I was very happy with Santa Fe Floor Care who did a beautiful job cleaning the tile and grout in my bathroom. I live in a condominium and most of the floor care places I contacted did not have portable equipment and could not accommodate me. Luckily, Santa Fe floor Care had the proper equipment and now my tile and grout look new. The two technicians were very professional and I highly recommend them. Thank you to Sante Fe Floor Care for a job well done!

I contacted Santa Fe Floor Care to save 5 year old carpet in a rental home that had considerable staining and dirt tracks that I was unable to clean with my portable rug cleaner. Rod promptly scheduled a service visit, communicated in advance, listened to my complaints about my carpet, arrived on time, and took the time needed to thoroughly clean the carpets. Time will tell if any stains reappear but the carpets looked great when he was finished with cleaning. Very easy and pleasant to work with. I'll definitely call them again the next time I need floor cleaning.

Superior experience always! This review is long overdue as we have been using Santa Fe for years, and they are a top notch company with a personal touch. Over the years Ive met Stuart, Brian and Rod. All are reliable, knowledgeable and professional. They recently took care of all our marble floors and marble countertops, due to etching they became dull. The floors and countertops look brand new. I wish all companies were as fabulous as Santa Fe Floor Care! I will add some photos to show the before and after. I am so impressed and happy with the results! Look at the reflection from the overhead lighting on the floor.

Great experience from booking the appointment to the tech reaching out when he was on his way. I had all my carpet and tile cleaned. Fantastic results, Rod was my tech. Very professional, everything turned out better than I expected.

Brian did a great job cleaning a wool rug that had some flooding stains on it. I didn’t think he could get out the stains, but he did. They were punctual, professional and super friendly! And their price was great.

Rod and Joe were super professional and knowledgeable. My floors look incredible and they even feel better too. 6+ years of grime and 13 gallons of water that looked like mud, the experience was worth every penny. I highly recommend them!

The technician arrived as he said he would. He was very careful with our floors and did a beautiful job on all our carpets. We have now used this company twice and highly recommend them. I was initially referred to Santa Fe carpet cleaners by Ray at Town and Country Floors. It is a good recommendation.

Joe arrived early and did a thorough job. There were a couple of spots where kids spilled juice and got adhesive in the carpet. He took care of those spots as well as a couple of high traffic areas. Very satisfied with the result!

On time, knowledgeable and Rod and Brian turned my dingy travertine floors to showroom fresh. The difference was amazing. Before you demolish and change your floors call Santa Fe and see what they can do. Highly recommended.

Brian was truly excellent in taking care of our floors and went above and beyond in ensuring everything was perfect. Without us even asking him to, he returned a couple days after our floors were deep cleaned/sealed to fix some loosened grout. We sincerely enjoyed getting to know him and appreciate his dedication!

I noticed some damage to our travertine top on our coffee table. I called Santa Fe and made an appointment. The technician, Brian, called on the day of the appointment to confirm and showed up right on time. He repaired the damage, and he also repaired another area I noticed just minutes before he arrived. He finished by polishing the entire top to better than new condition. I’d thought about attempting this repair myself before I called Santa Fe, but I realize now that would have been foolish. Making the appointment couldn’t have been easier, and Brian was polite, professional, and efficient.

2019 review: Superb service! Needed to remove tile grout haze and seal marble floors. After Santa Fe diamond polished and sealed the floors they look better than the original factory finish! Very professional, prompt and courteous crew! Highly recommend!

Update May 2, 2024: After 4 years of hard use on our marble floors, we called Rod and Brian again to polish and clean our travertine floors. They look brand new! On time, reasonable price and excellent quality, we will definitely work with them again on our next marble floor cleaning/polish.

Santa Fe did an amazing job with our 25 year old travertine floors! We had them cleaned, refinished, polished and sealed. I feel like we have a new house! They took such good care moving all of our belongings. The owners do the work and are very friendly, prompt and precise. We are so happy we found them!

Ten years of dirt on my hardwood floors is GONE after the guys from Santa Fe Floor Care professionally cleaned and oiled my floors. They look like new..even in the kitchen where I had planned to tile because of their abuse. I had gotten used to the dark color and had forgotten how light and smooth they used to be. They moved my furniture and even opened a jar of pickles with a too tight lid. Thanks guys. See you again in a couple of years…
