The technician they sent out Victor was very pleasant and informative. We were concerned about the fabric on our couch and how best to clean it. He arrived and checked the tag and the fabric and gave a recommendation for a company that does clean S type fabrics. He was polite, professional and you can tell he was trained properly for his industry. I only leave reviews if service was exceptional and it was. Thanks Victor and Stanley steamer!

Oliver and Adam were amazing! They went above and beyond while at my house! They showed up on super short notice and even helped move furniture. They were extra careful with all of my belongings. Super friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be using their services again

Our carpets look GREAT! Adam, our technician, did an incredible job achieving what I was hoping for. He was extremely professional, courteous and did his job effectively, efficiently and thoroughly. I told him that what he was able to achieve FAR outweighed the popular competition we used last time who sadly left our carpet looking just as bad as it did before it was cleaned.
This was the first time using Stanley Steemer…I did not realize they have been in business for 75 years…the results Adam achieved today proved that SS knows what they are doing!! Will def be using them again!! THANK YOU SO MUCH ADAM!!

I called on Saturday to schedule a service and a technician was at our home that Monday morning. Wesley did an awesome and efficient job with cleaning our dryer vent. He explained everything he would be doing. He even gave us an estimate on cleaning our AC ducts.

My couch - a big L-shaped sectional in white cotton (Duck) fabric had gone years between deep cleanings - maybe 15! Bobby from Stanley Steemer Austin did a TERRIFIC job, carefully spotting all the stains before the overall clean - except for the noise (I retreated to my bedroom) it could not have gone smoother. The couch does not look new, but it is 10 times better! I got the protectant too - given the cost of fabric recovering and hassle, it was a far superior deal. Bobby earned the extra tip I gave him as he worked very hard to clean AND return everything as it was - important for an OCD guy like me! Top marks!

Robert and Quentin were great. They fully explained what to expect. There was very little clean-up, which they took care of as promised. I highly recommend Stanley Steemer and will be sure to call them the next time I need to have my ducts and vents cleaned.

Paul was awesome! Great at explaining the process start to finish, very helpful and reminded me to be careful after walking on the wet carpet when stepping back onto the hardwood. Offered us the maintenance plan, we just aren’t sure we’re there yet.

Charles was prompt, polite and very understanding of my wife’s medical situation and our needs. He is the type of employee that any company would be privileged to have on staff. Savannah did a wonderful job on my tile and grout. She worked really fast and was professional and friendly. She answered all my questions and gave me helpful tips on maintaining my floors. Great work!

Our apartment floors had so many mystery stains so we hired Stanley Steamers to come out. They did a wonderful job. Mr.William and Mr.Oliver were so respectful and sweet they definitely went above and beyond. They pretty much removed all stains we saw and worked in a timely manner. Definitely will be recommending them to everyone!

There were some terrible stains on my carpet throughout the house and I was not sure they could be removed. They were all removed and no sight of any stain having been there previously. I am so pleased and would recommend Stanley Steemer to anyone and everyone. The technician was extremely professional, courteous and did a fantastic job job.

Paul was fantastic super easy going and very consultative. Just to give the next person a heads up. We had a living spaces feather down couch that needed some TLC. Paul was immaculate, I called 4 other places and all of them were afraid and unavailable but Paul and the Stanley Steemer cleaners were readily available and open. Plus it helps that they had some of the most affordable prices. 5/5 experience.

Paul had a difficult task here where my sister and her indoor cats have lived for more than a decade, and he did a great job! Very personable and professional young man! I vacuumed up cat hair and such for several hours before he arrived. The included before pictures were taken prior to that. We weren't expecting a miracle, but he made it a thousand times better and we're truly thankful to have a much healthier home going forward.

Wesley and Jackie came to our house to clean our HVAC system. They were very polite, courteous and very knowledgeable about the service we were about to receive. They were efficient and took great care of our house, very neat, and did a great job leaving our house the way they found it (I appreciate that). I would highly recommend these two gentleman if you ever need Stanley Steamer vent service.

So the guy was 2 1/2 hours late. I did receive a call and I mean that’s the only day I could do it. So he shows up and you can tell he was just tired and over his day. I don’t blame him. It seemed like a long day. The thing that I am upset about is…. I had to go over the carpet myself. And removed my own stains with a friend’s machine. The first two photos are what he did and the last photo is what I did. I am very disappointed.

Great service and speedy. They texted me when they were on the way. Both Adam and Andres were personable and answered all my questions. They took care of a blood stain that I was pretty sure would never fully come out.
