needs.

Because of the size of my project, I ended up needing a swap out delivery of a second 30yrd dumpster. This was performed seamlessly without impact to my schedule. This also meant I had the pleasure of interacting with two delivery drivers from Captain Hook. Nate and Michael were both fantastic. They each arrived within their scheduled window for delivery, contacting me beforehand with confirmation, and operating their trucks and machinery with precision and finesse. Because I live in a neighborhood with an HOA, I appreciate Nate and Michael's understanding of the need to park the dumpster in my driveway without blocking the sidewalk, while maintaining room for me to park our cars on the other half. Upon my request they also made sure the doors opened smoothly, and briefed me on fastening and securing the doors utilizing the attached levers, chains, and pins.

My interactions with Talia, Nate, and Michael lead me to believe Captain Hook strives to hire the best personnel in the industry. Should I need to rent a dumpster again, I'll certainly be happy to give them a call.

Cant say enough about how good it is to deal with such a responsive, detail oriented company. These guys respond quickly, keep me informed of when to expect the container, the Driver even calls to let you know he is on the way and follow up to see if you are satisfied. I work with a lot of contractors and service companies and this kind of customer service is almost unheard of these days. You wont go wrong with Captain Hook

Exceptional customer service is SO hard to find these days, and when you do find it with a company you stick with them. This is how I feel about Captain Hook - I have no need to try another dumpster co. They always answer the phone, can always deliver and pick up promptly, their pricing is competitive, and they go out of their way to help. Recently I accidentally left a lockbox attached to a dumpster that they picked up, and I called expecting a wild goose chase to track it down. Francis himself offered to track it down and deliver it back to my property. I was stunned and so impressed. Highly recommend.

Captain Hook was incredibly easy to work with. Scheduled a dumpster a couple of days out and was even able to request a morning/afternoon drop off and pickup. They answered all my questions and suggested the appropriate dumpster for our project. We highly recommend them!

We have used many different dumpster suppliers before finding Captain Hook. We run a tight ship, and communication and prompt service are of utmost importance for us. We required two simple things. 1. Deliver or Pick up when you say you gonna deliver or pick up. 2. Call ahead so we can make sure the area is clear and our crew is ready for the dumpster. We went through 3 different companies, large and small, all of them consistently delayed without a notice, and seldom called before delivery. We have been working with Captain Hook for a few years now, and they are very consistent in their service. Problems with billing are very seldom, and are discovered and resolved quickly. Drivers are friendly and professional. Dispatch is good at communication and stand behind their word.

Most companies are professional and helpful... as long as your needs fit neatly into the well defined specifications of the services they provide. And then there are a rare few companies that remain flexible and partner with you until the results you need are achieved; Captain Hook - Austin Dumpster Rental is one of those rare few. The answer to the many 'above and beyond' requests I made of Captain Hook to get my July 2020 project done were consistently met with same response, "We got you Mr. Dodd". My expectations were exceeded many, many times over. Thank you Captain Hook!

This past week I used Captain Hook for the second time in a few years. As with my first experience, this was easy, seamless, and a huge relief. I received an immediate reply to my query about rates, delivery etc. I arranged for a dumpster which was dropped off exactly when I was told it would be. CH's customer service is outstanding. They are excellent communicators, cheerful, and kind. Not only did they make the process super easy at the front end, they did a follow up to make sure everything went smoothly. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks Captain Hook! I'll be calling y'all again.

I found Captain Hook by chance many years back while driving around the east side. Soon after, our company hired them to provide dumpsters for a large music event we produce each year (requires an average of 30+ dumpsters per week). They killed it, with top notch professionalism. The owner, office management and drivers and are highly competent, sharp and intuitive. As a bonus, their rates are the best.
We have used Captain Hook for about 5 years now, the company is now a part of our team.
On a personal note - My residence flooded a year ago (not work related). Captain Hook sent a dumpster out to my house (at no charge) to help with the clean up.

The 10-yard dumpsters are perfect for older people and staging cleaning or remodeling. We use Captain Hook every time we need to do some work. The cost is very fair. I've had pickups that cost more for less removal. We use the 10-yard size because we don't have to deal with a heavy door every trip and as seniors, we can't throw most things over the side of larger dumpsters. Talia is very helpful, and all the drivers have been professional and courteous.

These guys have been incredible to work with. Michael and Francis are very responsive to phone calls/emails and they always do their best to get us the container we need at the day/time we request. Captain Hook are our go-to folks for our dumpster needs and we are very happy with their service!

I researched several businesses that provided what i was in search of....Captain Hook did not have exactly what we needed but Customer service specifically Talia was stupendous. Which is why we chose them and we were so satisfied with the value and outstanding service? We will refer others and definitely use them again!

We had planned our delivery date and pickup date of the dumpster. Captain Hook was on time and placed the dumpster where he had it planned out for our needs. Highly recommend Captain Hook! We ordered dumpsters from them four times, often with not a long lead time. Super responsive, super reliable, parked dumpster exactly where we wanted and no damage to driveway/yard. Big swinging doors on side of dumpster made it possible to fill them full with ease. Prices were very reasonable and billing process was easy and smooth. We never had to worry if they would show up and they were monumental in helping us cleaning out my dad's hoarder house! Forever grateful!

These guys are the best!!!!! We have had a fantastic customer service experience with Francis and the guys at Captain Hook. We had a sticky situation with our dumpster and a 3rd party, and Francis went above and beyond to turn a negative into a positive. All I can say is that these guys have revived old school customer service and it is refreshing. I also want to give credit to the drivers as well. All of them were courteous, upbeat and what we perceived as very efficient. I have never seen gigantic dumpsters moved around and shuffled with such grace :)

Not the cheapest dumpster rental I found in town, but then again the cheap ones seemed pretty shady and never actually delivered a dumpster to me even after 3 weeks of me trying. These guy are also not the most expensive by far. It cost exactly what they said on their website.
Captain Hook, responded quickly (even on the weekend), I knew and understood the deal, they were polite, and the delivery guy was so precise in how he placed it, it was within an inch of what was my ideal spot. I had a two car wide driveway, and was still able to park and use one half, even with a big 20 yard dumpster in the other. They are now my go-to for trash/dumpster stuff. I'll use them again soon.

Captain Hook is a great company and I very punctual about coming to pick up or swap out of our dumpster. Almost every time I've emailed them, Mrs. Smith is always super helpful. I look forward to a fruitful relationship with this company in the future.

I worked with Francis and Rich to order a dumpster for me to load my waste from an exterior remodel. Captain Hook personnel were very helpful in my decision, worked with my delivery and pick-up schedule, and was able to drop the dumpster on a slab in my backyard off my driveway. I would definitely recommend Captain Hook for your dumpster needs. Prices are the best in town.
