Mike came to pick up a high-quality area rug to be cleaned. It was returned in about a week, and it looked like new! Anthony came a week later to clean and polish our marble floors, and they also look like new. The Steam Team is very professional from the folks who make your appointment, the dispatchers who phone when they’re on their way and, most importantly, the people who perform the actual work! I would highly recommend them!

We had our marble, hex-tiled shower floor cleaned by Albert and his assistant, Landon. There was horrible black buildup in most of the grout lines and some orange-colored discoloration in a couple of spots. When they finished it looked just like it did when it was installed over 3 years ago. These guys do really good work.

Mario has been cleaning our carpets for over 23 years. A consummate professional always does a excellent job with carpets and sofas, and just a really nice guy, with a great attitude. Our family appreciates knowing him all these years.

I had some major water damage and my insurance company set me up with Scott and the Steam Team. A few months out from the work you and the whole team still makes me very happy. The estimation, scheduling, handling insurance, drywall, trim work, painting, floors, floor repair, packing, unpacking, cleaning…was there more…everyone was a delight to work with.

You all were so friendly, communicative, sensitive to my stress, and completed really high quality work.

Steam Team came our quickly and did a top notch job! I bought a high quality carpet 20 years ago that has seen a few years abuse from pets, red wine and coffee, but they got almost all of these stains out. Very unethical! I had them come out for water damage and they came out and left fans for over a month. After repeatedly telling them and asking them to pick them up they still left the machines at my place and running for over a month. After insisting they finally came to get them and charged me for everyday they were at my place over $4k for less than 500 square feet. I spoke to someone in finance about insurance paying the bill and will follow up the following week they charged my card without my consent. Their response was:
“I did inform our team that we had spoken and that insurance was expected to finalize payment this week. However, due to the age of the invoice and the terms outlined in the signed contract, upper management made the decision to move forward with the collection process.”
Without warning or any knowledge of the charge. I spoke to someone and they gave me their word that insurance will be able to pay but upper management charged my card without even a call.
Very unethical during every step of the process and I expect better both in their service department and finance!

Mario has been cleaning our carpets for many years. Every time I need service I request him because he does a fantastic job! His attention to detail is unmatched and his customer service attitude is much appreciated. Steam Team is lucky to have him. I highly recommend!

Mario arrived on time and got right to work cleaning my ceramic tile in the kitchen and bath. These floors had never been professionally cleaned for 30 years. The results are spectacular! The food is two shades whiter and the grout sparkles. Thank you to Mario and The Steam Team!

I did not realize that our sectional, area rugs, and wood floors needed cleaning but my wife insisted. The Steam Team was recommended, by a couple of neighbors, as the best in town so we set up a consultation. Their tech, Roman, and his team came out and worked diligently with all of their equipment as they cleaned through years of grime.
My wife was right. I can't believe what they were able to do to restore our light-colored floors to look brand new. These antique 50 year old rugs, that may or may not have never been cleaned, now pop with color. And our sectional that has been abused by kids and unruly guests now looks brand spankin new.
