The folks at Captain Hook continue to impress me. Everytime I call, they're there...courteous, progessional, friendly and responsive. With every dumpster drop or pickup, I get an advanced call and can be there if needed. But even when I'm not there, the delivery goes off without a hitch. I'm REALLY impressed with these folks and would very much recommend them.

They charged me the same price for a 30 day rental as they did a 7 day rental … ???? which we didn’t understand (repeat customer and oh the sales rep was no longer with the company) called to ask for a 48 hours rental for my friend that is disabled and sold they house .. had to be moving out rapidly by sat. Same price as a 7 day rental.. no consideration for that fact my friends are disabled… offered a10% off of the weekly rent rate when we only need the dumpster for 24/48 hours …Do NOT Use CAPTAIN HOOK … we certainly will not use them again EVER!

I am a small business owner with a Landscape Design and build company and I have been working with Captain Hook for about four years now. I can't say enough good things about them - they are very professional, responsive, have excellent customer service and, to top it off, are very competitively priced. Their drivers are very professional and I always feel good sending them to my clients sites. I also appreciate that they are a locally owned and operated business that operates on good values. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a quality disposal service in the Austin area.

Highly recommend this company! I called for same day delivery and the owner had me set up with a delivery within two hours. He was also very flexible when we changed our pick up date and had it picked up that same day. I never had any trouble reaching anyone by phone. This was my first time using any type of dumpster service and I'm so thankful for the smooth experience.

We did a big spring cleaning and hired Captain Hook to leave a dumpster at our house so that we could purge at our own pace over a few weeks. The entire experience was great!! The scheduling process was easy and the dumpster was delivered quickly and picked up same day. This was a very effective way to clear the clutter from our home and the customer service was outstanding! The dumpster that they recommended for our job was the perfect size and not bothersome to our neighbors. I will definitely be recommending Captain Hook to my friends and neighbors in the future, working with them for this job was a great experience top to bottom!

This was by far the easiest dumpster order process I have ever experienced. I work for a construction company and we have to order dumpsters on occasion. They were easy to communicate with and they even let us know when they were coming. The price was very fair and we really appreciated their service, from start to finish! Than you!

There were no hidden costs and the whole process was very transparent. This was the first time we used a roll off, but when we need another, Captain Hook will be our vendor.

Had a great experience with Captain Hook. Rented a 30 yard rolloff over the weekend and got a great deal. They delivered the dumpster within a day of me ordering it and pickup was super simple. I was honestly expecting to pay a lot more than I did for the rental and was very happy with the overall experience. Will definitely go with them again in the future when I need to rent another dumpster.

Captain Hook is amazing! Very quick to respond with questions, quotes or anything else you might need. The pricing was great too. We needed a 2nd dumpster, and they were quick to get that arranged over the weekend which saved us the cost of a separate trip. The driver was also very respectful of our property & friendly. We will definitely use them again!!

Francis was very friendly and patient in answering my 500 questions about renting a dumpster: size, limitations, delivers, etc. I am so glad I took his advice about the size to rent. Communication about when the dumpster would be picked up and delivered was concise. I had called 4-5 other places, and Captain Hook had the best price. I was nervous about renting a dumpster beforehand, Francis put me at ease. The staff person - sorry, can't recall name, who delivered the dumpster was phenomenal with backing up! I wish I was 1/2 has talented as the driver. WE had a small camper parked in the driveway- there was no need to move it - that is how skillful the deliver driver is/was. If I ever need a dumpster, I will call Captain Hook first. you won't be disappointed.

I was trying another national company that shall remain nameless. So many emails and "finding a rep in Austin. " So much trouble. Y'all are fast and friendly and local to Austin. Not the cheapest, but I will pay for good service over price any day. Dropoff was same-day if I called before noon, and pickup, same deal.

Talia and her team were Great! Honest people and a fair price for the dumpster delivery, usage and removal! Highly recommend them for your business or home.

I appreciate that I can rely on Captain hook to respond quickly, dispatch on the fly if need be, and provide consistent service. Talia is thorough in her set up and it's a huge help when I know I can set everything up via email and not be tied up on the phone waiting to be transferred to customer service or on hold, etc.

At a time where things are happening fast and usually vendors and contractors are so busy, some companies take the time to focus on the little things and really shine. Captain Hook is a perfect example. Not only are they incredibly responsive, but it's the little things that they do so well. For example, when I told them where I needed the large dumpster dropped, they had it delivered within hours of my request and then texted photos to confirm that it was being dropping in the right place. This is a huge deal. It matters to someone like me who can't be there in person and needs to make sure that it won't interfere with the tenant's who occupy the property. These small details surrounding customer service are really inspirational to a fellow small business owner. I highly recommend them on all fronts.
