Austin Rent Fence and Restrooms has done quite a bit of business with Captain Hook Dumpster Rentals and has always had a great experience with them! We highly recommend their services for timely delivery, pick ups and honest billing.

First time renting dumpster. Service was prompt, representatives on the phone were very helpful and provided good guidance to consider regarding dumpster rental. Price was clearly explained, pick up and settlement charges went smoothly. I will use them again. I do not know if this is the cheapest company, but I was happy to pay for the service provided. Everyone I had contact with was polite and professional.

Update, used company a second time. They had my information saved from prior rental and made this an easy process. Drivers always professional and always let me know when they expected to arrive. Pickup very timely even after I forgot to give them more lead time. For me Captain Hook will be my go to for dumpster rentals.

Talia has been very responsive to all our needs on our 2 jobsites. Service has been prompt, and drivers have communicated with us on exactly where roll offs need to be placed. Very Happy!

I tried getting in touch about a simple 1 day dumpster rental and they just blew me off and never returned my request for a quote. I talked to 3 different people within the course of 2 weeks and never got anywhere. Horrible communication and customer service. Apparently my money is no good for them.

I cannot recommend Captain Hook Dumpster rental enough. This company is so customer oriented, it’s crazy in today’s world! I’ve ordered three 20yd dumpsters from them because we are moving out of state and cleaned out our house and did renovations.

Cpt. Hook has been amazing every single time. I’ve never had to hold on the phone waiting to speak to a representative, the woman who runs that end of the business is named Talia and she is so responsive and answers sweetly every time. They have been so accommodating as far as times for me to rent, the first time was for a month and SO AFFORDABLE! The last two times have been for shorter periods but also extremely affordable.

They switched out our full dumpster this last time for an empty one and the entire process took about 10 minutes. Their drivers are very polite, knowledgeable, and know how to do their job! No fumbling trying to get these huge dumpsters into our awkwardly and highly slanted driveway at all. Clean roll-off and roll-on. No damage to the driveway or the street in front of our house. The drivers will also call and/or text you prior to dropping off/picking up to give you a heads up, usually about 30 minutes prior.

Like I said, I can’t recommend this company enough. They’re trustworthy, prompt, knowledgeable, massively affordable and have scheduled and rescheduled around my crazy on and off schedule.

We rented another dumpster prior to finding Captain Hook and the experience was very unsatisfying. They were curt on the phone, more expensive and not as flexible as far as timing/pickup/dropoff goes.

Please use this company, good companies like this deserve our business!

Captain Hook has been great to work with on our past projects. We will be using them on future projects as well. They have smaller containers for site that cannot use the large dumpsters. When you do call for swaps, they do not leave you hanging for a change out.

Great job of power washing. I hired them, and then hired them again 2 years later. Enrique is great to work with an very reasonable price.

The crew came out and washed windows inside and out. When asked to retouch a window, he kindly agreed and mentioned that it was inside the window which indeed it was. I will use their services again.

Had questions about the work and the owner was very responsive trying to answer my questions. But you NEVER asked about screens or tracks. In out text messages this evening you've said that tracks are extra. I didn't know that and suggested you list that. The windows do look good. But it would have been good to know that you charge piecemeal for the various parts of a window and you charge for replacing screens. But you never asked me about that in the 45 minutes or so you were at my house. And some of the tracks were cleaned, so I do not understand why youd even say you asked about tracks. The only things we discussed was the fact that I had moved all the furniture away
